  1. I am in the discussion and there are complaints about it providing inaccurate information.
  2. @Cynique This is part of respose I received from the AI Chat bot. They may feel a sense of frustration or blocked expression and may have to work to find a balance between their desire for change and their ability to communicate their ideas effectively.
  3. @Troy you ranked higher than Goodreads and The Schomburg.
  4. It is the matter because I am asking you the question. Would you see it as just a job if your mother, sister and your partner were being pimped by your father. Pioneer: What time are we going out tonight. Partner: I can't go out tonight. I have to work for Daddy. But Daddy is going to take me shopping after I give him all my money and have sex. Pioneer: Cool, have a banging night. Partner: If I bring in $500 Daddy is going to by me a dress. It's cool how you are open minded about sharing me with your father. Pioneer: I like to keep it All in the Family.
  5. So you'd be cool if your Dad pimped out your Mom sister and your partner.
  6. I acknowledged her position was correct, she also identified our point of difference. In the process I learned something about language and myself. So in my way of thinking that is a gain. You see admitting an error as a loss.
  7. Are here any developed Western counrties that didn't benefit from slavery?
  8. I put in some astrological info and this was the summary Overall, this person would likely be complex and dynamic, with a strong desire for change and transformation. They may feel a strong pull to break free from traditional ways of thinking and communicating, but may struggle to find the right words or outlets for their ideas and experiences. They may feel a sense of frustration or blocked expression and may have to work to find a balance between their desire for change and their ability to communicate their ideas effectively. They may have a strong intuition and a deep understanding of the unconscious mind, and they may have a strong connection to spirituality and the unseen world. They may also have a keen interest in learning and exploring new ideas and cultures, but may struggle to find the right words to express their unique perspective or may have a hard time making connections with others who share their interests.
  9. Deep Blue beat the best Chess player in the world. It took one year for it to beat him. The first match was played in February 1996 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Kasparov won the match 4–2, losing one game, drawing in two and winning three. A rematch was played in 1997 – this time Deep Blue won 3½–2½. Here's the exchange with ChatGPT how important is intuition Intuition is the ability to understand something without the need for conscious reasoning. It is often described as a "gut feeling" or a "sixth sense." Intuition is considered by some to be an important aspect of decision making and problem solving, as it can help individuals to quickly assess a situation and make a decision without needing to analyze all of the available information. However, it is also important to note that intuition can sometimes be influenced by biases and past experiences, and should be used in combination with other forms of reasoning and analysis. how can intuition be improved Intuition can be improved through a variety of means, such as: Practicing mindfulness and self-awareness: By paying attention to one's thoughts and feelings, individuals can better understand their own intuition and learn to trust it more. Gaining more knowledge and experience: The more information and experience one has, the better equipped they are to make decisions based on intuition. Learning to recognize patterns: The ability to recognize patterns can help individuals to quickly make sense of complex information and make decisions based on intuition. Exposing yourself to diverse perspectives and experiences: Having a diverse range of experiences and perspectives can help individuals to develop a more well-rounded intuition. Reflecting on past decisions: Reflecting on past decisions and considering how intuition played a role can help individuals to better understand their own intuition and improve it over time. Training in cognitive-based methods like meditation, cognitive-behavioral therapy and other self-awareness methods can help to increase clarity of thoughts and thus improve intuition. It's important to note that intuition is complex and different people may have different levels of intuition. Additionally, intuition is not a replacement for critical thinking and research, it should be used as complementary tool Genius is often thought of as exceptional intellectual or creative ability, and many geniuses are known for having certain traits that set them apart from others. Some common traits that are often associated with geniuses include: High intelligence: Geniuses are often highly intelligent and possess exceptional cognitive abilities. Creativity: Many geniuses are known for their ability to think outside of the box and come up with new and innovative ideas. Drive and motivation: Geniuses often have a strong drive and motivation to achieve their goals. Focus and concentration: Geniuses are often able to focus and concentrate on their work for extended periods of time. Ability to learn quickly: Geniuses often have the ability to learn quickly and absorb new information easily. Ability to think abstractly: Geniuses are able to think in abstract, theoretical terms and make connections between seemingly unrelated ideas. Persistence: Geniuses often exhibit a high degree of