A Jealous And Insecure Man
ProfD There's a difference between a woman being attracted to you and interested in you. They are similar...but not exactly the same. You can be rather unattractive as a man, but if she wants you for your money or to get a job you may be managing....she will be INTERESTED in you....lol.

Black Owned Cafes from KEMI
richardmurray Thank you sir, but that comment wasn't meant to be a criticism of the list! It's appreciated because it hipped me to a lot of new spots I need to hit the next time I go back to Detroit. I was kind of thinking "out loud" as I remember the various spots I used to frequent when I lived in the city....lol. I'm kind of surprised at Seattle having so many Black owned cafes. I been there a bunch of times. Although it does have a Black presence, it's a fairly White city, lol.

Wicked: More Racist Conditioning For A New Generation
I say: "You know... Hollywood has a history of putting out racist material and hiding it in subliminal messaging." The response I get is: "I don't know WHAT'choo talkin' bout! The focus of Hollywood is to make money, not promote racism! That sounds like some silly ass conspiracy theory talk, to me! You jive ass nigga. You need to stop making things up in your mind and get out more!"

A Jealous And Insecure Man
Troy You start talking about your manz and all of a sudden @aka Contrarian gets interested in the conversation. I see she liked loved your post...lol. were you that guy peeping over the urinal checking out my package the last time I was in Detroit? Lol...no, are you trying to get "in touch" with him or something???? ProfD Instead of admiring his manhood, that time and energy would be better spent figuring out how to secure a bag. Perhaps his manhood is what he's RELYING ON to keep a roof over his head, food, and clothes provided by the woman or women he's serving. He's practicing EMERGENCY compensatory behavior. If a man is unattractive, he needs to figure out and correct it. Some men can, some men can't. Some men KNOW why they're unattractive but can't do anything about it. The problem is that some men want women who aren't attracted to them. I would say MOST men fall under that category. Not that all of the women they want don't want them, but certainly SOME of the women most men want don't want them. As I mentioned in the food thread, owning the process is the only way to insure quality control. Facts. And even when you own it, you need to hire QUALIFIED people to run your business. Not your cousin who has 7 kids and needs a job to get away from her abusive baby daddy that she's adDICKted too...lol. Or your crazy ass brother-n-law who just got out of jail for armed robbery and needs a job....lol. "Come on man...you already know who I am. I don't see why I need an interview."

Man I Loved This Movie.....lol.
It's the same with the movie Glory, another one of my favorites. It's been a favorite of mine since it came out back in 1990 and it seems that with each passing decade of wisdom I gain more insight and have more appreciation for difference scenes in that movie.

National Guard Ambush in DC
Or an excuse to modify the immigration policy and halt all immigration from Asia and Africa. The suspect is said to be an Afghan national, yet somehow during these past few days the focus has changed from Afghanistan to Somalia and the Somalis of Minnesota.

Wicked: More Racist Conditioning For A New Generation
Troy & Cynique Why even go back-n-forth with you two? You're just going to counter/oppose any point I make, anyway. I can say: Ice melts when it's warm. You two will come right behind me and say: "Well that's YOUR experience....it's certainly not mine! I don't know HOW you came to that conclusion. In Alaska Eskimos can live and cook in igloos made of ice and they never melt, so you're wrong. You need to get out more!" 🤷🏿♂️ So why waste time?

Black Owned Cafes from KEMI
Man, time flies. I haven't been to ANY of those cafes in Detroit....lol. There is one cafe I used to go to quite a bit and I'm surprised it wasn't on your list, Nandi's House of Knowledge.

Man I Loved This Movie.....lol.
It was rated PG back in the 70s, but I doubt it it would get that rating today. I remember the first time I saw this movie. I had to be 9 or 10 years old and I saw it on one of our old small screen black and white tv sets....lol. I immediately fell in love with it from the opening scenes right to Preacher galloping away in the cemetery.

