This government is lacking. I guess it cannot fulfill the desire of all the people in it because of how it is built up and formed on the basis of human sacrifice. So in order for usa to fulfill the desire of all the people in it, therefore, it would have to deal with how it formed and provide some kind of governmental reparation to go towards the people of whom it exploited and it doesn't seem that will happen.

It is difficult to understand this question because I really did not know much about Juneteenth until a few years ago due to being on these kinds of forums. I came to better understand that this holiday is based on Texas and the slaves that were told there at a late time that they had already been freed. I also just recently came to understand that Biden is the one who made it a federal holiday but it was celebrated by some way before this time.

The reality and/or validity of every man-made social construct has always been debated.
