  1. Younger, testosterone-filled men usually try their hand at older women mainly for s8x, food and money. They're adding a notch to their conquest belt. Also, younger men don't want to deal with the 1) competition and 2) drama and 3) pregnancies that come with dating among their peers. Conversely, older women like to think they're still attractive and full of vigor. While older women are hitting their stride s8xually, the men in their age group are running out of gas on several levels. Yet, only a very small percentage of older women dating younger men will last for any length of time since they don't have too much in common. A younger man isn't going to want t deal with an older woman's mentality and ailments. Especially if she starts reminding him of his mother. On the flip side, an older woman won't be able to keep up with a younger man's energy and physical desires for a long period of time. More than likely, a younger man won't be able to provide an older woman with emotional stability and financial security. In a flash, it's a fun adventure for both older women and younger men. Like an amusement park ride.
  2. @Pioneer1, Black unity is definitely not about pulling dead weight across the line. My idea of Black Unity is about having the ability to close ranks, communicate and cooperate if/when things go sideways. Dysfunctional n8gglets will have to be left to figure it out.
  3. As we know, Civil Rights Attorney Ben Crump has been putting in work for a while now. Last week, he won an NAACP award. His acceptance speech is here: The quotable at the 5:30 mark for which he might be remembered is, "we have to be prepared to fight for our children's future until h8ll freezes over. And then, we have to be ready to fight on the ice." I have clowned brotha Ben Crump for his public speaking. But, I also give credit when it's due. Ben Crump went hard in the paint at the NAACP awards and delivered.
  4. Organized sports is an outlet for high testosterone. The military doesn't accept folks just because they're aggressive and/or wan't to kill folks. The military has their own way of breaking folks down and turning them into soldiers.
  5. Don't lose any sleep waiting for action. Nothing is going to happen. This won't even be a frigid war.
  6. I know you weren't asking the resident agnostic but the answer is...nope.
  7. Well, getting killed is permanent so the degree of pain is less relevant. Women were built to give birth. They're been doing it for a long time. Before the invention of epidural medication and painkillers. Both infant mortality and maternal mortality are relatively low especially in the most developed countries. That's why there are 8 billion people on the planet. A whole lot of procreation and childbirth.
  8. That's what they were born to do. If they didn't, we wouldn't be here. Many men make the ultimate sacrifice and give up their lives in order to protect. Both genders have their roles to play in the continued existence of human beings.
  9. Most people are mainly concerned with 1) survival and 2) finding a slice of happiness. The 2nd (happiness) comes in many forms. Getting high is just one. But, I keep saying....when it comes to these devils, follow the money and watch their hands.
  10. Agreed. Politics is just another trick white supremacists use to reinforce the system of racism. Dividing Black folks into camps of conservative and liberal takes their eye off the ball that is systemic racism. Individualism is great unti sh8t hits the fan. There's strength in numbers. Black folks do not have it in that regard. No amount of money, political affiliation or ideology will save a house that is divided if/when white supremacists decide to burn it down.
  11. Sure. Oppression and social injustice are just a few factors. Anarchy, rebellion and mental problems are others. Some men are just aggressive and violent. Too much testosterone. Littlrle to no interest in p8ssy. Those type dudes would rather hang together in a pack like wolves and fight and kill instead of chill with a woman.
  12. The celestial orchestra just inherited another star. Thanks for the great body of music; tunes that musicians will play forever. RIP Mr. Wayne Shorter.
  13. My conjecture had nothing to do with NYC. It was in response to your question about the soccer stadium not being built in Maryland. However, I've been alive long enough to know that soccer hasn't been popular among AfroAmericans especially compared to American football.
  14. @Pioneer1, you already know when someone can't beat the bully they pick on a smaller or weaker person. Oppression works the same way. Instead of joining forces and overthrowing the oppressor, stupid, er, disenfranchised people fight each other over dumb sh8t. Gang-bangers fight and kill each other over drugs, money, terrority and things that don't even belong to them.
