  3. I like the third. A few things I would change. I wouldn't say neat. @aka Contrarian I have a read a lot of books about Astrology Numerology and Tarot. A few books about time and numbers. After a bout two decades and few languages I created to do reading, it jelled into not just reading a person but reading time as well. Like a person time has moods which vary. I have just found a way to quantify those movements.
  4. The 1st and last versions read more like a human wrote it. That 2nd version, even based on the parameters provided, reads like a robot wrote it. @Delano, please let us know which one you decide to use.
  5. Basically I use words to read the subconscious mind and time itself. It isn't that complicated, I was fortunate to find\develop the techniques.
  6. That is a high compliment. i haven't taught you anything> I have just described things that you knew intuitively and had experienced
  7. @DelanoThat's really amazing. Not only the content but also how AI assembled it. I had no preference as to which version I liked better. As you know, I have always had trouble wrapping my brain around your recreating the past through numbers, but Chat GPT did make it a tad easier to understand.
  8. @Delanoyour feedback was very on point and relevant. I did get very creative with the crystals I encircled my little pyramid with because I wanted to align them with the energy pyramids supposedly radiate. Also, I chose the screen names "Cynique" and "Contrarian" for a reason. I have always had a compulsive tendency to take the opposite and often unpopular view during discussions because I fancy myself an iconoclast. Maybe it is more to it than that. As you speculate, my unorthodox views might stem from meditation during which Ive gotten into the habit of thinking on another level. And, yes, I was excited after I got my Canon desktop word processor way back in the '90s, wĥen I purchased it on a whim after I had just acquired an OfficeMax credit card! I knew zilch about this device but gradually through trial and error I mastered it, becoming very attached to it, loving how it enabled and facilitated my book writing aspirations. It was almost like an alter ego... You have always been my Guru, Del, the "teacher who appears when the student is ready", and I thank you!
  9. Zhe second one I wanted it to be more conversational. The second one I asked it to drop words that were superlative. So I was looking for tone and content
  10. The last one seems more natural and I it like it the most. The first one is ok and sends most informative, but reads more like something from Chat GPT based upon word choice. The second version I do not like at all. what was the difference in the prompts @Delano?
  11. from the contest As a person of color, how do you represent your utopia in writing? This can be done through poetry, prose, short-story, fiction, non-fiction in 500 words or less. Writing hint: Do you have a special place in nature that you like to go to? Do you wish you had/dream of a special place in nature? Is there something you love to do outdoors? Do you have a story of a time outdoors when something special/magical happened? from me I submitted mine already , you only have till the end of the 15th of may. 13. I wondered the same thing about my old school, the University of Illinois. No demonstrations taking place on the campus of this huge midwestern college which is typical of the Big 10 designation it is a member of. Unlike its fellow Iliinois members, the University of Chicago and Northwestern, who have both staged protests, not a peep from the U. of I. Located in central Illinois, drawing students from all over the state, Illinois has always been a meat znd potatoes institution, its student body middle class, both urban and rural . Most interesting is that it has always had a substantial Jewish enrollment. Whatever the case, as ProfD and Troy have suggested about other schools, the "fighting Illini" apparently have more pressing things to command their attention.
  14. Right. One of those pressing personal matters is being able to get a job after graduation.
  15. From Saturday!s New York Times. The article can be summed up in one sentence; Students have more pressing personal matters to contend with. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/11/us/politics/biden-morehouse-black-colleges.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share&referringSource=articleShare The article supports what the good @ProfD has been saying all along.
