  1. Pedo 007 So.....are YOU gonna go visit Mr. Evans in the hospital? Since he's not going to be driving for a while, why don't YOU take his spot.
  2. I had to look up Drill Music too @Chevdove. After listening to a couple of songs there was nothing I could identify, sonically, that was particularly distinguishing from the rest of the rap out there. I guess I will have to do some more research to learn what to listen for. Is there an icon Drill music song or artist? You know like Chuck Brown for Go-Go? Eric Adams should arguably be described as a hip-hop mayor, though his years in a leadership role of the Po-Po, would always make him suspect though...
  3. I've been told multiple times that I sound like a white girl( because of a "girly voice") or that I sound educated. I don't really take it as an insult because it's not always meant that way but sometimes it is. I find it troubling that black people think a black woman with a feminine voice sounds white...??? Like??? Or that I sound educated because I sound white to them??? Hmm??? I didn't grow up around white people nor am I college educated, so this how I know people are unapologetically biased against their own. ๐Ÿ™‚
  4. ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ I'm sorry maaaaan.......lol. I guess I was just thinking more about her position as Lieutenant and how there were so many others in higher authority than her, but I believe she WAS the highest ranking regular occurring female on the show.
  5. My pleasure @Chevdove In defense ICe T has a long existence in the hip hop community @ProfD your right, he is from california, but he is respected in said community. @Troy how do you define a hip hop mayor? If someone wants to become the hip hop mayor of chicago, what will they have to do to be described as such in your view?
  6. Ice-T is from California but he honored Eric Adams Hip-Hop Mayor of NYC.๐Ÿ˜ Black folks with money are mostly Democrats so it makes sense that in NYC Eric Adams would get their endorsement.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  7. I have NEVER heard of DRILL MUSIC! Thanks for this post. I googled and learned that it originated in Chicago in only 2010!!!? Then it spread and became popular so much so that it spread to UK! That is outrageous.
  8. I'm interested to see what piece Lt. Uhura will be....lol. Knight or Bishop, maybe? .....ha' mercy.
  9. Lol....Is this thread about Tituba and the Salem witch trials, or about Black girls with ADHD???? I read a book a long time ago about a Black maid named Tituba who was working for a family in New England and used some sort of Hoodoo involving dog pee to put a spell on the family she worked for.
  10. Honestly, I think the fbi stats under report Black Violent crime. I think its much higher than 60%.
