  1. Dr Francis welsin stated: pro black parents are shocked their child married a white person

Dr Francis Welsin  statement has many parts.
First Pro black is a term that doesn't have universal definition in the black community in the usa let alone larger humanity. For some black people pro black means you say your black , but it doesn't refer to an individuals associations. For some black people pro black means a desire to be amongst black people purposefully.

The black community in the USA doesn't have a central organization for its parts, so, being pro black is different and doesn't have a cohesive bind in the black community in the usa.

But the kind of parent that can do similar actions to said example are in communities that are organized to support that. the black community in the usa doesn't have the organization to demand children go a certain way culturally.  It must be said, many black people are against that. I rephrase, many black people are hardcore individualist, and hate/dislike extremely/oppose vehemently, the idea of a black individual being forced by the black community to do anything.

Third, the past must be utilized. Black people over 150 years ago, made choices, those choices I Will not say are good or bad, but they came with inevitability. The inevitability of future black generations have personal or collective cohesion with the non black
