Yes I agree with all the above...After all of the above.. Where on Earth did Human Life first appear We already have Institutions to deal with such people.. Focus on the Willing and Able not the worst of us. Who said that " the Earth was "seeded" over a trillion years before the planet existed... I must of missed it..
