https://aalbc.com/tc/profile/5568-pioneer1/I have been saying this all along, that we are a hybrid group of slave descendants who have our own unique indigenous culture and have assimilated into the American mainstream. So all of your BS about our true African instincts and lifestyles being repressed as we are restricted to an unnatural European morality are totally inconsistent with your above quote. How we act and dress and comport ourselves are a manisfestation of the amalgamated bloodlines that make us a new breed akin to an ethnicity that is what it is.

I wonder how Troy feels about this statement.

For years I've said that our genetics and our race influences our behavior and thought patterns as a people and he didn't like this.
Now YOU'RE pretty much saying the same thing.
That our racial genetics...atleast in part....strongly influences our culture and behavior.
And the more or less of particular genes we have in our bloodlines also influences them.

Also there is a growing consensus on this board that black unity is an unrealized concept that has been continually promoted by those who haven't discerned that adhering to the same idea over and over again and expecting a different result can be a sign of "insanity". Individuals of color can get over in this country and transcend the "effects" of white racism by finding a niche for their skill-sets.

    Ofcourse they can.
This has ALWAYS been the case.

But historically the amount of racism we face determines HOW HARD this trancendence will be and WHAT PERCENTAGE of our people become successful under it.

In other words, the more racism you face the higher the resistance you will have to face to overcome it and the more of our people who will succumb to that resistance.
Which is why more AfroAmericans became successful AFTER slavery than DURING it.

So what do we learn from this?

We learn that a MAJOR factor in being successful isn't just getting more education, learning new skills and trade.
These things are good and necessary.
But another MAJOR factor is eliminating as much racism from society as we can so that there will be LESS RESISTANCE in the way of our success.

  2. Moses couldn't have been TOO light because according to Exodus 4:6-7

"Then the LORD said, "Put your hand inside your cloak." So Moses put his hand into his cloak, and when he took it out, the skin was leprous --it had become as white as snow . Now put it back into your cloak," he said. So Moses put his hand back into his cloak, and when he took it out, it was restored, like the rest of his flesh"

So he had to be dark enough to observe the clear contrast of his hand turning white, LOL.

But I apologize because I broke a rule of mind which is to make it clear that since we don't really KNOW ancient history we only BELIEVE it based on various information...I should never argue it and make it clear that this is simply a belief.

Like you said, the Europeans deliberately offer false dates so it's hard to know WHAT really happened and when unless you can verify it for yourself.

    Furthermore,
I forgot to state that I also believed that later on 2000 years AFTER Caucasians were initially driven out of Egypt and other areas of that region and into the Caucasuas mountains.
After they were organized they came back down and RE-ENTERED many of those same areas as conqueres and invaders.
That time would be about 2.000 B.C. also.
So perhaps the story of the Exodus would also be a warped version from the Hebrew perspective based on them being driven back out of Kemet around the same time.

But I'm finding it hard to believe that actual ancien Egyptian records are in line with the Bible.
Especially since much of the true records of ancient Egypt were hidden from outsiders and those that Caucasians DID find.....they confiscated and concealed from the public.

Part of the TRUTH might be stored away in the Vatican down in some old musty basement somewhere....lol.

You're hopeless. You're thinking is so outdated. Your whole world would collapse if you viewed this subject objectively but you're stuck on stupid. if every black woman stopped dying her hair and wore it natural, very little would change. You naively think they would suddenly become submissive woman who would submit to polygamy and look upon black men as kings. Get real and wake up from your silly dream.

It's not so much that my thinking is "out dated".
It's that THIS particular society that we find ourselves in is an UNNATURAL society with UNNATURAL values and ethics.

This society was founded by Caucasian men, not African men.
And because of this, it's social norms and morals are in line with how CAUCASIANS think and behave.

If all African women stopped dying their hair and wore it naturally it would be shocking at first and there may be some social consequences, but eventually the society in general would get used to and embrace it.

Human beings always embrace what is natural unless they are FORCED otherwise.

  4. One of the first things I noticed about this video is how all of the women are AfroAmerican but all of them have either reddish or BLOND hair!
There skins also appear to be lightened.

You're starting to see this quite a bit among church going AfroAmerican women today.

Because so many racist conservatives have attempted to hijack Christianity even many of the Black churches have fell victim to the racist propaganda that having blond hair and light skin makes one more "holy" or closer to being angelic.

@Pioneer1 So much for all your blather about European traits that black women are trying to duplicate. Gravitating toward blond hair and blue eyes is in black DNA.  😛

I don't think people have a PROPER understanding of the differences between the Caucasian race and the Black races (there are two Black races...African and Indian).
And this misunderstanding often leads to confusion.

