Yet, millions of Black folks support religion amd voting along the same party line. A movement doesn't require participation or cooperation from everyone. It does require organization, codification and consistency in messaging. There were plenty Black folks who didn’t support the Civil Rights movement. It required a huge sacrifice in blood, sweat and tears. The end result still benefitted Black folks who were in opposition. Politicians are held accountable by special and permanent interests. The lack of an agenda will definitely produce nothing in terms of tangible benefits. Maybe a few crumbs will fall from the table.😎

It is simpler than — it is just plain evil. The cop that shot that young lady was a devil. you expect them to take on the entire police department? What would you do? Supposed those brothers were armed and started taking out 33 white peoples for every innocent black one killed by a cop. how do you think that would go over?

Back in 2020 I wasn't for Kamala Harris as Biden's VP. I felt at the time there were more Progressive Black women in Congress who were better suited like Barbara Lee also from California. But then again I was also for Bernie Sanders until Biden got the nomination. At times she has struggled as Vice President but she's persistent and willing to take the fight to Republicans. Now she's likely to be the Democratic nominee, and if she wins President. What will that mean for Black people? We would benefit from certain policies in a Harris administration just like that of Biden. But it's not likely that Harris will do anything significant that's race specific like Reparations or even the George Floyd Police Reform Act which has stalled in Congress. While some of this can be blamed on systemic racism in the political process and Rightwing Republican obstruction. It's also important to recognize that Kamala Harris like Barack Obama is the kind of Black Politician who came up through the White community not Black Interest group politics. These kinds of Black politicians aren't focused on politics or policy solutions targeted to Blacks like others who come from the Black community. Furthermore the Democratic Party hasn't passed any major policy initiative targeted at Black people since the 1960s. Too often the party is focused on getting and keeping white working class men or white suburban moderates. While we gain some benefits they are never adequate in relation to our support for Democrats or the particular problems we face. Ultimately Black people must be better organized and more willing to hold Harris if she's President and Democrats accountable for not doing certain things. But then Black people at every level need to develop and push for an agenda with specific policies. When it comes to politics you can blame Kamala Harris and Democrats for not doing enough. However we have to take some responsibility ourselves.

Informantion is coming out that Sonia Massey's Murder was premeditated and the noise she heard outside her home that led to her to calling the police was done by the Police officer who shot and murdered her. What about the vast majority of the Black people who are not in the Nation do you expect all of us to join the Nation of Islam? But here too The nation was infiltrated by agent provocateurs and government spies. It’s not easy to tell if you’re serious or not with the emojis. But obviously in the last hundred years, there’s been a great deal of progress watch it stemming from laws ending segregation, and like. Even in this most egregious murder that police officer will go to jail I would not describe that as impunity. our biggest risk of murder is not from a rabid white racist, but from another black person. A white person is for more likely to murder another white person than a black person.

A Black agenda has been created before. You just can’t get enough Black people to support it. In my years of life individuals always hurt our ability to organize as they eventually or their own self interest ahead of the group.

The organization required would be monumental. Such an organization would not be able to go unnoticed. Once exposed sell-out, turncoats, and snitches with the promise of a quick payday would be the undoing. Michelle Obama has a much better chance at becoming the POTUS that a group of organized Black vigilantes. I think the best chance we have given our numbers would be to work within the system -- even as f'ed up as it is.

Here's my 2 cents. There are more single women among Blacks than any other ethnicity and that's because sistas have to share black men with white women. White women face no such dilemma. White men are not bypassing them to marry black women. Even among celebrities. So this is a non issue imo. In any case, who could blame black women if they seek to diversify their choices in men, considering the contentious relationship they have with black males. I don't think it's a big deal. It's simply a sign of the times. Like everyone else, black women should be free to marry whomever they please. All this BS about high achieving black women sending the wrong message by marrying outside their race is just that. Bull shit. If the example of a black female role model being a sista who has snared a brotha with a car and a good job is a dated idea, so is all this blather about slavery still influencing the dynamic between black women and white men in the year 2024, especially considering what a black career woman brings to the tabie. Whether successful or not, black women have earned the right to marry any color man they choose, They have no obligation to assuage the egos of black men or to inspire impressionable black females who, when all is said and done, would still prefer a black NBA baller over a white hockey star. My problem with Kamala having a white mate is purely political. This image could cost her votes among the superficial crowd.

Some call him an ambulance chaser, but I personally applaud brother Crump for what he's doing. Is he getting "justice" for the victims? Some would argue not. But who else CAN get justice for them besides their own family members? It's not Crump's job or responsibility to pull up on violent racists and deal with them. He's not even a CRIMINAL prosecutor, he's a CIVIL lawyer. A lot of people I go back and forth with over him don't understand the difference. He can't get anybody locked up because he only deals with Civil suits, not criminal ones where people can get imprisoned. He's doing HIS part....which is using his power as an attorney to win battles in the court room and get as much money as he can for the families of these victims. ....I ain't mad at him.