  15. @Pioneer1, DC Mayor for Life Marion Barry and Mayor Coleman Young of Detroit were those dudes. Today's AfroAmerican politicians are a far cry from them. @richardmurray, I'm not sure of why Prince George's County, Maryland turned down a DC United stadium. If I had to guess, it was probably because AfroAmericans aren't huge soccer fans.
  16. Protecting Taiwan is the reason for any US military build up in the western pacific. The US doesn't want China to pull the same move that Russia is doing against Ukraine.
  17. Disenfranchised groups of people usually resort to destructive sh8t.
  18. Some mainstream media outletd spin sensational news. It has become entertainment. One has to read and watch unbiased news outlets in order to get some semblance of real news and the truth. Everything about the pandemic has become less interesting all of sudden. A year ago, the lab leak would have been in heavy rotation. Now, the war in Ukraine is headline news. Chinese weather balloons. Mass shootings. Some mainstream media outlets are full of it in how they deliver news.
  19. AfroAmericans did very well in Washington DC especially from the 1970s through late 1990s. As Washington DC is becoming less chocolate, the middle-class and affluent AfroAmericans just moved to suburbs on the outskirts of the city. That's why a suburb in Maryland consistently ranks high as one of the most affluent enclaves of predominantly AfroAmericans in the United States. Washington DC deserves much credit for making it happen.
  20. The lab leak theory has been circulating since shortly after the pandemic started. I don't believe a worldwide pandemic escaped from a lab. It's deeper than that but like other things, we'll never know. Keep in mind that they've got a 75 year seal on the vaccine ingredients. That's a long time before we can know what went into it. Most folks who received the vax will already be dead when they open the file.
  21. According to that report from El Salvador, 64,000 folks have been arrested and locked up. The murder rate has gone down 57%. If those numbers are true the question becomes why were the citizens allowing it to happen. Many of those families probably benefitted from the drug trade. No doubt prison has become big business. It is a cheap labor farm. But, there are folks who truly deserve to be locked up for serious crimes. Still, the prison population could be cut by more than half if they released all non-violent offenders. Not going to happen considering the money being made from warehousing people in modern plantations.
  22. Non-violent resistance is how AfroAmericans have been programmed to deal with injustice and file grievance when it comes to the system of racism.
  23. Both men and women should love themselves before they even think about sharing it with someone else and procreation. Broken people usually create or indulge in toxic relationships and breed dysfunction. That cycle tends to repeat itself.
  24. In my view, it's not about patriarchal control. Nature designed it that men build and lead. When natural disasters strike or any form of heavy lifting is required on the planet, women are not expected to be the 1st responders. I still contend that it's only among AfroAmericans that women being empowered over the men. Here in the US, the societal emasculation of men is worse for AfroAmerican men. That Vogue cover is a shining example of it. Despite that Jay-Z has just as much money as Beyonce, the media gives her more props than him. Oprah Winfrey has always been lauded while Steadman Graham is relegated to her side-piece. Yet, when it comes to their white counterparts of similar status, it's not the same. If an NFL team owner most of whom are billionaires has a wife, she's barely noticed. Black folks definitely should not view patriarchy as an encroachment on freedom. In fact, that is the last piece on the chessboard. Do Black folks hate or resent their fathers? I hope not. When Black men are no longer seen as the head and simply a tail, it will become even easier to conquer Black women and children.
  25. Yep. Rihanna has more money than A$AP Rocky. Then again, there's not too many Black men who have as much as she does. Interestingly, no matter how much money a white woman has she's never promoted or considered to be more powerful or bigger than a white man. Jeff Bezos ex-wife hooked up with schoolteacher on the rebound. She's a billionaire. Neither she nor anybody else looked down on the dude. The media hardly mentioned it. Only AfroAmerican women are put in a space where they proclaim to be strong and independent and don't need a man. From Rihanna to Lizzo, the media is having a field day laughing at them.