OFCOURSE Black people have the gene that causes blonde hair and blue eyes.
Almost EVERY gene that Caucasian people have is also contained within the Black races as well because they are essentially a COPY of us.

    They CAME FROM us.

We almost everything they have but they DON'T have many of the things we have.

    Does that make sense?

A good analogy would be white bread and wheat bread.
White bread comes from DE-NATURED wheat....which is why it's white.
    It's not whole.
    It's not complete.
    It's missing something.

Whatever features you can find in white bread can also be found in wheat bread, but MORE features are in wheat bread because it's made from the whole complete germ.

It's the same with the races.

Black people (African or Indian) have the same genes Caucasians have so ofcourse we can produce blue eyes, blonde hair, pale skin , ect........but we can also produce much much more than they can because we are the original whole and COMPLETE.

    I hope that is clear.

    Oh!
    You'll have to excuse Cynique...lol.

You're still relatively new to the forum and I forgot to tell you to be careful when you agree with me because Cynique is INSANELY jealous for my attention when other women are around.

You've been agreeing with me a lot and just us communicating with eachother was probably enough to tweek her and set her off.

Don't take it personally, any woman who shows me attention or positivity will draw her ire.
And often times it will come straight out of nowhwere.
Her high intelligence and articulation mixed with her insane jealousy makes for a terrible combination toward whoever she focuses her wrath on.

Only when she gets TOO bad do I step in an "put it down" on her but other than that.....it just is what it is so don't let it get to you, LOL.

    Cynique

    Yeah right.

    "at my age" my ass.....lol.

Personality doesn't change THAT much with age.
Something tells me you had the same attitude at 25 as you do at 85!

    • Haha 1
  7. "based on a much earlier story" ...

The Caucasians were driven up into the mountains of the Black sea area about 6,000 years ago.
But the supposed Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt was claimed to have taken place sometime between 1500 B.C. and 2000 B.C.

There are no records in Egypt of an Exodus of Hebrews 4000 years ago, but there are records of Caucasian/Semitic people called "Hyksos" who were kicked out of Egypt 6000 years ago.

The story of the Exodus was probably plagiarized by the Pharisees who were still compiling parts of the Old Testament while the Jews were still in Babylon.

Although they were nowhere near the level of the ancient Egyptians, the Babylonians had huge libraries with plenty of ancient books, scrolls, and manuscripts about ancient history.

  8. It all depends on your personal complexion.
If your White or very light skinned, you can get away with a PINK lipstick or a soft red because that's the color of a healthy vagina of someone of that complexion.

But if you're BROWN skinned like most African women are, I think lipstick that is BROWN but only ONE OR TWO shades darker than your actual complexion would be best.
Not black and definitely not bright red or orange or these other fruity colors I see some sisters wearing.

They aren't aware of the subliminal effect it's having on the minds of the men who see this.

In most cases, AfroAmerican women don't even NEED make-up.
All they have to do is eat right and keep their skin moisturized and they're good to go.
Maybe a little lip-gloss, but unless they have a major defect they don't need make-up.

I've told sisters so many times, forget about the make-up, hair, and nails.....stop eating all of them damn cheese burgers and tacos and dairy products that dry out your skin and makes your hair brittle and fall out.

This woman and Viola Davis are pretty much the same complexion but she only has on lip-gloss and look how much better her lips look in their natural state.

    Happy belated birthday!

Since you like posing in lingere for jokes and dares why don't you do another pose for your 85th birthday, put the picture in a thread and do an opinion poll on it????

    Chev

You are too much! You don't seem 85 years old but, 85 years young. My uncles got you beat though, one of them is 97 years old this August and he seems as though he is in his thirties when he talks and converses

Maybe you should try to hook them up!
Lol, maybe Cynique will post a picture of herself flopped down all over a couch and you can send him a picture of her and see what he thinks.

    97 years old is impressive.

    Does he drink or smoke?
Does he still walk or how active is he?

I LOVE talking to people who are of an advanced age but still in their right mind.
I love getting history DIRECTLY from the source from those who were actually around to experience and observe it....as opposed to getting it from books or old news sources.

People who are old enough to see and experience things often give a far more detailed report than anything you'll read in a book.

I've heard people who actually lived down south during segregation tell me things that I still have yet to read in a book.

What scientists are calling "neaderthals" today are merely the product of Caucasians who were attempting to "breed" themselves back into the Black race while they were in the Caucasus mountains.

    Mel

This reminds me of the tiki-torch chant "We will not be replaced" ...It makes you wonder who are they actually talking about...

I believe their words were "Jews will not replace us".

