  1. Stevie Wonder, Lauryn Hill, Lisa Fischer and Valerie Simpson were among those who performed at the funeral service for Roberta Flack. I would like to know what was so important that our beautiful sista Lauryn Hill couldn't finish getting her hair done.🤣 Hair appointment aside, the mercurial Ms. Hill still has that voice. The woman can sing effortlessly. Surely, the late Ms. Flack would have approved of Lauryn showing up for her homegoing service. Of course, the great Stevie Wonder did his thing too. The man is a living legend. Deserves his flowers now. Ms. Roberta Flack was an awesome musician, singer and songwriter. She left us with an excellent body of music. RIP our beloved sista. DC for life.😎
  2. She's still a beautiful and gifted sista. Just when I think that Marley has worn off, Lauryn shows up in between hair appointments.🤣 Oh yeah. I know a half-fro when I see it.🤣😎
  3. ProfD With all due respect, don't be clowning on my sista L-Boogie! Been diggin' on that girl since the mid-90s when "Oooh La La La" came out....lol. While my attention was on them red bones, she (and Naomi Campbell) helped turned me back to focusing on the dark skinned sistaz....lol.
  4. I don't think the made the rent bigger. They just created ore preferred bleacher seats
  5. I'm sure she could have come up with something to compensate a low-level thug 🤔 Seriously, here is the scenario: A teenager accidently hits another teenager with her baton during a track meet. No one is seriously injured. Someone posts the video online exclaiming, "Black Girl Clobbers Another Black Girl with Baton During Track Meet." The video goes viral. Good Morning America, desperate for ratings, jumps all over it the video, without vetting the story giving it national attention. We have all been manipulated into outrage. The story as presented is indeed outrageous, but looking deeper it is of no consequence -- certainly not newsworthy. The entire situation is absurd.
  6. This kind of stupid lack of emotional self control is way beyond ridiculous. Now plead Not Guilty against all of those witnesses and video. Make yourself infamous all over the country especially among track & field people. 🤦
