Clarence V. Reynolds is an independent editor and journalist. He is the former director of Literary Programs at the Center for Black Literature at Medgar Evers College, CUNY, and editor-in-chief of the Killens Review of Arts & Letters, the Center’s biannual literary journal, and coordinator of the National Black Writers Conference. He is currently a staff editor for the African American Literature Book Club ( and serves on the board of the Community of Literary Magazines and Presses (CLMP). He has published in and worked for Convergence, Diversity and Inclusion/Diverse: Issues in Higher Education; Mosaic Literary Magazine; The Network Journal; and has served on the board of the Brooklyn Literary Council. He is also the former managing editor of Black Issues Book Review and the editor of America I AM: Journal (SmileyBooks, 2010).
