Yes...it happens ...we all human in need of direction. Coalition is an Alliance of Two..... to Act as One in the furtherance of an agreed on Plan or Common Goal. The Leadership of the respective Groups or of the Coalition is never in question...Only Strategy Tactics Method and Actions to be taken Are.