  16. Here are three versions of my bio. Feedback is appreciated. Over the past two decades, my journey in the realm of astrology has been an ever-evolving exploration, marked by significant discoveries and innovations. It all began with my foray into Tarot and Numerology, seeking to unravel the mysteries of human character and fate. Tarot, with its vivid imagery, adeptly described situations, while Numerology provided swift character delineations. However, I felt a void in timing within these practices. Determined to bridge this gap, I delved into extensive research, encountering various techniques to pinpoint timing, albeit with limited practical success. Undeterred, I amalgamated diverse methodologies, crafting my own heuristic and formulas around 1997. By 1999, I embarked on mastering the fundamentals of astrology, augmenting my repertoire with insights into planetary movements and cosmic influences. With over 1300 Tarot and Numerology readings under my belt and a growing proficiency in astrology by 2000, I charted my unique course, creating personalized correspondences between numbers and celestial bodies. Around 2000, my focus shifted predominantly to astrology and Tarot, as the latter proved less predictive compared to the dynamic character analyses offered by astrology. A pivotal moment arose circa 2006, as I transitioned into full-time psychic work, driven by the quest to provide concrete answers to seekers. During this period, I painstakingly devised a magical language, imbuing each numerical value from 1 to 930 with profound symbolism and temporal significance. This linguistic endeavor, though labor-intensive, enriched my readings, offering glimpses into the tapestry of time, with outcomes often spanning 2 to 4 months, albeit with occasional deviations. My explorations extended beyond conventional boundaries, as I sought correlations between Tarot, astrology, and ancient languages like Greek and Hebrew. While these endeavors yielded vast knowledge, some, like the intricate categorizations spanning the first 300 numbers, proved inconclusive despite rigorous efforts. In 2015, a novel concept emerged, integrating words alongside numbers to unlock deeper layers of the subconscious. Words like "spirit" and "mind" assumed dual roles, embodying symbolic meanings and temporal markers within my system. While initially met with skepticism, these innovations resonated with a select few, underscoring the nuanced interplay of language and numerology in my practice. The culmination of my endeavors manifested in a sophisticated magical language, where symbols transcended mere numerical representations, embodying abstract ideas and temporal constructs. Drawing inspiration from mathematical constants like Pi, I curated a diverse symbol set, each character holding profound implications for discerning moments in time. Engaging with seminal works on numerology and time, such as Georges Ifrah's "The Universal History of Numbers," and David Allen Hulse's "Eastern and Western Mysteries," further enriched my understanding, shaping the contours of my unique methodology. Through my system, I've discerned intricate signatures in time, enabling me to navigate the labyrinth of individual destinies with precision. While my expertise shines brightest in individual readings, its efficacy in mundane astrology remains tempered. Nonetheless, the ability to decipher temporal nuances, akin to charting the landscape of time itself, underscores the timeless wisdom inherent in astrological inquiry. Allow me to guide you through the intricate odyssey of my astrological journey spanning the past two decades. My initiation into the realm of divination commenced with the venerable arts of Tarot and Numerology. While Tarot adeptly delineated present circumstances, Numerology offered swift character sketches. However, it was an astute observation from a friend that catalyzed my exploration into the temporal dimensions of Tarot readings. In 1997, I embarked on a meticulous inquiry into timing techniques within Tarot, culminating in the formulation of a heuristic and formulae to impart temporal specificity. The subsequent decade witnessed a profound immersion into the realm of astrology. By 1999, I had scrutinized approximately 1300 individuals through the lens of Tarot and Numerology, alongside a burgeoning understanding of astrological charts numbering between 50 to 100. Concurrently, I crafted a bespoke numerical correspondence with celestial bodies, enriching the symbiosis between numerology and astrology. Transitioning towards a more astrology-centric practice circa 2000, I relinquished Numerology in favor of its more dynamically insightful counterpart. A significant milestone emerged in 2006 during my tenure as a full-time psychic, where the exigencies of clientele demanded precision in prediction. Hence, I devised a comprehensive