Activities that engage you physically have a different feel than just mental ones. I would be more specific inclined to agree if you had said writing. Since you are reading someone else's experience instead of creating your own.

Sometimes you are lucky to get passive mental engagement.

I have been thinking that it is importance to have a pastime, something you can do that is low involvement. TV or reading. And also a hobby, something that requires active involvement. I feel that not only do they improve your quality of life but also cultivate the character.

If you have a career or a business you have less discretionary time at your disposal, then myself. Since I just worked from 1989 - 2006. I have been unemployed for about a decade. For a three month period I worked on Astrology an average of 3 - 5 hours a day. However you think we all have the same amount of disposable time. Let me know how often you have 20 - 35 hours a week. If so we can schedule a Zoom every week to discuss some topics in real time. I wonder how long it will take you to respond to this post?

@Troy how often do impeachments happen, and how often does a President get impeached. And how often does a person predict the time frame and then the second impeachment also happens during the same time frame You were right he is still in office, it cost me $50. I rather predict the dates of his impeachment, then have $50.