persistence in the face of obstacles and setbacks. Emotional intelligence: Geniuses often have the ability to understand and manage their own emotions, as well as the emotions of others, which is critical for problem solving and decision making. Open-mindedness and curiosity: Geniuses often have an open-minded, curious attitude towards new ideas and information. It's worth noting that genius is a complex phenomenon and not everyone who possesses these traits will be a genius, and not everyone who is considered a genius will possess all of these traits. Additionally, the traits of genius can vary depending on the field, some geniuses in one field might not be considered geniuses in another field. what negative traits do you geniuses posess While geniuses are often associated with positive traits such as high intelligence, creativity, and motivation, some geniuses may also possess certain negative traits. Some examples of negative traits that some geniuses may possess include: Arrogance: Some geniuses may be arrogant and believe they are always right or better than others. Lack of social skills: Some geniuses may struggle with social interactions and have difficulty connecting with others. Perfectionism: Some geniuses may have a strong need for perfection, which can lead to stress and anxiety. Single-mindedness: Some geniuses may be so focused on their work or area of expertise that they neglect other aspects of their lives. Impulsivity: Some geniuses may act impulsively, without thinking through the consequences of their actions. Difficulty with routine tasks: Some geniuses may struggle with routine tasks that they find boring, as their mind is geared towards more complex and challenging tasks. Difficulty with authority: Some geniuses may have difficulty accepting authority and may rebel against rules and regulations. Difficulty with teamwork: Some geniuses may have difficulty working in teams, as they prefer to work alone or with a small group of like-minded individuals. It's worth noting that these negative traits do not apply to all geniuses, and some geniuses may not have any of these negative traits. Additionally, these traits are not unique to geniuses and can be found in individuals with high intelligence or exceptional abilities in other areas. what is at the foundation of language The foundation of language is a complex and multi-faceted topic that has been studied by linguists, anthropologists, cognitive scientists, and other experts for many years. Some key elements that are considered to be at the foundation of language include: Communication: Language is a tool for communication that allows people to express their thoughts, feelings, and ideas to others. Symbolic representation: Language uses symbols, such as words and sounds, to represent concepts, objects, and ideas. Grammar: Language is governed by a set of rules, or grammar, that dictate how words and sounds can be combined to form meaningful sentences. Cultural transmission: Language is a cultural tool that is passed down from generation to generation, and is shaped by the cultural context in which it is used. Human cognition: Language is closely tied to human cognition, and is thought to be a product of the human brain's ability to process and understand complex information. Social interaction: Language is an important tool for social interaction, allowing people to form relationships, share information, and negotiate social hierarchies. Creativity and expressivity: Language allows for a high degree of expressivity and creativity, allowing people to convey complex ideas and emotions, and to create art, literature, and other forms of cultural expression. These elements are considered fundamental to the study of language and are present in every human language, but the way they are used, the variations and the complexity of them can vary greatly between different languages and cultures. What is the difference among alphabets pictograms pictographs and hieroglyphics Alphabets, pictograms, pictographs, and hieroglyphics are all forms of writing systems, but they have some key differences. Alphabets: An alphabet is a writing system that uses a set of symbols, usually letters, to represent sounds or phonemes. Alphabets can be used to write any language, and are the most common form of writing system in use today. Pictograms: A pictogram is a symbol or picture that represents a word or concept. Pictograms are often used in signs, maps, and other forms of visual communication. They are simple and easy to understand, but they can only represent a limited set of concepts and are not suitable for writing complex ideas or sentences. Pictographs: A pictograph is a type of writing system that uses pictures to represent words or concepts. Pictographs are similar to pictograms, but they are more detailed and can represent a wider range of concepts. They are often used in ancient writing systems. Hieroglyphics: Hieroglyphics is a writing system that uses a combination of pictures and symbols to represent words or concepts. It was used in ancient Egypt, and it was considered a sacred writing system that was used for religious texts and monumental inscriptions. Hieroglyphics can be read by scholars, but it is more complex than other writing systems and requires more knowledge and study to interpret. In summary, alphabets are a writing system that uses symbols to represent sounds, while pictograms, pictographs, and hieroglyphics are all forms of writing systems that use pictures or symbols to represent concepts or words. Alphabets are the most flexible and can be used to write any language, while the others are more limited in the range of concepts they can represent and are mainly used for simple or specific purposes
