GOING BACK TO WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
When I was a child I loved writing short stories because it felt like I was transporting my mind to another world. And when I was a teenager I got involved in the Hip Hop Scene and I began writing verses and rhymes just for fun. Then I stopped writing, and I tried doing all the things that I thought would bring me happiness like work, family, and so on. But my creative energy always kept rising up inside me. So, I tried doing Arts and craft, and s
BEING A BLACK GIRL
By: Kween Yakini
Please don’t tell her that she’s too pretty to be a Black Girl
Don’t let her think that life would be better
if she wasn’t so Black Now I even hear some Africans bleach their skin
because they think Dark skin is wack
Can you imagine that?
I just don’t understand why some Black Girls
don’t love being Black
And why some would rather lighten their complexion
cause they want to be anything other than dark bl

Love is truly like the wind. You can't see it, yet you feel it against your skin as though you are constantly walking with a gentle breeze across your face. When a woman is in love... that's when stuff becomes completely amazing. She is never so fascinating. She gleams kaleidoscopic like diamonds under sunlight. Her smile, so childlike as though keeping a secret, could stop your heart. I saw a woman in love once and the only thing I could think of is how could any man wanna take that away from h
Yesterday I started a list of the things you wouldn't find on a school curriculum. They don't teach you how to love a woman, how to make her smile, how to keep her laughing even when she doesn't find you funny. They don't teach you how to scale back when you and that same woman just don't see eye to eye on a peaceful resolution. They don't teach you how to practice patience. They don't teach you how to walk away nor do they teach you that it isn't necessarily important to win every fight. They d
(These Things) to feel, to give, to take, to laugh crazily, to get lost absentmindedly, to be found, or to dance, to crave and to lust, to cry out profoundly, to kiss ever so softly is to be very unapologetically human. I'm hoping to change your perception, hoping to dissuade you of this constant delusion that you are not worthy of love. You do not have to change what you want or accept less from anyone anymore. Let those people who refuse to maintain love, envy you for finding and accepting som
Some acts are so innocently intimate that you can't help but to perform them with pride. For example... I relish the feeling of removing her coat and placing it across my arm. It feels as though I just unwrapped my greatest gift in front of the entire world. She shines brighter than the sun at that moment, her smile is indescribably priceless at that moment. And at the end of the date, when I go to place her coat back on, I sneak a forehead kiss to make this simple, effortless, painless act, a m
Why Do Employers Request an Application Form Instead of a Resume?
I don’t think I have ever come across anyone who enjoys filling out a job application form – I’m not a fan, myself! Unfortunately, more and more employers are using these as part as their recruitment process as an alternative to CVs and resumes, so it’s important that you fill them out correctly.
Employers tend to favour application forms over CVs or resumes as they create uniformity, so that each applicant
400+ years of social & economic disparity, white supremacy has dazed Black folks psych and focus. Now, ineffective struggles for ‘change’ have transformed Black demands into a monster, with an eye on ‘replacing’ White hegemony (with our own brand of oppression) as a solution to Black disparity. Power does, indeed, corrupt!
Instead of continuing a united fight for control over Black lives as a whole, we struggle for equality, equal opportunity to oppress; alongside White folks.
It’s harder, than ever, these days to see the bright side of life, what with reality the way it is.
Suffering imminent, never ending pain, reminiscent, expand a good plan some evil is collected.
All is well in love and war, child victims, seniors - sore no more, snuggled in bunks, hope drunks.
It used to be, expression is free, disappointment, now the price to throw the dice, and nothing left but breathe, from God, hope drunk.
For the best candidate a bullet bump, in secret, hope drunk.

Black the beautiful, naturally kinky hair, natural walk, and talk, values traded for the almighty dollar. African American is led down many roads to envy, feelings of discontent and a resentful itch caused by the possessions, qualities, and dumb luck of white America. The problems we face lay just behind the facade of the greatest lie ever told; that enslave, imprison, kill, and steal distinction of Black folk. We’re given a title that separates us, African American; and left confused about w
I successfully published a poetry book, i entitled, Poetry or More. Now, the original plan I used is to place three year in one book, text side audio. Unfortunately, a 100MB or 100,000KB limit exist on ebooks that can be loaded <that is fair cause that equate to a huge amount from raw text>. Thus, I made four version, one is only text that include all the years. The other three are partials: 2015-2016, 2017 January to June, or 2017 July to December.
The text only includes all the poem s
State and community equalitarian building on principles of positivism paradox factored into theories of human rights and individualism, continue to produce the inhumane treatment of society’s marginalized and ‘unfortunate’ individuals and groups. I love it when a good plan comes together.
Many who are dazzled by the media and may have missed the plot.
We must remember, we're a civilization rooted in story-telling.
We share information filled with iconic imagery, symbolism, and sounds.

They use the media to tell stories that voice their platform position or opposition.

It goes without saying; white American's are the main ones who do not take responsibility for their actions. Where do I start; the mass murders, the drug and domestic abuse and terrorism, the welfare abuse and fraud, or the wealth and economic inequality gap? They cheat in everything from wage earning to college entrance exams, to voting and generational privilege.
They had a 400-plus year head start on all people of color who they have kept back three grades in life, oppressed and literall
Self-Acceptance - To accept the fact that you are Black. Regardless of where you live, what school you went to, how much money you make, and how many white friends you have, you are Black. None of the above things make you white or any more white than you think you are. They make you a successful, well educated, prosperous, and sociable Black person, which is an achievement in itself, and not an accepted convert to whiteness. It is important that Blacks realize that they are and always will be B
The irony behind this message is that there are things Blacks believe and do everyday under the rule of white America that have nothing to do with religion. In fact, the Bible teaches a person how to come out from under these modern forms of oppression, yet Blacks refuse to read the Bible. Black America has unconsciously associated white oppression with the Bible, which is why many still linger in perpetual mental slavery...Read More
Best Dissertation Writing Services Write about Many Forms of Intelligence
Intelligence is an important factor in making our way in the world. What we know and how we use our knowlege is part of our intelligence. It is usually termed as academic and verbal intelligence.
Often we think how smart we are is only dependent on our ability to do math or science, how we write and speak, how creative we are. I believe even humor is a form of intelligence because things are funny when we are ab
