  1. There's a difference between sending money earned back home and money stolen through fraud allegedly. Hopefully, the Somalis and other Black groups can change negative narratives about how they're getting money to send back home.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  2. Follow the money. They feed the economy. The most productive and favorable will be allowed to stay.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  3. Black folks could skip the pagan holidays and beauty products too. Our people can stop... 1) celebrating birthdays 2) attending weddings, funerals, baptisms and retirement parties too 3) shopping in non-Black establishments 4) working for white folks 5) enriching predominantly white institutions Many Black folks are Americans. The jury is still out. Some folks believe slavery, Jim Crow and lynching are still alive and well. The early Christmas music and decorations is a dog whistle to consumers.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  4. The white folks in power are perfectly fine with it. They would let the rest of us know if it wasn't cool. They are doing what s group of people are supposed to do. Establish their own communities before doing any business with others or outsiders. The white folks in power are addressing that situation right now. Stay tuned.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Ž
  5. I wasn't around during 1st hiatus. Read about it though.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  6. Not inherent because it doesn't affect everyone. Conditioning and programming are very powerful. Giving people just enough to survive and/or be comfortable seems to work. Aspiring to have more requires work. Lazy people aren't interested. Scared people are uncertain about how they will survive without a benefactor especially when it instills fear.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  7. Immigrants have their own communities here in the US. They don't have a reason to patronize Black establishments. As far as white folks...it goes without typing. But, for those in the back who may not know any better, white folks can take and steal from Black folks with impunity. No need to patronize.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  8. No excuses. N8gglets know how to bake bread, cakes, pies, pastries, muffins and cook food too. Fear and laziness keep our folks from making real power moves. Easier to pop some sh8t in the oven or microwave. Nevermind the high sodium and high fructose corn syrup content. High blood pressure and diabetes right around the corner.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  9. Just because they are Black Democrats does not not mean much of anything especially if their interests are different. Also, they have to cater to the money that got them elected. I haven't seen them work towards anything over the past 50+ years. They are controlled opposition to the GOP. Most importantly, all of them primarily serve their special interest constituency.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  10. We cannot determine what is unreasonable for another group of people depending on their circumstances, situation and/or experiences. The short answer is...I don't know.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  11. I'd imagine birds would stop flying south during winter months if predators held welcome signs and ate them.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  12. The dude on the left looks like he could be Dr. Cornel West daddy.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  13. Which makes zero sense when they have whole countries of their own. It would make more sense to put their energy and resources into building paradise at *home*. FBA/AfroAmericans don't have the luxury or benefit of another homeland. We were born here. Sure. There have been and will always be lost souls among our people. Genetic PTSD and confinement has driven them crazy.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  14. Right. Those same people have been voting against their own interests for generations. People are funny. They will sacrifice their long-term needs in favor of their immediate ignorance, wants and desires. Even it kills them.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  15. A few groups of people might feel differently: 1) Black folks who don't own or control anything 2) Deportees who are mostly non-white 3) Cities under National Guard watch 4) DEI hired and fired The authors of Project 2025 know that white folks are on track to becoming the majority-minority in the US. Majority-minority meaning white folks will still be single largest race of people in the country but out-numbered by the total population of non-white folks. That statistic is bothersome to white folks but not a whole problem with the population numbers as long as they still own and control everything to include the levers of power. The other thing is having control of the military and aspects of it. If white folks ever feel threatened by other groups of people, they can easily put down anything they fear. First, white folks in America have more guns as private citizens than all countries on the planet combined. The white American citizenry is more heavily armed than militaries of other countries. Also, I believe that is their main reason for playing games with the National Guard in these cities. The exercise is to see how quickly they can mobilize and have boots in the ground in a city if something pops off. IMO, racism is not on the decline in America. It is shape-shifting to seem less obvious. The objective of the white patriarchy is to take America back to a time before the 1960s but remixed like a song.