Addendum...establishing and supporting Black-owned financial institutions does not require adherence to a belief or ideology. It does allow ALL Black folks to belong to the same tribe in some way.😎

Although Black folks do kill others, it's not with the same mentality that white folks are willing to kill anything and everything in their path. This is the reason it's important for parents, family and community to build self-esteem in children very early in life. It takes a certain level of maturity for people to reach the point of being transparent and honest in their intentions instead of playing games and scheming and conniving to get what they want. However, if/when an individual reaches that point of being able to 1) make their intentions known and 2) straight up ask for what they want....things go a lot more smoothly. Less time wasted too.😎

We don't know but that's a different question from your original position. Many folks want to be married at some point in their lives especially depending on how they were raised, religious beliefs, culture, etc. Of course, there's no time limit on attraction. However, goals usually come with milestones predicated on time. Women usually don't want to waste years in a relationship that isn't going anywhere. I.e. marriage. Sure. But in this dispensation it means a lot to some people whether it is cultural or religious. Perfection is never a prerequisite in a marriage because people are flawed. Yet, people of every ethnicity and culture hook up and marry outside of it. When Black men chase white or Asian or others outside the group...it's not a matter of self-hatred. Absolutely. Whether it is a personal or romantic relationship, when all parties understand the business side of it first...they can function better. Friendships benefit from a similar mentality too. Keep the business straight. No confusion = no misunderstandings. While built differently, strategic alliances can become soild friendships too. If one is forced to choose one type of relationship...go for strategic alliance. Mutually beneficial. Otherwise, the most successful relationships are a combination of friendship and strategic alliance.😎

Every group of people on the planet seems to have folks who do whatever it takes to blend into the dominant society here in the US. European white folks put their ethnicity aside in order to reinforce the white population here in the US. White folks no longer identify themselves as [insert ethnicity here]-Americans. The sentence doesn't have to be reduced. Diddy will get credit for time served. That's why his lawyers were trying to get his sentence in the range of 14 months. Then, he would have been released on Friday for time served because he's been locked up for more than 80% of 14 months. The courtroom sketch artist doesn't embellish the picture. Diddy is sitting in the detention center looking like this guy.🤣 They're not going to let him dye his hair in the penalty box. Best thing for him to do now is cut his hair and beard low.