It shows you how ignorant and deceived many of these poor and angry Caucasians are who are out there marching and shouting.
They hate Jews....but Jews are the leaders of the Caucasian race.
They are responsible for much of discoveries of science and technology that the West enjoys today.

@Pioneer1  black people in these areas have been carefully taught not to leave their "area".  I learned this first hand when I left New York and moved to Wheeling, WV  - Wheeling is not even on the mason-dixon line but there are unwritten rules to know your place.

In fact, Wheeling, WV never even had slavery but the black people there knew they weren't allowed in certain areas...

When I moved there - one of my first jobs was in an area where the city's founders had herded all the black people.   Small section of the town on a hill  that was almost 70 percent black -the rest of the black people were sprinkled around town - but those folks never left the area and most lived in the town's only housing project.

So you can imagine how fascinating I was to them because I lived in a big house on a main thoroughfare where no other black people had ever lived.  My closest black neighbor was state senator and his wife...they had left the area and returned so they no longer had that mindset.  Anyway, when I would go to work some of the children would wonder how it was to go to those events where "white" people went ... I would ask - "You mean to tell me you've never gone to blah blah" and they'd say,  "no ma'am" - as if it was some unwritten rule that they were not allowed out the area - and they never went.

It's generations after generation of being subjected to institutional racism - and the parents don't know any better so they pass down the warnings to their children...

It's frightening that all the way up into the modern era there are some AfroAmerican communities that still live like that.

Up until the late 90s we were still hearing stories about communities in Texas and Louisiana where Black families were STILL picking cotton on large plantations and didn't know they had the right to vote!

theories out there about we O-negative blood types being descended from alien life forms who hitch-hiked rides to earth on comets and meteors and asteroids

    Damn.
It's funny you said that because on another thread I told Chev about a book I read a while back that said RH NEGATIVE blood was from an alien source that mixed their DNA with humans.
Personally, I'm not sure about any of this.

    Chev

Yeah, we as a people aren't Black or even purely African.
We're mixed up with a lot of Caucasian and Native American ancestry.
This is why I refer to our people here in America as "AfroAmericans" meaning Americans of African DESCENT.

We aren't a race, as AfroAmericans we're an ETHNIC GROUP.
We come in all shades and colors but we all have similar backgrounds and practice the same culture.

So what I am saying is that, a persons PHENOTYPE at times, does not manifest their GENOTYPE but, it seems that at times, 'race' is determined based on phenotype and historically, this kind of confusion has caused many problems.

Yes, I understand exactly what you're saying.
Some people are more "Black" on the inside than they are on the outside....lol.
And some people are more "White" or on the inside than they are on the outside.

And the very example that you used, 'blonde hair and blue eyes' is one of the issues that has brought confusion. Today, because of mankinds false construct about 'race', therefore, many people believe that this is a WHITE, EUROPEAN or Asiatic trait, but this is dead wrong!!!

Blond hair and blue eyes are recessive traits that can appear in any race, but they are most commonly found among Caucasians because of their sheer predominance of recessive genes.

Yes this I agree also. As of now, I do not have a good reference source based on secular books to explain my deeper research on this term, but I am hoping to be able to present some references soon.

Have you ever studied the teachings of Elijah Muhammad and the Nation of Islam?
He goes in depth about the origins of the Caucasian race and how they end up in the Caucasus Mountains in the first place.

The story of EXODUS you read in the Bible is based on a much earlier story of how Caucasians were driven out of Egypt and other places in that region UP INTO the Caucasus mountains from where it gets it's name, and from there they went wild for about 2,000 years.

  13. Oh man
I'm just now seeing what you're talking about!

Yeah, Jackson is indeed a Black city and to see an audience THIS White in the middle of a Black city is indeed a shocker.

Infact, I don't remember the last time I saw an audience THAT White before.....lol.

I looked hard and couldn't spot one Black, Brown, or Yellow face.
Except for the one dude in the green shirt, I didn't even see any "ethnic" looking Whites like Italians or Jews or even Ain the audience; they all look like run-of-the-mill Anglosaxons.

And if you look at the clothes they're wearing, they look pretty plain like something out of the 50s or early 60s.

It tells you a lot about the mindset of the audience.

I've seen more Black people at Trump rallies than in THAT audience....lol.

Black men just can't seem to accept that blond hair is about vanity and attraction

The the reason WHY blond hair is considered attractive is the issue at hand.

The reason WHY blond hair is considered attractive by so many AfroAmerican women is because the AfroAmerican community has been trained since slavery to see Caucasian features like straight hair, blonde hair, and blue eyes as attractive.

Your inability to separate your opinion from fact is what puts you at odds with others so often.

