New York (CNN)Harvey Weinstein, the disgraced movie mogul whose alleged sexual assaults sparked the international #MeToo movement, may be sentenced to a lifetime of shame and ridicule. Legal experts, however, now indicate he may never see the inside of a jail, let alone go to trial to face his accusers.

The case against Weinstein is "unraveling," high profile defense attorney and CNN legal analyst Mark Geragos says, citing the infighting between the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and the New York Police Department as one of the main reasons he believes the Weinstein case won't go to trial.

Infact, on CBS one of the reporters spoke about her trip to Africa AND Egypt!

They don't give the different African nations their unique cultural respect like they give Europe's nations of Italy, Germany, and Russia and their cultures and histories.

This isn't suprising obviously, we've had discussions before about how Egypt and Lybia aren't recognized as part of Africa by so many, but what is a bit suprising as how this ignorance seems to be making a comeback.

They're also starting to GO BACK to portraying "Africa" as a one big zoo full of safaris and wild animals and neglecting to show the major cities and growing technology there

No one is holding them back. What is holding them back is their not being smart enough to take advantage of lucrative opportunities. I haven't met Einstein personally to assess him accurately, but from what I've seen and heard of him he seems to be more of a BIOLOGICAL type of genius.
Just an average person with a very high intellect; but probably with no supernatural spiritual qualities beyond the average person.

Jay Z or Michael Jackson would be more like a MYSTICAL GENIUS with the ability to exhibit strong creative tendencies that can't be explained by intellectual abilities.  Infact, most exceptionally good rappers and musicians are mystical geniuses.

As smart as Einstein was he couldn't move a crowd of people Black or White like Prince or Whitney Houston could, lol......that's a spiritual gift.

I'm no expert but from my limited understanding I think you have two major types of genuses ("genii"???)......

One type is biological.

This concept is very simple.....Adam means "ruddy" or "blushing" or "to show blood".

This would be a contradiction because, as you have also stated, there is a high percentage of TALL, BLACK or, DARK SKINNED NUBIANS in this part of Africa. Because of the hundreds of years of transatlantic slave trade, it would be West AFrica that expresses a lot of European admixture too. So, the Genetics of Africans would not necessarily be based upon what you are saying.

Slavery and mixing in with Caucasians occured to BOTH West Africans AND East Africans.
With West Africans it was primarily done by Europeans but you don't see as much admixture in West Africa because the Africans who were enslaved were TAKEN AWAY to the Americas.

Where as with East Africans it was primarily done ON THEIR OWN LAND by the Arabs, Assyrians, and Persians who came down to exploit them.

They also set up a "caste" system in East Africa based on how light skinned or close to the exploiter you were just like they did with the creoles and octoroons in America.

If you study East African nations whether it's Ethiopia, Sudan, Somalia, Eretria, ect....no matter what nation the lighter skinned groups with the curly hair and thin noses have historically dominated and mistreated the dark skinned groups with the kinky hair and broad noses whom they felt they were better than.