A Jealous And Insecure Man
Troy JOHNSON Just how many penises have you sized up over the years? Well..... You were an athlete in high school and college so I'm guessing not NEARLY as many as you probably have, lol. So why “contradick” this and insist that there is one? Your “reasoning” never ceases to astonish me. It's not a contraDICKtion, just more CUNCONText.....lol. An acknowledgement of how skewed the information is often presented. There are plenty of reports on the size penis by race that acknowledge that Black men are king, but there are many more that say race doesn't matter or that the data is inconclusive. This is done deliberately to obscure the facts or make them vague. Shooting down the myth that’s so-called Black people have the biggest dicks is not disparaging black men. It is interesting. You take so much pride in this myth. It's not a myth, it's a scientific fact. And MOST Black men over 40 take pride in this fact...unless they've been shamed into not doing so. Black people have plenty of actual and meaningful accomplishments to be proud of couldn’t be the mothers and fathers of civilization — indeed humanity. Why can't Black people be proud of both? Why must they hide their sexuality? Mr. JOHNSON....lol.

Wicked: More Racist Conditioning For A New Generation
Troy I'm not sure about Cynthia, but Ariana is straight as far as I know. Infact, she's reportedly in a relationship with of one the actors of the movie. I haven't followed her much, but I remember a while back when she actually was into dating Black men. Now she's been dating White men....lol. As I said initially, the poster is the first thing you see about the movie and it's the thing MOST people will see....even if they don't watch the actual movie itself. All of this stuff about "watching the movie first" before drawing a conclusion is similar to "don't judge a book by it's cover". It sounds good and it's quite logical, but it's not realistic. People DO judge books by their covers whether they should or not, which is why so much detail is often put IN a book's covering and presentation. And it's the same with movie trailers and posters. That image alone often helps a parent decide whether or not they want to take their children to see that movie. Cynthia's character may not be Black or Brown, but she still plays a woman "of color" and the fact that she's dressed up in all black through out the film only serves to REINFORCE the idea of blackness or people of color being equated with negativity and evil and whiteness being equated to goodness and purity. Nothing in Hollywood is done by accident. Every little detail is orchestrated to have a desired effect and influence. Just like a teenager who complains about having to take out the garbage but the adults who own and run the house know why it needs to be taken out and what will happen if you DON'T take it out...on time..... Maybe most Black people don't see the importance or consequences of promoting images like this....but the Whites who run Hollywood certainly do.

Wicked: More Racist Conditioning For A New Generation
I saw that! It was first brought to my attention when my man Tariq Nasheed did a show about it and her and Ariana's weird ass relationship. They are definitely pushing the "masculine black woman" image.

Man I Loved This Movie.....lol.
Talking to ProfD about the ratchet behavior of some of the people we knew and saw growing up brought back memories of Cooley High and scenes like this: I don't care what city you grew up in, we all knew a "Damon"....literally. Either somebody NAMED "Damon" or somebody who ACTED LIKE Damon. Mostly likely MULTIPLE....lol.

A Jealous And Insecure Man
ProfD None of our positive atrributes changes out net overall position under the same system. It's not like white folks are gonna say...oh wow...let's give this big d*ck n8gga a billion dollars The purpose of a brutha with a big dick making it well known is usually NOT necessarily to fair well within this system but to: Use that attribute to impress women and get access to more trim OR Advertise his qualification as a big time star in the porn industry.... Along with being able to ejaculate on cue.....lol. That's not an attribute you display to get a job in corporate America or a role on Sesame Street...lol. A man should not spend too much time with women who judge him. Oh. You want men to be HERMITS then, lol. Kicking it with women who are naturally attracted is less stressful. As I said, some women are naturally attracted to men with big dicks....so letting her know THAT fact alone known will make her like you naturally if nothing else. But if you hide it or try to play "Mr. Humble" as this society would have you do, there's a small chance she'd ever know. It's like trying to attract a gold digger. Most men don't like gold diggers but if you run into one you DO like....and you got money....then flossing your wealth is the logical way to attract her. Same thing with this..... If you're fortunate enough to be packing a "third leg"...lol...and the woman you like happens to like that...then making this known works to your advantage. Gotcha. It was a mix where I grew. Some dudes had good paying jobs. Their unemployed, broke *friends* met them at the liquor store after they got from work with plastic cup in hand waiting to get a hit off the bottle.🤣 We KNEW OF broke dudes and criminals and gangsters both in the family as well as people we just knew, but they almost all resided in other parts of town. Not in this particular neighborhood I grew up in, because it was mostly Black and working class. Many of the adults and kids would dread when the ghetto acting Black folks would come to parties or family get-togethers in my neighborhood because they often brought drama with them like beating up the neighborhood kids and taking their bikes or macking on the wives of the men in our neighborhood and even breaking in the homes sometimes. You knew YOUR family and friends but your neighbors didn't. And often times YOUR family would be cool around YOU at YOUR home but would be their typical trifling ratchet ghetto ass self with your neighbors...lol. Those were the days though. We didn't have a whole lot. Shelter, clothing, food, music, laughter, etc. Fun times. Things were more simple and it seems easier to figure out. There was certainly more Black love and less confusion, but the foolishness was already starting. I remember seeing some dark skinned well shaped sistas as a kid who used to wear their hair naturally. The older men would comment on how fine they were and whistle at them and flirt with them, but the boys around my age would scratch their heads and consider them unattractive. Especially with their hair like that. This was the time of Vanity, Vanessa Williams, Jane Kennedy, Dianne Carroll...and other light skinned women were being pushed. It was starting to have an effect. Even if she doesn't need his money or protection, women prefer men who can take care of themselves. That broke dude who f8cks well becomes less attractive and desirable to a woman especially if he's needy or unambitious or lacks motivation. That's a fact that I won't argue with. It goes a little something like this.... Most women want a man who can protect and provide for them, yes. Fewer...but a definite number....want a man JUST for sex...because she can provide for and THINKS she can protect herself. As long as he has his own money, place, and can take care of himself and ain't asking her for shit. But an even FEWER...but a definite number....want a man just for sex and is willing to provide FOR HIM in exchange! They are a tiny minority but they do exist. Black folks should own the condom, alcohol and drug manufacturing and distribution companies among others. Absolutely. Maybe if Black folks owned the condom factories you'd have less "mysterious" pregnancies that often occur DESPITE the fact that a condom was used....lol. I don't want to believe that they are deliberately making some condoms with little microscopic holes in them designed for them to have a failure rate.

