Same reason very few white female millionaires & billionaires have high profile sports investments. Men enjoy sports more than women do. Fortunes are built on inheritances, products, goods & services. Entertainment is further down the line.😎

I believe Black farmers are surviving by selling their produce in the same market as white farmers. It takes all hands on deck to feed a country with 340 million people running around in it.😁 Obesity is a very real problem here. Folks are eating...a LOT.🤣😎

Despite the multiracial make-up of the USA...white folks still run it. The poorest white folks still have more privilege & access to safety nets than non-whites. Whites who have a problem with immigrants really need to take their issues up with the white folks who use them for cheap labor & maximized profits. Rich getting richer. Humans have been adapting to changes accordingly throughout their existence on the planet. Whether it is relocation, climate, environment, natural disasters, etc., humans have to adapt in order to survive. FBA/AfroAmericans have adapted to & carved out a way of life here in the USA despite slavery. There is not another group of people anywhere on this planet who have more natural gifts, talents, flavor, creativity, style, etc., than FBA/AfroAmericans. Often imitated but never duplicated, I see people from every other race, ethnicity & culture trying to cop something from FBA/AfroAmericans. FBA/Americans have more natural & positive heroes than any other group of people. Slavery dealt FBA/AfroAmericans a very bad hand. We played thr cards we were dealt & still managed to stack wins. Many generations of FBA/AfroAmerican children have grown up winning despite the conditions & circumstances levied against them under the system of racism white supremacy. 😎

Michael Jordan was majority owner of the Charlotte Bobcats NBA team for 13 years. Jordan's $275 million dollar investment turned into $3 billion dollars when he sold his majority stake. He still has a minority ownership in the team. Magic Johnson is a minority owner of the Washington Commanders NFL team. A few Black folks do invest in sports teams. I'm hoping to see a Black investment group start a sports league &/or own a major league team. Ice Cube has a nice situation with his Big 3 basketball league. There are possibilities.😎

Black farmer John Boyd Jr. did get a chunk out of the billion dollars allocated to farmers back in 2025. It would be great if there were Black sports leagues that could support Black farmers. In the meantime, Black owned restaurants & grocery stores & schools, etc., should be sourcing their products from Black farmers.😎

I believe Douglass would be pleasantly surprised by the opportunities Black folks have been able to take advantage of despite the challenges under the system of racism white supremacy. Fair enough. Douglass was looking at humanity in its entirety. He definitely wasn't wearing rose-colored glasses in his assessment of men. Douglass' philosophy & oratory has been used by many after him to varying degrees. In the absence of a revolution to overthrow it, the biggest challenge especially for Black statesmen remains navigating the waters of racism white supremacy.😎

IMO, the only *good* that comes out of religion for FBA/AfroAmericans is churches & Gospel music.😁 N8gglets have written, composed & produced great Gospel songs using oppression, despair, hope, faith, etc., as fuel for their testimonies & ministries. Using religion as a base, Black folks have been able to generate a lot of wealth between churches & music. Unfortunately, that money is not being used cross-collaterally to invest in other wealth-building ventures. Same goes for all of the wealth generated in sports & entertainment. Victims will go along with some of the BS just because it is an easier pill to swallow than dealing with the reality. Being POTUS ages everyone who has ever been in the seat. An 80-year old who seemingly has more energy that folks half their age is not the norm. The AGA even addresses the smart way to gamble.🤣 Just as the National Rifle Association (NRA) advocates upholding the 2nd amendment, these organizations exist to protect American freedoms and interests. Even if Black elected leaders or any other race/nationality introduces bills to Congress against gambling or whatever white folks hold dear...they will have an uphill battle. I was referring to legalized gambling here in the USA. Black folks do not have that much power here in the USA. The white folks in power decide what is and is not legal &/or acceptable. Those powerful enough to create the game & rules of it also determine how it's to be played.😎
