It's not so much that what I'm saying is wrong or insignificant....it's that you don't want to hear it.

Your mind is made up about what you think the problems are and what you think the solutions are.

If someone comes along and says what you want to hear and are in agreement you'll praise it as a marvelous solution, strategy, etc....even if it has proven  to be totally ineffective from a practical point of view.

Over the past 20 years or so many Conservatives have learned to REVERSE ROLES and FLIP THE SCRIPT so to speak.

Where in the 70s and 80s it was the Left and especially AfroAmericans who were complaining about media bias and racism in the media...around the mid-1990s the Conservatives started playing the victim and claiming "media bias" themselves.
THEY started complaining about a "liberal leftists" media out to push a leftist agenda.

When we as AfroAmericans talk about media bias (those who still do) we MEAN it.
When Conservatives talk about media bias and liberal media it's a STRATEGY to play victim and force the media to be even MORE racist to placate them.

But thank you for the statement on Larry's movie.

It's just like I expected......
He stuck to "the script" of just blaming Black men and the Democrat party for all of AfroAmerica's troubles.....because it's safe for him to do so.

He knew if he went anywhere near transgenderism or said something negative about Black women his little documentary wouldn't have even left the studio....lol.

But like I said, Black Conservatives need to be careful with whom they pledge their allegiance to and what they are willing to accept or......keep their mouths shut about.
 

Don't be surprised if 20 years from now you see so-called Black Conservative men on television giving speeches at the Republican National convention talking about:

Because they....like the Black "Conservatives" before them....decided it was better to get PAID instead of standing by their moral principles.
When you START selling out your morals and principles for money or a talk-show or an office, there is no limit to what else you'll sell out for.

Every few months or so I'll log in and see more forums or a new forum I hadn't noticed before.  

Since I have a pretty domineering presence I try to limit my activities to the Culture, Race & Economy forum and venture out only when asked by someone to...so as to give others enough space to express themselves without my interfering.

I have TWO examples of prominent Caucasian women who are freakier than Cardi:

As I said, there is no shortage of raunchy sexually explicit Caucasian women.
But there are so many OTHER types of Caucasian women to compensate for them that they are no more than small percentage of the general.

We can indeed break the cycle, but it starts with a proper knowledge of self and a proper knowledge of Caucasian racism.

If we DON'T know who we are and what we're capable of, we will limit ourselves.

And if we DON'T know who the Caucasians are and what they have, are, and will continue to do....our people will keep making the same mistakes with them over and over again all the while scratching their heads wondering why things just aren't "turning out right".
 

AfroAmericans can't continue to "ignore" racism and bury thier heads in the sand as to  the major role racism plays in our attempts at progress.

Because as soon as you establish something you're going to welcome Caucasians in to be apart of it and they will SABATOGE it and either try to take control over it or destroy it.

For example........

Look at Hiphop.

It's a multi BILLION dollar industry that started out as an creative musical artform by inner city AfroAmerican youth.

As long as it remained primarily controled by US it made many of our people wealthy, provide a good form of entertainment, and brought a level of social awareness to the community.
The entire world was falling inlove with the Black man and how we could rhyme, sing, and the smooth dances we did.
Even the Japanese were obsessed with Hiphop in the United States and tried to imitate us.
 

As soon as Caucasians came with bags of money begging to "get in" and many of our artists SOLD OUT and offered to teach them everything they knew about the industry.....

All of a sudden Hiphop degenerated to:

-"gangsta rap" fueling inner city violence
-disrespect and abuse of women
-massive and chronic drug abuse
- gangs that were previously known only in Los Angeles became world-wide

This was no accident.
This was done on purpose.

Racist Caucasians saw the AfroAmerican youth doing something positive, saw how impressed the rest of the world was, and set themselves to the task of trying to SABATOGE it by flooding it with money, buying off rappers, promising the worse ones the most rotation and media coverage, and encouraging them to write and produce self-destructive morally degenerate songs, and even killing eachother.
 

So ANYTHING we do must start off with a proper knowledge of self and a proper knowledge of White Supremacy.
 

If not, most of what you attempt is already doomed for failure before it even walks out the front door.

After that..................

We need to work on getting our own independent NATIONAL BROADCAST television network
Not just a youtube channel.
Not just a cable channel like BET.
But we need a BROADCAST television network like NBC or ABC that anyone with or without a subscription can plug in, sit down, and watch without having to get the permission of Caucasian network executives or sponsors to tell our stories and speak to ourselves.

20 years ago I wouldn't have understood your unwillingness to criticize or even discuss Niecy's homosexual union to another woman.

I would have thought this was something Black Conservatives would be all over the Black media chomping at the bit at as an example of the breakdown of the Black family and the "last days".....lol.

But as I've gotten older and wiser I now UNDERSTAND why they are silent.

Like most Black Conservatives you don't get YOUR values and morals from the Bible....you get them from the Caucasian (in your case Republican Caucasians).

What I'm describing is the over representation of interracial and homosexual relationships in the media and how hetrosexual ADOS Black men are underrepresented -- unless we are providing entertainment through dysfunctional behavior, criminal activity, victims of violence, playing sports, or singing and dancing.

I'm sure Larry...like most Black Conservatives...spent much of the video complaining about the problems in the Black community; but BESIDES blaming lack of fathers in the home and religiously supporting the Democrats..............did he actually complain about any other problems or issues facing the AfroAmerican community?

I'm especially curious as to whether or not he touched on the issues of homosexuality, transgenderism, and autism.

The Old Testament is only useful in terms of validation of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It serves to convict while Jesus liberates.

Those are nice and "thoughtful" sounding words, but are they the TRUTH?

In other words.....
Did JESUS say that about himself, or did YOU and modern Christians say that ABOUT him?

The Jesus I read about in the Bible DID NOT say he came to replace the law with "liberation" but that he came to FULFILL it.

In other words, ALL of the commandments under the Old Testament are supposed to STILL be obeyed by those who CLAIM to follow Jesus.

There are plenty of Greeks and Italians walking around who look like her and are classified as "White" in America.

Yes, some of them are but there are SO MANY  Caucasian women in the media with so many variant archetypes that the small percentage who ARE portrayed in this manner have less of an impact on the youth.

She was raunchy and hyper sexual, but she was looked at a devilish alternative that only fringe elements of Caucasian society dared to follow after.
You didn't see half of little white girls growing up wanting to be like her and all of the female singers trying to imitate her like a Cardi B or Nicki Minaj.

With Caucasians, you get a variety rather than just a single STEREOTYPE

But based upon my observations, which starts from the world of books, you have to look too hard to find celebrations of love between to heterosexual ADOS individuals.  It is like these relationships, which are the majority in the country, are boring, passe, and unworthy of celebrating.

Well Neely Fuller Jr. has addressed this issue that you're speaking of on MANY occasions by saying that the White Supremacists are trying to manipulate Black people and people of color in general by convincing them that regular old fashioned sex is too "boring" and "limited".
The White Supremacist are trying to CONFUSE people of color by having them scatter their "love" and sexuality all over the place.

So you have two AfroAmerican  (Cardi is Latina but still has African ancestry) women doing a "sexy" video that features NO MEN.
That doesn't promote Black love between men and women, only Black love between women!

And the song isn't that great, so I wonder why the main-stream media....which hasn't really cared too much for Rap or Hiphop in general...wants to give THIS video so much attention?

You even have a so-called Conservative Caucasian talk-show host named Ben Shapiro focusing on it and reading lyrics from it on his show!