  10. Here's a fairly detailed time line of my practice. It is complicated. It is hard to understand because it isn't like anything else, plus I have been working on it since 1999. I will try to explain my idea and my initial goal. I started with Tarot and Numerology. Tarot is great for describing the situation, numerology was good for a quick character delineation. A Friend said my reading was good but I should include timing. So I started researching timing in Tarot. The general consensus is that either it doesn't work or is very general. I came across a few techniques to specify time. Using either the astrological correspondence or elements to specify the length or the number to represent the amount but not unit. So in theory there were a few reasonable approaches but none worked practically. So I combined a few techniques and created a heuristic and an actual formulae. This was about 1997. In 1999 I learned the basics of astrology. By 2000 I had read about 1300 people using Tarot and Numerology. and probably about 50 -100 astrology charts. It was about this time that I created my own correspondence between numbers and planets. I used to read Tarot every chance I got., plus I had a formula to calculate time in the tarot. Around 2000 I became more focused on astrology and Tarot. Numerology wasn't good as a predictor and astrology was a more dynamic character assesor. So I dropped Numerology and focused on numbers. The next big leap was around 2006 I was working as a psychic full time. People wanted definite answers. So I created my magical language that created meaning for every number between 1 - 930. This took months, I took everything I read on Astrology Tarot Numbers and occult theory to create a magical language using three "random" numbers from the querent's mind. The numbers told a story and were related to an amount of time. The formulae generally results in the following time span 2 - 4 months roughly. However in practice the time could be immediately or years into the future. It has happened that the time was never, this happened twice, one time I remember vividly, because it was the first time after doing thousands of readings. I also was trying to find a link to Tarot and astrology using Greek and Hebrew among other things. I created a correspondence for the first 300 numbers; each number had about 14 categories using Tarot and Astrological symbolism in addition to the letter values in Greek and Hebrew. This project took me a hundred hours to set up. It didn't work. Another large project that didn't work was using statistics to quantify the link between numerology and Astrology. I had 1300 people and about 130 categories for each person. Planetary position, planetary aspects both the short and the long way. Plus all the different numerology categories. So basically it was a million cell matrix. Around 2015 I had the idea that I could use words in addition to numbers as keys to the subconscious of the querent. So words in addition to numbers have a secondary meaning in my system and a future time. So I took a few words like spirit and mind. Wrote up what they meant based on my system then created a chart to further delineate the word. The charts I have shared on Facebook. Most people don't understand what I am doing or how. Yet a couple of people have noted the symbolic significance of the charts. So for me words and numbers have a meaning beyond what is commonly agreed upon. So the last magical language is the most complex since the symbols represent ideas and can also be used as numbers. However I am using a non decimal based counting system which has some interesting properties. I was looking at Pi Rho and e. Pi is the most interesting for me because it relates the best to my system. I found a pattern and was able to remember the first 16 numbers of Pi. So the new system goes beyond a correspondence for number 0 - 9 to the planets. The new system currently has 100+ characters in its symbolset. I have only defined a few of the symbols yet they enable me to qualify a moment of time. I have read a few books on time and the calendar, however one of the most interesting books is Georges Ifrah - The Universal History of Numbers , the complete Magicians Tables was also helpful since it lists correspondences across many systems. The other Book is Eastern and Western Mysteries by David Allen Hulse. So with this system I was able to tell a querent that in the next town was a cafe was vibrant and her friend lived there. And the town south of it was residential. I was also able to correctly identify the number of job offers and when they would occur on a date plus or minus a week. What I have found is that my system only works for individuals and is less accurate with Mundane Astrology. So what I am noticing is there are signatures in time that I can identify. which allows me to either create a transit Astrological chart from a word or parse through thousands of minor and major transits to find the chart that answers the question. So when you look at the land or an area you can describe it. I can do a similar thing when looking at time. The three number system allows me to essentially read time since time is relate to three Past Present Future Hours Minutes Second Years Month Days Degrees Minutes Seconds The other interesting thing is that time in astrology also relates to position in the solar system. So even before Einstein said space and time are linked or two sides of the same coin. Astrology got there first.
