I do not know when all this not giving a care started but I know it
needs to end. Black people, collectively, will never be successful if
most of us lack self-discipline, self-respect, and self-esteem.
Everybody had their furniture and carpets covered in plastic. And
it was so uncomfortable to sit on. Now we don’t do that any more
because we all have carpet and upholstery cleaning machines.
I remember that scene from Coming to America. It was so hilarious!

As usual, this is a great post. Until you start talking about free healthcare.
There is no such thing.
For me, as an Army wife, I can go to any military facility and receive care,
treatment, and prescriptions, etc. And although my Husband and I don’t
have to pay for anything, it’s not free. My Husband earned that benefit
for me with thirty years of military active duty and also the taxpayer
covers those costs.
My Husband receives all sorts of medical care at no cost from the military,
Veterans Administration, through Tricare, and Medicare.
Everything except Medicare is free.
Medicare premiums are deducted from Social Security.
I know most people think that Medicare is free, but it is not.
As to the economy and the Nation’s budget, I don’t recall when the
federal government required trillions of dollars to operate.
Wasn’t the budget always $500B or something?
Next year they’ll be talking about Quadrillions.

You would think that most men are taller than me. Prince was 5'3" so he wasn't.
When I'm dressed and out and about, I'm normally wearing 3-4 inch heels so then
I'm 5'7" to 5'8" and I have met lots of men who aren't very tall at all. You probably
don't even pay attention to people's height and BTW the average height of a
U.S. male is 5'9"
Obviously personality is an important factor. Who wants to be with someone who
isn't kind and considerate. If I were on the prowl, there are numerous factors that
I'd take into consideration and that would come first.
Please don't try to tell us that you would accept any woman as long as she's fine
and not crazy. I'll bet you have a list of criteria as long as your arm. And I know
that you have your choice of women.

This was especially the case in White communities in urban areas.
I'm not sure about that but what I HAVE witnessed is how easy it is to get sex in places like Canada and Western Europe as compared to the U.S.
