Oh yes, i know @Troy It is not for one person to lead the village, the village must lead the village. i was simply stating until black people create an alternative, what more can we truly do. I was not asking you to do. It is for the village to do all things. 

I hear you Richard, but it is not a matter of creating an alternative; we have an alternative; we are simply not taking advantage of it.  What I'm trying to do is to get folks to take advantage of it before our alternatives dry up.  Yes it will take a village (Black folks collectively) to make this happen.

good point, i don't think alternatives will dry up though. Like movies no longer need the usa market to break even , ala john wick/jupiter ascending/pirates of the caribbean most recent. For  me, financially, the internet always allows for more than one retailer in anything, even if their share to a global market is small, they may have a regional dominance. you see this in japan's book market. For my part, when my work become heavily bought:) I will not accept the payment from amazon side the like and make them the primary. To many writers when famous fall into the corporate mold... oddly we were talking about the 50th anniversary to third world