magical language, assigning nuanced meanings to each numerical value within an extensive range. The year 2015 heralded an innovative integration of linguistic symbolism alongside numerical divination. By intertwining words and numbers within my practice, I sought to imbue each reading with added layers of significance. Although met with varied responses upon dissemination through platforms like Facebook, discerning individuals have attested to the profound symbolism inherent in this amalgamation. My current pursuit revolves around the development of a sophisticated magical lexicon, wherein symbols transcend mere numerical representation to encapsulate abstract ideas and temporal nuances. Inspired by mathematical constants such as Pi, and informed by seminal works on numerology and symbolism, this endeavor represents a pinnacle in my quest for precision and depth. In summation, my journey in astrology epitomizes a relentless quest for synthesis and comprehension, where each chart serves as a unique portal to unravel the mysteries of time and destiny. Over the past couple of decades, my exploration in astrology has been quite a journey. It all started with my interest in Tarot and Numerology. They were handy tools, shedding light on people's situations and personalities pretty quickly. But I wanted to dig deeper, especially into timing, which isn't usually a big focus in Tarot. So, I tinkered around with different methods, blending bits of astrology and other approaches until I found a system that made sense to me around '97. As I got more into astrology by '99, I found it added layers of depth to my readings. By then, I'd looked at thousands of Tarot and Numerology charts. That's also when I came up with my own way of linking numbers to planets, kind of spicing up the whole numerology and astrology mix. In the early 2000s, I shifted more towards astrology, finding it more insightful than Numerology. In '06, when I was doing readings full-time, people started demanding more precise answers. So, I created this thing I called a magical language, where each number had its own meaning. It was supposed to give timeframes, but sometimes it was spot-on and other times, well, not so much. Always on the lookout for connections, I started playing around with words and numbers around 2015. Shared some of my findings online, and while some folks didn't quite get it, others found it pretty intriguing. Recently, I've been diving into this complex magical language I've been developing. It's like a whole new way of looking at things, drawing inspiration from math and some great books I've come across. It's helped me give some really specific insights, from describing places to pinpointing when big events might happen. Overall, my journey in astrology has been about peeling back the layers of time, using words, numbers, and the stars to help people find their way. 17. Finally, some good news about a notorious massacre of Black blameless that People of Color can rightfully feel positive about. I would certainly be overjoyed if the full amount for the massacre memorial was guaranteed. However, we know there are millions who despise Black people and they would care a whit if one us were to lose our life unjustly. May 13, 2024, 7:05 PM EDT / Source: The Associated Press By The Associated Press BUFFALO, N.Y. — A permanent memorial honoring the 10 Black victims of a racist mass shooting at a Buffalo supermarket will feature interconnected stone pillars and arches, and a windowed building where exhibitions and events will be held, community and elected leaders announced Monday. The design, “Seeing Us,” by Jin Young Song and Douglass Alligood, was revealed a day before the second anniversary of the attack. It was selected from among 20 submissions to the 5/14 Memorial Commission, which was established months after an 18-year-old white gunman opened fire at a Tops supermarket on May 14, 2022. New York state has committed $5 million to the $15 million project, Gov. Kathy Hochul said at a news conference to unveil the design. Buffalo will contribute $1 million, and a yearlong fundraising campaign is expected to make up the difference.
  18. Try out this fractal visualizer. A simple program, but version 01
  19. I have said this before, you are an unconscious Magician. I am pretty sure that you arranged the crystals until it felt like they had the correct pattern or shape. Even if you hadn't thought about it in advance. I knew a wizard that did psychic healings in a room full of crystals. What you are saying is outside of most peoples concept of reality. In the Vedas it says if you devote yourself to Astrology, it will grant you powers. The same is said about meditation. I believe this is true of any task that is your devotion In your case it may be phrases. Were you excited to get your first typewriter or word processor?
