It seems that as we get older, we pay more attention to certain things & develop strong beliefs/opinions & confirmation bias sometimes along with a dose of cognitive dissonance. But, at least we're still alive & alert & communicative.😁😎

Understood. If today's climate is any indication, there's no major protests or backlash against the current administration. The left doesn't have any fight in them. They've all but disappeared as POTUS OJ & the GOP run roughshod over the government. Remains to be seen if there will be a wider scale January 6th type event if the right loses the White House. Regardless of whether the GOP wins or loses, POTUS OJ will have to leave. He doesn't have that kind of power over the US military. IMO, both the GOP & MAGA folks are enjoying the circus as they did the 1st time around. This is its last merry-go-round. They will go home when it's over. I predict that 3 years from now, the divide in this country will tamp down & some semblance of normalcy will return. All of this chaos will be a distant memory like the pandemic.😁😎

I can go to Florida right now & see for myself that a rocket blew up. The evidence & proof is there. No verifiable proof &/or easily debunked. Most likely mlitary exercises. The fact that information cannot be produced on demand for everyone to see; held in secrecy makes it less credible. The rocket explosion example I provided was for context. There's no shortage of events that happen & easy to prove. In modern times, the technology available nowadays to the average person makes it easier to capture any strange phenomena if it exists. UFO/UAP/ET is no exception. 😎

Being non-violent & fearing death doesn't make people less intelligent. Conversely, is the person who straps on a bomb & blows up a bunch of sh8t & themselves more intelligent than everyone else? A bully or someone prone to violence doesn't make them any stronger or more intelligent than it makes a non-violent person look weak & stupid. I believe in violence but not because I'm barbaric or unintelligent. Peace is always the 1st line of self-defense but violence when necessary is a part of survival.😎

Remains to be seen if a torch bearer for POTUS OJ comes along. It's definitely not Vice POTUS JD Vance or Secretary of State Marco Rubio. They don't have the it factor to carry the MAGA base. A real Black man or woman won't occupy the Oval Office until the USA is totally FUBAR (f8cked up beyond all repair).🤣 Appreciate the recognition.😁 But, I'm not alone in believing there will be a 2028 election.😎

Multiple media outlets reported it. Real video footage. It blew up at Cape Canaveral. Well known NASA launch site. Beyond the NASA video, multiple eyewitnesses confirmed it. No cover-up or top secret files. The video was clear enough that I could see & hear as if I was there. The point is that even if staged it was a public spectacle. Not hidden or obscured in a shroud of secrecy.😎

It could last forever if someone was willing to keep it going beyond him. I don't see that kind of movement among the MAGA base. These people will enjoy the BS POTUS OJ is creating & when the proverbial picnic is over, they'll get in their pick-up trucks & go home. In fact, the MAGA base is already becoming jaded. In 2 years or less, they will fade away like the Tea Party. Only POTUS OJ curses & insults people on live TV. None of his followers go as hard. They use him as a proxy. Right. POTUS OJ made that statement before he got elected the 1st time. He was sat down for a 4-year cycle & was re-elected back into the driver's seat for a 2nd time with a ton of baggage. POTUS OJ represents far more than the 74 million folks that voted for him. There are Independent & Democrats & non-voters living vicariously through him. POTUS Obama was the 1st of a kind that we'll never see again in our lifetime. POTUS OJ is not equivalent to him but similar as a one-off. I believe starting with the 2028 election, the next few POTUS will be plain in terms of their personality & actions; rather dull & boring.😎

There are several avenues for making the case. Diplomacy only works up to a point. Look no further than the current conflict with Iran. While they continue having high-level meetings to discuss the issues, the default is that we'll go back to blowing sh8t up & killing people if a deal cannot be reached. Not to mention how effortlessly the USA blows up boats in the water suspected of running drugs. Violence & war is how white folks get down when diplomacy fails. White folks have been using violence to conquer & dominate using sticks & stones. Long before advanced weaponry which is just an extension of it. For whatever reason, you give white folks credit for being intelligent when they are barbaric more than anything else.😎

As a Gen-Xer, I did not act a fool but I had plenty friends who did the same sh8t & in some cases much worse. Back in the late 1970s/through mid-1980s, DC had gangs. Many of them graduated to become drug dealers & killers. Those same Gen-Xers are either stretched out in the penitentiary or no long longer with us. Some of them managed to reproduce too. It is true that Crack babies have become adults & reproduced. These young people are doing the same dumb sh8t as their parents (Gen-Y) & in some cases...grandparents (Gen-X).😎

Agreed. Coming up with a solution that keeps 1) young folks out of jail & alive especially if trigger happy cops show up & 2) parents from fines & jail time is more important.😎

AfroAmericans would have to use all existing platforms to make the case. The system of racism white supremacy. The only thing white folks understand is violence. Knowledge & intelligence won't change the conditions AfroAmericans face under the system of racism white supremacy. AfroAmericans have ticked every box & jumped through every hoop & overcome every obstacle white folks threw out to keep us down. IOW, there are AfroAmericans tapped into every aspect of USA life. We have access to everything in the house. Yet, AfroAmericans are unwilling to burn it down. Disheartening is telling a knowledgeable & intelligent AfroAmerican they are over-qualified for a position &/or not offering them a better opportunity. 😎

It's not my theft.🤣 Most higher paying jobs require a certain amount of education. Bureau of Labor & Statistics keeps track of that data. Up to a certain extent. Adults are responsible for fixing their own mistakes. Regardless of how it looks, classes exist for a reason.😎

Of course I believe it's better. The AfroAmerican middle class has grown significantly over the past 40 years. There are several metrics proving that AfroAmericans are doing better now than several decades ago.😎

The question is when are AfroAmericans going to take action by 1) taking that case to court & 2) changing the conditions. Analysis & studies work up to a point in building a case. Nothing changes without action & effort.😎

Individuals don't have the power to dictate that they get a livable wage. Unions even have a hard time getting pay increases. Ultimately, politicians end up working within the interests of those who control wealth. The labor market is controlled in such a way to enrich the wealthy while providing the average person with just enough to survive.😎

How would enslaved Black folks born in the USA during the 1800s have known any different or better? During the 1800s, I doubt that enslaved Black folks were receiving postcards & letters from free Black folks letting them know life was better in other countries. 😁 As I mentioned in another thread, despite its warts, the USA must not be that bad considering it seems to an immigration destination for people from all over the planet.😎

While a curfew may be harder to enforce, threaten a Black parents pockets & freedom & maybe they will put clamps on allowing their children to roam aroumd causing chaos & mayhem.😁 Social media is definitely to blame for stirring young folks up to act foolish.😎