  11. There are rules in art. Most fields have rules but innovation or creativity goes beyond those rules. Or rather is not constrained by the structure or politics.
  12. Artificial Intelligence learns very quickly compared to humans. Compare how many years it takes to be a chess grandmaster with how long it took a program to consistently win. It is amusing if I visualise Cynique schooling all the defeated humans on how to beat "The Machine" (said with a Morpheus inflection) Being excluded from the system does confer benefits other than those pesky bullets. There is a commentary on The Matrix movie by Cornell West and Ken Wilber. It is both philosophical and spiritual.
  13. You sound like Morpheus when he was training Neo in the Matrix It's only a sophomore, wait until it graduates. Graphic designers are already complaining about AI. I am not certain when AI was implemented for graphic design but it is less than 5 years. It will get better the same way predictive text got better. Which is AI on your phone. Quite a few Astrologers think it will be beneficial for Astrology. I don't think the language of Astrology is mappable. Since often an Astrologer can't explain why they choose one meaning over another. It may be that entering text online is feeding AI. In which case the only fields outside of it's domain aren't strictly rule based.
  14. Maybe being in the moment trumps a journal it's the opposite of a cold reading where you start talking and then ask questions.
  15. Thank you it's a big compliment but if the blog takes too much time , a book is out of the question
  16. Yes we had different perspectives but after looking up the definitions of proof evidence and semantics I see your point. So thank you for both your persistence and patience.
  17. So I hadn't seen this until now. No I had a Wordpress page on Astrology. I think may have posted my divination bio here. I have a FB page called Astrological Theory. But Blogs require consistent and continual content.
  18. Here is one of the exchanges how would you describe me based on m questions As a language model, I do not have the ability to perceive or understand the physical world and I do not have information about you other than the questions you have asked me. Therefore, I am not able to provide a description of you based on your questions. However, based on your questions, I can infer that you are curious, searching for knowledge and have an interest in a wide range of topics.
  19. I had a Tarot reader say the same thing. In Tarot the 9 of cups (hearts) is one of the most beneficial pip cards. However there are stronger beneficial Trump cards. You seem to remember quite a bit from 60 years ago. You didn't need to know the standard definition of the cards to know what the mean. I had a friend that wanted me to teach them Tarot. I said don't read the book. I want you to come up with your own meanings of the cards. One day I saw her with the book. She didn't trust her meanings nor my method. So I ended the lessons. I am going out in a limb with my next statement. You knew on some level that your readings were correct. Otherwise you are consciously being deceptive. Which I don't believe was the case. Were you're readings ever wrong? As an aside I don't think you can properly read Tarot or utilise any divination system without intuition. Since the cards have more than one meaning and there isn't a rational way to pick one over the other.
  20. I am not arguing semantics which is why I posted the definitions. For me it is not the same to say. You can have evidence. It can be evident You can have proof It can be proven. It proves the point https://www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/definition/english/evidence_1 [uncountable] the information that is used in court to try to prove something. to prove or show something; to be evidence of something So you are correct that evidence can be used interchangeably based on the definitions. However one definition of evidence is not the same as proof. Our point of difference is that definitions is a subset of semantics. Semantics is the meaning of words and phrases. A word does have a different definition versus usage in a phtase I was going to say sentence but it is not the same as a phrase. I thought you .were wrong, I should have known better. However I have learnt something today.
  21. Can anyone explain how evidence is a proof unless it is self evident. In which case it is already a proof. A geometric proof involves writing reasoned, logical explanations that use definitions, axioms, postulates, and previously proved theorems to arrive at a conclusion about a geometric statement. A good proof has an argument that is clearly developed with each step supported by: Theorems: statements that can be proved to be true Postulates: statements that are assumed to be true without proof (for example, an angle has only one bisector) Axioms: self-evident truths or the basic facts that are accepted without any proof (for example, a straight line can be drawn between any two points) Proofs are commonly written in two columns, where the statements are listed in one column and the reasons for each statement's truth are listed in another column.
