  1. ************************************************************************************ I must agree with @Cynique that was a little harsh. If a negro showed up at my door with a TUB of K-Y Jelly, I would slam the door in his face. And who spends the night anymore. Negroes want to spend the night and get served breakfast in bed. Not at my house, when I'm through, you can go. ************************************************************************************
  2. I used Google advanced search and entered the domain in the site or domain field. I tried it again just now and it gave 29,000 results so it seems like it is a random fluctuating number. You're saying that your pages are dynamic, which would explain why that is so. I build my static HTML sites the old fashioned way, if I have my content all ready I can setup a 20-page site in about four hours. WordPress is great when the functionality of a plug-in is required.
  3. ************************************************************************************ @Cynique Why are you so negative and bitter today. Pioneer is a gentleman, he is nobody's lap dog nor does he need to hump chairs. Stop being such a sourpuss. ************************************************************************************
  4. Praise the Lord. Thankfully I am retired and receiving pensions, I am in a safe place with lots of supplies and I am able to take care of myself without having to leave my house. I feel so sorry for all the people that are struggling out here. Maybe not forced, but compelled. Biden Calls for Door-to-Door Vaccine Push; Experts Say More Is Needed I don't want anyone coming to my door for anything other than to deliver something I ordered. That Times article may require a subscription after a certain number of views. Biden: Federal Vaccination Effort Will Go ‘Door to Door’ to Get People COVID-19 Shots
  5. ************************************************************************************ @Pioneer1 Years ago, on the old Thumper’s forum, I often posted rose gifs for Cynique. The cat doesn’t symbolize anything other than her affinity for cats. @Troy I am not anti-vax at all since I have had just about every vaccination known to man. This particular one has me worried because I had the worst case of influenza/pneumonia about three years ago and it lingered for the longest time, sometimes I feel it is still in my system. I also have allergies. Of course, the bad reports aren’t helping. Fortunately, I have been able to shelter in place and I plan on continuing to do that. I am a homebody anyway and my house is large enough to keep me from going stir crazy, so it works for me. I do object to all these mandates. First we were told the government could not mandate the COVID vaccination, then we were told authorities were going door to door to administer them, and every day there’s some new announcement about what the government is going to do to us. Is it any wonder that people are resistant. ************************************************************************************
  6. ************************************************************************************ @Pioneer1 I would only use that type of office space if I needed to meet with clients, and then it would be those shared executive offices. I can’t imagine working around a bunch of random people during pandemic. @Troy Thank you for sharing your lifestyles of the rich and famous pix of you and the flamingo/sand hill cranes with the rest of us peons who reside in hovels. Now, if you will please define the class of people who think that website development is hard work. JK, I am glad that you are able to spend the winter in temperate climes. And BTW, with 26,500 web pages, I think yours is one of the largest authority sites in the world. ************************************************************************************
  7. Evidence. Witnesses? Okay, but this is not a court case, it’s just a discussion. The next time you’re with some sweet young thing who is behaving like she wants you to impregnate her, you can document her responses to your interrogation. BTW, the above comment was intended to be humorous. LoLoLoLoLs
  8. I have heard women say they knew that they had conceived at the time or right after coitus. I guess they had women’s intuition or they were doing some entrapment trickery where they were trying to get knocked up on purpose.
  9. ************************************************************************************ I think it's a great idea but I think in order to receive an endowment one would need to be a non-profit, and an actual institution like a university or a foundation. Not a business. But I certainly agree that what Troy has done here is PHENOMENAL and he should be commended in every possible way. WE LOVE YOU TROY!!! ************************************************************************************
  10. ************************************************************************************ There is a branch of Criminology called Victimology. Victimology is the study of the (stupid) things that victims do to attract a criminal or a crime to happen to them. I am not trying to blame the victim, but you really should be more careful about the things you do to invite negative consequences. I will list a few things you should consider below: Don't go out at night, alone, walking down the dark street, wearing every single piece of fancy jewelry that you own. Some thieves are not too smart and they will mistake that cheap gold knock-off for the real thing. This also applies to designer handbags, etc. Don't wear a bunch of chains, necklaces or other things around your neck. This gives a culprit a handy way to grab, choke, and control you, or even kill you. Don't have a purse or pocket full of cash, and then let everybody know that you have a purse or pocket full of cash. It really doesn't have to be a lot of cash, people will rob you for $20. Be careful when you go to the ATM. Try to use one that is inside somewhere, not on the street or at the bank because that is where criminals hangout waiting for their next mark. Don't be a mark. Don't go out wearing extremely skimpy outfits, and then wonder why untoward things keep happening to you. Save your skimpy outfit that exposes all your goodies for the booty call, not the grocery store. If you are living with someone or in relationship with someone that you know is crazy and violent, if you decide to leave, just leave. Don't announce that you are going to leave. Even if he isn't violent, people snap. Don't ever let a criminal take you to a secondary location. If you end up in the middle of nowhere with a criminal, you will probably be toast. You get the idea. Be careful, use common sense and always protect yourself. ************************************************************************************
  11. Illustrations breathe life into the author's stories. Rest in Peace Jerry Pinkney
  12. ************************************************************************************ @Pioneer1 Yes, I know, it is hard to believe that I was once a party animal. I won't be divulging anything else from my youth in order to preserve my (perceived) reputation. You are correct about one thing - we are always going to be paying those annoying taxes, but most of those are going towards fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement so there probably won't be enough to cover the cost of Universal Healthcare anyway. But it could happen. Where is she anyway, she hasn't been here since YOU made her mad. ************************************************************************************
  13. If I had all their money I'd be trying to live off the interest and dividends. I wouldn't be doing much of anything. I'd just be kicked back chillin'. That is all.
