In addition to The Matrix. On the subject of AI, I would also recommend the movies Ex Machina and Her. If you have not seen either one I highlight recommend them. @umbrarchist I have ordered the book Two Faces of Tomorrow.

You mean you’ve heard of her outside of this forum? Yeah she was a regular one of the most prolific posters this forum has ever had, but she got on Thumper‘s last nerve at one point. I set up a separate forum just for her to try to keep the two apart. That didn’t work very well, she needed a foil. Eventually, she ran Thumper out of here… which killed the online book club which was a loss. my problem with Ms Boof is that she would do things in the real world and that really took things too far for my liking. Well @Pioneer1 as incorrigible as you can be, folks should know, for the record, that you are financial supporter of the website and your last contribution will in fact cover the forum’s software subscription for a year. The reality is that anybody who takes the time to post here provides true value to the website in general and this forum in particular. Your time is valuable so thank you for sharing it here.
