@Pioneer1, Up to 30 years ago, white folks were handing out labor jobs that allowed Black folks to come up.
Many of those types of jobs have been out-sourced overseas or automated or handed over to immigrants.
IMO, Black folks (ADOS/FBA) failed to pool their wealth in such a way that they could become self-sufficient in terms of building a sustainable infrastructure.
In 2023, Black folks should not have to rely on white folks or anyone else for jobs. A sustainable infrastructure could have insured that every Black person had employment.
Hard work is relative in proportion to the type(s) of jobs one does and their knowledge, skills and abilities. More importantly, how much one wants to prosper. That applies to both individuals and collectively.😎