A Jealous And Insecure Man
ProfD Confident men don't brag or boast about their manhood or toughness or bank account balance. Those who need to know will find out. The same thing can be said about a Black man's criminal record. Yet the racists in society have no problem advertising that and making it public knowledge. I understand what you're saying, but we're not living in a society that gives men the benefit of the doubt. Most women don't judge men logically or look at them with a blank slate UNTIL all of the fact come out. They often judge them by stereotypes and assumptions. Having a good or positive stereotype or assumption works to your advantage. They were usually broke too. Actually no. None of them were broke. Some of them were alcoholic and had other dysfunctions but none of the Black men I grew up around in my family or neighborhood were broke. Most of them had good paying working class jobs. Most of them came from down South where....again...it was well known and understood that Black men were well endowed. Hyper-fixation on manhood and/or s8xual prowess is considered juvenile. -Hyper-fixation -considered juvenile. Because of these 2 key phrases in your statement...I agree with it. Most men have a d*ck. Not every man is capable of provision and protection which is the thing women most desire. A dick IS the thing some women most desire. Not all, but some. We've talked about this before, but for a woman who is making her own money and providing for herself...she doesn't need a man to do things things for her. Some women...ALL they want is a man who can throw down in the bedroom...lol. Makes sense from a money-making perspective especially if men feel better about themselves. The same argument can be made for drugs and alcohol. There is big money in making people feel better.

Wicked: More Racist Conditioning For A New Generation
Another thing I don't like is how their OFF SCREEN relationship is being portrayed and promoted through out the media. Here you got a White woman looking like and dressing like a woman. But the Black woman is bald headed, in tatoos, arms all muscular, and she's holding the White woman's hand as if she's escorting her. Cynthia is clearly portraying a MAN'S ROLE in their relationship. As if to say, the only way a Black woman and White woman can be friends and get along is if the White woman is allowed to be "the lady" in this relationship. ProfD Before protesting comes ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. People aren't going to protest or boycott or even argue against something they don't even feel is wrong or offensive. Black replacement is a whole nother conversation True. But it does tie in to this to the extent that I believe it PROBABLY be a little bit harder to find a Black American woman willing to portray a witch than a Black person from another country. As much as I complain about how indifferent and clueless a lot of AfroAmericans are, the fact is when it comes to racism we still tend to be MORE WOKE to it compared to most other Black folks around the world....outside of maybe South Africa, lol. There are some roles the average Black American simply won't play, so they have to get Black folks from elsewhere to play them.

