In majority, White people react to white vigilantism with USA has inherent negatives before the act.
In majority, White people react to black vigilantism with USA is not headed a good way, as if it was good before.
In majority, White people treat the usa as temporally two different countries, both to suggest an accepted condition.
In majority, Black people react to white vigilantism with sit home wait with the door locked and see what happens
In majority, Black people react to black vigilantism with negative judgements and public chiding of the black vigilante.
In majority, Black people treat vigitalism unevenly both to their physical detriment.

The past of the usa, though many of all phenotypes don't want to admit it, is the heritage that breeds that various negative cultures in the usa today, from various peoples.
