It's a little more clear cut with that issue. The Federal government has declared Marijuana illegal...regardless as to any state or local laws to the contrary. It should be illegal FOR states to make laws like that because it leads to too much confusion and actually is breeding grounds for racism and other forms of discrimination. The state will make it legal and let people of ALL races sell and use Marijuana not knowing it's actually illegal. Then a racists federal officer can start picking and choosing to go after the Black users and sellers and be justified by pointing at the federal laws and how they supersede those of the state.