Him?????
ProfD Right. We didn't do enough. Not enough of the right things atleast. There was more of a focus on trying to integrate into White society than building up our own. This led to more of our people trying to act like and BE White, than taking pride in being ourselves. The Malcolm X movie had dudes wearing X hats. They were wearing Afrocentric mediallions too. I remember those days quite well...lol. TV shows like Cosby, A Different World, Martin and Living Single were pro-Black but showed us in a upwardly mobile light. The upward mobility part I liked. I didn't have a problem with it. What I WOULD criticize those shows over is not glamorizing dark skin and African features enough. Both Martin and A Different World portrayed light skinned women as more "beautiful" and desirable and chased after while the darker skinned women were often clowned on or portrayed as sexually frustrated and always "wanting" a man. Black folks on the west coast have been wearing permed and colored hair and colored contacts for several decades. This has existed among our people around the country to a MINOR DEGREE for decades. However the difference today is: 1. Most Black women with blonde hair seem to honestly NOT SEE anything wrong or odd about it or how it's a sign of self hatred. They are no longer ashamed of trying to be like White women. Many of them don't even think they ARE trying to be like White women. 2. Unlike the past where most Black people would AGREE with you that Black women shouldn't be dying their hair blonde, today many people in our community will ARGUE WITH YOU that it's ok for them to do it. The perspective and ethics of it has changed. That's why Black folks look like the united colors of benetton. This is why I no longer consider many of them "Black". I call them what they are....bi-racial or multi-racial. It's getting to the point where people with 3 White grandparents and 1 Black grandparent are running around talking about "nigga" this and that and calling themselves Black even though their skin is nearly White and their hair is blonde. And they are being accepted! To me, there's limit or boundary....after that is crossed you are no longer Black...lol. Pretty soon you'll have a situation like you have in the NBA with a bunch of yellow skinned shaggy haired boys running around representing "Blackness" as if THEY and how THEY look are somehow the standard of what AfroAmericans look like. When a real sho' nuff AfroAmerican comes around...he'll look like an outsider.

A Jealous And Insecure Man
ProfD I don't know of too many adult men who wouldn't take pride in the IMAGE that they may have a big dick. Whether they actually have one or not, that IMAGE is something most men would be proud of. They wouldn't fight against it. Kind of like how most Latino men are proud to be known as the most macho...even if they personally aren't. Or how most Italian men are proud to be known as being tough....even if they personally aren't. When I was a kid Black men used to take pride in "swinging low"....lol. But today it seems like so many AfroAmerican men have been beat down and shamed by this society that they are afraid to express any sort of pride in THEIR sexuality. They have to hide it, or pretend it doesn't exist in order to not appear threatening or piss off people who aren't going to like them anyway. Down playing the size of the Black man's dick isn't going to get us any further in this society than down playing how much money we make or how much wealth we've earned. Maybe condom manufacturers need a d*ck data report to insure they are not under-serving the community Magnums obviously exist for a reason...lol.

Wicked: More Racist Conditioning For A New Generation
I'm not dealing with the movie itself, but it's advertisement because far more people will see THAT than will take time to even watch the movie. It has the Black woman portraying a witch and the White girl (who's actually brunette in real life) with her hair dyed blonde and wearing a tiara representing goodness. It's a damn shame so many people don't even see the obvious racist undertones of how this movies is being advertised...as the one before it....and the psychological damage it's doing to Black children. Some of you are sitting up smiling right now wondering what the big deal is. FOOL How many times do we have to go in FUCKING CIRLCES over this???? The late great honorable Dr. Frances Cress Welsing has warned us about these racist images and how they are designed to program the minds of people to keep them conditioned to accept racism. Let me make it plain and simple for the DUMB ASSES who are scratching their heads over what the problem is: The subliminal message this film's advertisement sends is: Black people represent evil and White people represent goodness. Back in the 60s or 70s during the Black Power and Black Love movements Hollywood wouldn't be able to pull anything like this off, too many Black folks would raise hell about it. But today you have a generation of weed smoking clowns who don't think shit stinks until somebody throws it in their faces. They don't think anything is wrong with the film and will even take their little girls to see it and munch on some popcorn. And when these girls grow up emotionally mal-adjusted, dying their hair blonde, putting in blue contacts, and some even becoming suicidal because they think their Blackness is a curse.....these same clowns will be scratching their heads wondering what happened.
-
Him?????
ProfD The Black Power movement of the 1970s is a distant memory even among Black folks who grew up during that time. It's a shame this sense of pride and love wasn't enforced and passed down religiously. Now you have an entire generation or 2 of Black women who see absolutely nothing wrong with dying their hair blonde. It won't be long before wearing green and blue contacts will also be fashionable. These 1980s and later born Black folks may not represent Blackness to any significant degree over time. A lot of them are trying to escape it. I was watching something on television about the NBA and saw so many of the younger basketball players and nearly half of them looked mixed. Light skinned with shaggy stringy hair giving eachother hugs and hi-fives. No doubt, a product of wealthy Black men who...given a choice....chose to marry and reproduce with White women. I can't really get angry at Serena for doing something Black male atheletes have been doing for decades.