  20. Interestingly, the shooting was caught on nearby cameras. The shooter made incriminating statements during talk with a crisis negotiator before police got him out of his barricaded house. Yet, the article writer insisted on using allegedly when referring to the man's actions. Meanwhile, down in Florida, a sheriff responding to a disturbance call ends up shooting and killing a Black man. Granted, the young man was holding a legally-owned gun at his side. But, he didn't really know who was banging on his door. Nonetheless, the Black man opens the door, officer sees a gun and starts shooting. Everything happened in a matter of seconds. No negotiation. The sad reality is that these hateful white folks don't see Blacks as humans. They see a threat that needs to be neutralized. Black folks have several reasons for which they can hate white folks. History proves it. OTOH, I cannot think of anything Black folks have done to make white folks hate us. The only thing Black folks have done is made it through slavery and found a way to thrive. Otherwise, Black folks haven't done much of anything directly to white folks to cause their hatred of us. I believe white hatred of Black folks is rooted in guilt and fear that one day they will be made to atone for their sins against us. That judgment day is coming.
  21. All of you are correct. For years this nasty White man exhibited his hatred. Oh, I did come back to post an update. Here is one: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/illinois-man-allegedly-shot-neighbor-white-woman-black-sons-charged-ha-rcna151637?cid=referral_taboolafeed
  22. @DelanoI agree with what you said about me drifting into other realms. There are just too many otherworldly things that happen to me at night, and in "dreams". And then there are the different versions of a single event that exist in my memory of the event. I wonder if I opened up some kind of a "portal when a couple of years ago I surrounded the tiny pyramid I had on my night stand with several crystals, mistakenly thinking this arrangement might create some good vibes. I just recently removed this dispIay when I began to suspect it might be dangerous. Am I crazy - or what ??? (When I re read what I just recently posted on other threads, what I was saying didn't make a lot of sense in this realm)
  23. Most magic is done at night because that's when then the gap between worlds is the thinnest. @aka Contrarian there is the conscious and the unconscious, the rational and the irrational. They aren't opposite rather they are polarities that belled into one another. I think you are less tethered to the earth which means you drift into other realms.
  24. I don't known about writing phenomenon but my theory is that you're in that percentile of folks who get to exceed life expectancy in a very good and healthy way. Reminds me of my grandmother who will be 94 years old next month. Her mind and wit is still very sharp. No ailments. No medication routine. She still lives independently. Only stopped driving because she doesn't have too. I cook and host several family functions. My grandma shows up at everything and talks trash and eats and cuts up better than people half her age. @aka Contrarian , you're playing with house money at this point in the game and looking great while doing it. Enjoy. Both you and my grandma are living miracles especially compared to those seniors who who think Ronald Reagan was the last POTUS.
  25. Since everybody is technically descended from Africa, then nationality is irrelevent to the esoteric knowledge which the human brain siphons from the omniscient realm of the universe. But the same brain is also inhabited by the ego, which craves acclaim, so mankind quibbles about who should get credit for that which was just waiting to be channeled. Incidentally, the above was just a thought which my brain drained from somewhere. This has been happening to me a lot lately. It's like what my psyche would be doing if I was smoking weed. I compulsively write things. Anybody got a theory as to why, at age 90, I am experiencing this automatic writing phenomenon which usually overtakes me in the wee small hours of the night. I wonder if the keyboard on my phone is like an Ouija board... And does anyone know anything about the African tribe who plays checkers - or maybe chess real fast because they can instantly visualize what the outcome will be if they make a certain move? Here's a picture of me standing under a tree, waiting for an acorn to hit me on the head and trigger a brainstorm, ala Chicken Little.
  26. Truth be told, average white and black folks don't really like each other too much. They just tolerate one another. The ones who resort to gun violence to display their hate are usually mentally unstable whites. But harboring contempt and mistrust for whites is second nature to most Blacks. If Donald Trump wins the presidency, it will be due in great part to white racism. Even so, bi-racialism seems to be the wave of the future and is generational. So maybe things will sort themselves out. Who knows what lies ahead? Seems to me, that since the solar eclipse, the sun appears to be shining brighter. And the latest displays of Northern lights were especially vivid. The new format on this site, has me entangled, however.