And YOUR inability to separate reality from fantasy is what put YOU at odds with your ex-"boytoy" and got your behind sent back home from vacation early.....lol.

    Chev

I think that bright red lipstick clashes with her dark brown complexion because as I told Cynique, a woman's lips are a reflection of her vagina and it's health as both are mucus membranes.
Bright red lips subconsciously says that the vagina is red and irritated as if it's infected instead of a healthy dark brown color.

    Troy

Mary J. is my girl..always has been.
She's naturally sexy with a shy attitude and I call her my "ghetto princess"...lol.

Like Mel said, Mary's been blond for a long time so I really hadn't paid it any attention.

But no, it's not a good look for her in MY opinion.
Don't get me wrong, she still looks good....but it's not the hair, it's just her natural facial features DESPITE the platinum blond hair.

  15.

    Troy

Ofcourse Jesse Lee is pretty popular with so-called "conservative" Caucasians because he's self depricating towards his own people.
He pretty much says that racism doesn't exist and it's all a figment of AfroAmericans' imaginations so he's basically don't some of their dirty work for them.

(Generally I believe these people are mostly interested in serving themselves, but that is another story).

    Actually you're right.
Most people who know Jesse personally says he's not NEARLY as big of a coon or uncle tom as he portrays, but he's doing and saying the things he says for money and publicity.
He simply doesn't care about the damage he's doing to the AfroAmerican community by promoting the views he's promoting, he only cares about himself.

BTW.....Mel is getting all UP in your ass right now in a way I haven't seen her do before.
Lol.....what did you do or say to her to piss her off????

    Mel

Isn't it possible that there is a black community that subscribes to his message?

I get the sense, that if a person isn't walking around promoting everything from a specific 'black' community (one that you deem is black enough) then he or she for "white' people's amusement. Am I correct?

    COME ON NOW miss lady.....lol.
Don't tell me YOU agree with Jesse Lee Peterson's view.

If you're going to smack Troy upside the head for not believing in the obvious reality of race...well....
    Go right ahead..lol.

But if you're going to agree with Jesse that there is no racism and all the problems AfroAmericans are facing are their own fault, I'm not sure about that one.

  16. Perhaps wicked, or perhaps he became disillusioned and just gave up on his own.

I'm convinced that a lot of Black people turn against their own people and become Uncle Tom and join racist conservatives NOT JUST for money, but out of despair.
They may look at other Black people and the negative conditions and become so disgusted and depressed by  what they they feel like "selling out" and joining a winning team is the only reasonable solution.

  17. Perhaps the 5 year old's reasoning is still in it's purest sense and hasn't been "conditioned" or tampered with by society, lol

A 5 year old with young fresh eyes is more likely to see something for what it IS; while a 50 year old with decades of training and indoctrination is more likely to see what is EXPECTED or what he WISHES to see.

Never forget the story of the Emperor with no clothes and how it took a CHILD to expose the obvious.

  18. This is one of the strangest things about the political climate of the South that I just don't understand.

The South has the largest concentration of AfroAmericans of any region of the United States.

I can't figure out how can states like Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, ect...with such high Black popluations STILL end up going Republican and be labled as "red states".

It's as if the Black majority in those areas just don't vote or refuse to get politically involved and allow racist conservative White minority to run wild.

  19. Yes, your point is far more coherent now.
    But I disagree with it.

Ofcourse racism plays A PART....probably a major part.....in us not seeing that particular photo of Viola as too flattering; however even if the factors of historical racism and subtle slights were removed, that picture of her would STILL be seen as unflattering in my book.

Not only does that bright red lipstick clash with her dark brown skin....that's minor.
The EXPRESSION on her face is a much bigger problem.
She looks more like she's in SHOCK or grimacing than she looks happy.
She looks almost horrified of what she's seeing with her upper lip curled back exposing an inappropriate amount of teeth and gums.

So it's not JUST the racial factor but the visuals period.

  20. Ofcource Beyonce isn't "Black"!

How many unmixed Black Africans have you ever seen who looked like her???

She is an AFROAMERICAN.....like you and I.
Meaning she's an American OF African ancestry by various degrees.
Some are pure African...or "Black"....others only have trace amounts and can pass for White.

But blonde hair not withstanding, you can look at her and tell she's got a lot of European in her ancestry.

  21. That's Jesse Lee Peterson again....lol.

And no, he's not too smart for being an unapologetic Uncle Tom who claims that racism NEVER existed.....but I have to admit that he's smarter than he lets on.

He purposely PLAYS ignorant to bait his guests into his traps and let their guard down.
He's also a bit charismatic which tends to disarm people who would otherwise attack him or storm off of his show highly offended.
    Don't underestimate that clown.