  14. ************************************************************************************ @Pioneer1 Man! I used to drink Olde English 800s all day long. I even drank it to chase my vodka shots. But that was way back in the day, when I could hold my liquor and my organs were operating at capacity to metabolize that poison. I think you can go to the emergency room for anything. Although I'm not positive because I don't use that system to receive medical care. I have only gone to the emergency room when it's something really serious. I am basing this on what I have seen in the news. Next time you're not feeling well, why don't you go to your local emergency room and see what happens. That way you will know first hand how the citizens are treated when they are sick. As a proponent for Universal Healthcare, you should know these things first hand. You always use the word "FREE" but it should be more like "at no additional cost," since someone has to pay for the cost of all that medical care, and that someone would be the taxpayer. But I get your point and I tend to agree, but life is not fair, is it. @ProfD Based on his comments here, I am fairly certain that Pioneer has a great sense of humor, he just seems a bit uptight when that humor is directed at him. ************************************************************************************
  15. ************************************************************************************ You don't even need to be a U.S. citizen to get healthcare. All you have to do around here is go to an emergency room, and they can't turn you away. I have witnessed this with my own eyes. My husband had been taken to the hospital by ambulance, and when I got there I was talking to the lady at the take-in window when a couple came in with their injured child. I stepped aside so they could be attended to, and I heard the receptionist ask them for their Social Security number, they replied they didn't have one. And they were admitted right away. Pregnant women used to come over here from Mexico to give birth, for free, and also for citizenship for their babies. I don't know what happened with all of that, or if it's still going on. Talk is cheap Pioneer, but I'm sure your body is fine. For an old man. BTW, have I told you that you keep me in stitches. And so does ProfD. Y'all crack me up. ************************************************************************************
  16. ************************************************************************************ @Pioneer1 You know that Condi is supposedly a lesbo, right? I'm sure you would be too much for her to handle. Look, I apologized for being antagonizing. You sent nudies, so no wonder she's mad at you, WTH did you expect? ************************************************************************************
  17. ************************************************************************************ @ProfD I don't have a problem with governments and pharma making money, but it is evident that they are prioritizing profits over the general public's health, and that is WRONG. As to Condi Rice, unless she was promoting a book or something, I don't know why she went on The View, but the hens on there were mistaking if they thought they could outsmart her. ************************************************************************************
  18. ************************************************************************************ THIS JUST IN: Pfizer has power to 'silence' governments and 'maximize profits,' consumer group alleges COVID-19 vaccine manufacturer Pfizer has been accused of hiding behind a veil of secrecy to profiteer during the "worst public health crisis" in over 100 years. Pfizer Has Power to Silence Governments and Maximize Profits ************************************************************************************
  19. ************************************************************************************ I sold that whole operation years ago. ************************************************************************************
  20. ************************************************************************************ @Cynique You were doing hair at the post office. That's what you said. I would post it here except the archives aren't available. I see that I have made you angry, and I apologize. I was just having some fun messing with you but I guess you cannot tolerate this anymore. Let me leave you alone. ************************************************************************************
  21. ************************************************************************************ @Cynique You were sitting in a swivel chair braiding somebody's hair. If I remember all of that, I damn sure don't need any gingko. Girl, BYE! ************************************************************************************
  22. ************************************************************************************ @Cynique I know you were the resident hair braider. Don't worry about me, I'm not hardly living like a hermit. I guess we're even, because I'd be embarrassed as hell to tell anyone I was a cat lady. ************************************************************************************
  23. ************************************************************************************ @Pioneer1 You are correct, she has been lightening herself up for several years, but she's really bright in this Tiffany commercial. It looks like a combination of makeup, lighting and Photoshop. @ProfD Two checks are better than one, that's for sure. At what point will these two have enough wealth to stop their money grubbing ways. ************************************************************************************
  24. ************************************************************************************ @Cynique I don't know what all of your personal business has to do with anything, but you aren't the only person who had a soft government job. While you were working at the postal sweat shop sorting the mail, I sat in a temperature-controlled office doing occasional light typing. (Edited for TMI) And I still won't be their guinea pig. Girl, please. ************************************************************************************