Happy Thanksgiving & Happy Birthday
ProfD I don't believe peer pressure has millions pf folks traveling all over the country to eat and drink. There is no law MAKING them do it. They aren't getting PAID to do it. What other motivation is there besides pressure from their "peers"? By peers, I'm also including the media and society. Most folks know how to keep the ratchet at bay. Lol..... Reminds me of Judge Joe Brown "Act like you got some sense." Most American families are adjusted above dysfunction. They are relatively intact too. Gotta look beyond the ghettos and trailer parks Those Leave It To Beaver families are long gone in the past for most Americans....lol Most immigrants still have their families in tact. However even outside of the ghetto or trailer park....most children today do not grow up with their biological mother AND father. It's either a single parent or a step parent. And abuse is prevalent. Some people good for putting up a facade. They give the appearance that it's all happiness and love around the ThanksGiving table, but 5 years later they're on some talk show holding a box of tissue crying and talking about how their uncle used to sneak in their bedroom and do this or that.

A Jealous And Insecure Man
ProfD That would be hilarious if there is a d*ck data scientific report floating around Anybody interested can Google the subject and find data confirming this within 10 minutes. https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/penis-size-by-country They usually don't come right out and say it. Admittedly, most reports will say there is NO correlation between race/ethnicity but the ones that do almost always say Black or African men on average measured as the longest. Often times they'll claim the data is "inconclusive".....lol. Which I find very funny. Funny how when it comes to information that makes White men look good, it's not a "myth" and there is little obscurity on the data. They'll teach it in the school text books. But when it comes to something that makes YOU look good, it becomes a myth, a stereotype, a mystery....lol. I wonder how much money it pays to observe women azz all day I'm not sure, but any man who has to be PAID to look at women's asses all day is a little "suspect"....lol. If you know what I mean

Campbell's Soup.....Leaked - True or False
frankster Did it really happen? Not sure, but I believe it did. is what he said true? Not sure, but I believe much of it is. Or atleast BASED in the truth that it's canned goods are made up of bioengineered products designed to be sold cheaply to whoever can afford it. If so....should you consume it? Honestly......if you HAVE to you HAVE to. Most of us BEEN known that most of the canned goods like soup and spam and potted meat and even packaged foods like ramen noodles aren't the healthiest foods for us to eat. But they're cheap and easy to prepare which makes them appealing to a large segment of the population. Even back in the late 80s and 90s rappers like Ice Cube was rapping about canned goods being designed for poor people. "Now you wanna fuck me Horny little devil must be a F-A-G Tryin to fuck me out my land and my manhood Got broke eating Spam and canned goods" Should it be sold? As long as they are honest and upfront about exactly what's in it, then yes in my opinion. What does this say about the USDA is it doing its job? Not sure. Because I don't know exactly what their job is. What a person's "official" job is or what the public thinks they are there to do....and what they are ACTUALLY there to do is often 2 different things. Take most local police officers for example..... The public thinks the police are there to keep them safe. But really the police are there to protect property, especially public property. All those Organization that represents Safety Efficacy and Truth or Facts do they have integrity or just out there for the money? Who knows? What does it say about bioengineered meat grown in a lab? Not sure. Instinctively we would say it's not good for you BUT in actuality if it meets the body's requirements for protein and other nutrients without making you sick or disrupting your genes....it may be a viable alternative. Seriously. Many medications that keep people alive are technically "bioengineered" and "made in laboratories". I don't think that alone makes it inherently bad. What about food with medication in it......vaccine? They BEEN medicating food! How long have they been "enriching" children's cereals with vitamins and minerals? How long have they been putting fluoride in the tooth paste? How long have they been "fortifying" milk with vitamin D and A? This isn't new....it's just being exposed and expanded.

Does this woman look like she loves her Blackness................. I Was So Distracted by Serena Williams's Off-the-Shoulder Number That I Almost Missed This Royal Reunion These pictures are recent!