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  16. The *us* they are referring to is rich people. Let Black folks make a lot of money and they will double-down in trying to gain white acceptance. Also, Nicki Minaj and Candace Owens and most of the *Black* folks who fancy themselves as conservatives have something in common. Folks who are not of FBA/AfroAmerican lineage crave white acceptance.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  17. Neither party wants Universal Healthcare. It is not a money-maker for the wealthy. Both parties are working to keep private insurance companies and big pharma racking in the dough. The GOP aren't even offering a healthcare plan. Democrats and Republicans are two sides of the same coin especially when it comes enriching their wealthy donors by way of fleecing the American people out of money.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  18. https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/5650998-graham-obama-biden-australia-hannukah-shooting/ POTUS Obama left the White House a decade ago. He's 3 administrations removed. Yet, Republicans still want to blame POTUS Obama for whatever is going wrong in the world today. POTUS OJ attacks ObamaCare aka Affordable Care Act every chance he gets. Otherwise, he's blaming POTUS PJB for leaving a mess for him to clean-up The queen Senator from South Carolina, Lindsey Graham claims it is the fault of both POTUS Obama and POTUS PJB that the shooting happened at Bondi Beach in Australia. Democrats who are no longer in office are still punching bags for the GOP. They even making a beg deal out of POTUS Clinton being in the Epstein files. The reality is GOP has the White House, Congress and SCOTUS. They hold all power. No one else to blame. No excuses for being ineffective.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  19. https://apnews.com/article/nicki-minaj-charlie-kirk-erika-kirk-trump-b6f5b45521368447e174f040ae7eab8c Looks like rapper Nicki Minaj is a conservative supporter. She was a surprise guest at AmericaFest, a Turning Point USA event. Minaj had high praise for POTUS OJ and VPOTUS too. Apparently, the current administration makes her feel safer. Nicki Minaj is of Trinidadian descent. I'm not totally surprised with how she rolls politically. Especially after she's made several millions of dollars.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  20. Anything is possible.๐Ÿคฃ I don't think we have to worry about VPOTUS JD Vance getting elected as POTUS. VPOTUS doesn't have the *it* factor unless MAGA just wants to put his azz in the seat. The GOP will probably try to push Secretary of State Marco Rubio as their noninee. Rubio has the personality of a gadfly but he won't be as extreme in governance as the current ๐Ÿคก in office.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  21. Da Bears pulled out a huge divisional win last night. They are having a helluva season.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  22. Right. Definitely a classic case of a blessing and a curse.๐Ÿ˜ Many Black folks are better off than our ancestors. There's still progress to be made. Maybe continued faith and prayers among the believers will lead the devils to have a change of heart.๐Ÿคฃ Otherwise, n8gglets will continue to do the devil's bidding by pimping from the pulpit and enriching themselves.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  23. Churches are busy between Christmas programs and holiday parties and services.๐Ÿ˜ Christianity has shackled Black folks for hundreds of years. Their faith allows them to make it through this existence. Religion It is such an eentrenched part or life for so many people that the chain will probably never be broken. Not that believers want to be free.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  24. I can believe it. Nice rendition of "You Better go Now". Sultry vocals perfect for a Jazz club or lounge. Same here. Music has always been my opiate. No need for drugs and alcohol. Seems that way because fewer folks post nowadays.๐Ÿคฃ @aka Contrarian...glad you contributed to the thread sharing info about how you were a sultry pop-up vocalist back when folks could smoke cigarettes in the clubs and lounges.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Ž
  25. Not really. I grew up in a religious family. Spent many years being dragged to church too.๐Ÿ˜ I'm not religious because I know the contradictions and hypocrisy of it. Despite my agnosticism, I don't discourage others from their beliefs. Like drugs and alcohol, if religion allows people to escape or deal with this reality, as long as they aren't bringing hurt, harm or danger to others, I'm not one to get in their way. Now, when folks run up on me with their religious stuff, I have no problems giving them the bizness. Especially those Jehovah Witness folks.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
