According to body/mass index she would be considered obese. Don't get it twisted, *I* have no use for the western definition of obesity. ln this regard black people are no different from whites. The kind of elitism that comes from being college educated hinders our relationships with each other and the struggle for Black Freedom. A lot of well off educated blacks only want the benefits of the system rather than changing the system so that black people benefit collectively. There are plenty of intelligent, hard working, and effective people doing all kinds of things for themselves and other black people. These people have never been to college. We need them and their contributions as much as anybody with a degree. While we have always had these divisions as black people, it's important to be aware and strive to bridge the gap.

Who men SAY they want and like and who they end up actually SLEEPING WITH are often as different as day and night. Back when we were in our late teens and early 20s, I know a lot of dudes who used to laugh when I said I liked older women. Processed sugar is poison/drugs, especially to black people. I know people who are thin and diabetic, too. 😔 It's terrible.

Well on the flip side of that, must because someone is skinny doesn't mean they are healthy either. They say being obese puts you at risk for being diabetic and having high blood pressure, but I know quite a few skinny people who are both diabetic AND have high blood pressure. This is why I said we as AfroAmericans need to take charge of our own medicines and build our own hospitals and clinics so that we can take charge of our own health instead of relying on White science and doctors to help us. What's good for them isn't necessarily good for us. For decades White folks were pushing that Mediterranean diet bullshit where you eat a lot of bread and grains and pastas. We know a diet like that will put a lot of people at risk for diabetes because it's too rich in carbohydrates. We can't go by what THEY way....their way is often the way of death.

Neely Fuller Jr. says that no one is truly "educated" until they have gotten everything they want and need in life. Until then, they are merely EDUCATING themselves. We must also differentiate true EDUCATION from merely academic INDOCTRINATION. : A lot of times when you go to these public Universities, they don't actually educate you and teach you what you need to know to be successful in life. They merely INDOCTRINATE you with a bunch of lies, false history, and propaganda and if you can remember it and repeat it back to them then you graduate. But you don't gain REAL KNOWLEDGE that can actually help you or your community. You often have to learn that on your own by doing your own research or experimentation.

SpeakHerTruth Men have PREFERENCES.....not TYPES. What's the difference? If I have three women in front of me, I may prefer one over the other two....but I'll still sleep with the other two. I don't find them a turn off and find them attractive, just not AS attractive as the one....thus I PREFER the first over the other two. Where as with a TYPE..... Woman already has in mind she wants "this kind" of man, whether it's a tall man, big man, rich man, Black man, Chinese man, etc.....that's her TYPE of man. So if 3 men are infront of her and only one happens to be her type...she ONLY wants that one man. She doesn't just prefer him, she ONLY wants him and usually won't even think about sleeping with the others unless they do something spectacular to grab her attention. This is not every man or woman obviously, but those two differences apply to 90%. of both men and women. Men typically have preferences while women typically have types.

Problem is, most people think THEY are decent themselves....so they aren't a good judge. We AfroAmericans express different shades and like you, I had similar statements at times coming from darker skinned Black men about having 'European traits'! I'm brown, and was disgusted by how some dark skinned men thought I was pretty because I was closer to being " white ". One even said I had a pointy nose like it was a compliment. Obesity is rampant in our community due to Environmental Racism....Food Apartheid - Food Desert/Insecurity. Primary cause of Obesity is the consumption of food products with no Nutritional value, Enzymes or Fiber. I am not giving advice as I am not in any way qualified to do so....the following is for entertainment only. 1st is how much you eat 2nd is what you eat. 3rd is when you eat 4th is how much physical activity. Practice Fasting and try to not consume anything for 8 hrs at a time Try to consume mostly organic minimally process foods....the closer to nature the better - Juicing and smoothies are great largest meal in the morning and smallest meal before bed....take digestive enzymes before and after every meal. Drink water constantly especially before meals Work out(brisk walk is fine) at least 30 minutes two time a week till heart rate increase or sweat beads on your skin Do simply stretch exercise every morning and night for 10 minutes. Meditate (relaxation response technique is fine) 15 minutes daily Start a Dream Diary/Journal. See a Nutritionist....Blood work test for deficiencies. Do the above for 21 days Those are some fun Ideas that work for me.....This is not advice or recommendation Have fun

Astrology is a really detailed classification system, that is built on correspondences and affinities. It's like the music industry the most popular artist aren't the most talented. Althouh I would say that the popularity of Astrology will increase dramatically,in 2023 and 2024.

I agree, every child is different and what works with one child may not work with another. With boys, most boys....generally at some point they must be spanked or physically punished in some way to instill the proper respect for authority in them. Many Black boys will TEST you to see if you'll punish them or not and just to see how soft or weak you are. Not spanking or physically disciplining or atleast threatening to physically discipline them is FAILING the test....and they'll walk all over you and lose respect for you. If you notice, a lot of the children who DIDN'T get spanked by their parents often grew up some of the most spoiled, selfish, inconsiderate people who often KILLED their parents just to inherit their wealth. Meanwhile the children who grew up constantly getting their tail whooped (in love ofcourse) and disciplined by their parents often grow up LOVING their parents, defending them and their spankings, and will even tell you the spankings were the reason they grew up to be successful. The lesson to learn is, trying to be your child's "best friend" instead of being a good parent never works. It doesn't make them like you more, it actually makes them lose respect and reverence for you and they often grow up resenting you for not giving them the discipline they so needed in life.

Just like a lot of light skinned AfroAmericans are arrogant and think they are prettier and better; a lot of dark skinned AfroAmericans are angry because of low self esteem and how they are treated in this society. When I'm out in public and I see a VERY dark skinned woman with her dark skinned baby smiling, playing with her baby, showing a lot of love and affection towards that child...I almost KNOW they are from Africa. Why? Because if they grew up in the United States that dark, there esteem would be so ruined from how they were treated in school by other children and by society that they would probably be on the streets and many are locked up in jail. Africans have a higher esteem because they grew up dark skinned in a society where everyone around them who are succesful looks like them. In the U.S. it's often the opposite. Growing up being called ugly, stupid, monkey, etc....help to ruin the esteem of a lot of people and often gives them a bad attitude.
