  1. Afro he actually has a black heterosexual friend who told him that he wants a girl who has hair like him. lol i thought it was weird I'm not sure what race or ethnicity YOU are, but that desire is pretty common among Black men....especially in the Western hemisphere. That hair is called "loose curls" which is a mix between wavy and curly, considered an attractive feature for most Black women to have. They even have a hair texture number for that type of hair but I forgot what it is. what do u think of what was said? Based on my limited knowledge of West Indian culture, the term "coolie" is an insult for Indian and Chinese immigrants and their children. It's not a term I'd use. Maybe you are, but if you're not very familiar with Caribbean culture you should be extremely careful who you use that term around. The reason I'm giving you this advice is because some Black folks have a habit of talking reckless and saying things out in the open that most people say only behind closed doors or simply don't say at all...and it ends up getting them in trouble. Some of it is done out of simply being too stupid to consider the consequences...for example KNOWING that "coolie" is a derogatory word but simply not caring. But much of it is done out of sheer ignorance...for example you grew up hearing your father or friends use the term in over and over so you didn't realize how derogatory it was until you called an Indian man that and he went upside your head, lol.
  2. I’m sure it’s no surprise I believe this too. It is how some people can be a “pariah” at one time and then all of sudden find themselves celebrated. I think Jay Z is one of the notable people who have found out how to change his “fate.”
  3. I haven't heard an African talk like that before, even the ones who dye their hair blonde, get online, and ask for wealthy men from Europe to come and marry them and get them out of poverty don't talk like that. It sounded kind of odd. Not sure if you remember when he first came on, but at first he didn't have a picture in his avatar. That picture of a Black man was introduced later on after he had posted 6 or 7 times. But perhaps he really IS a brother who just thinks like that. @Pioneer1 “they seem like a catfish troll who didn’t expect you to show up the way you did. But I agree that line gave “them” away. - The catfish trolls come in with a topic the target group will likely gravitate too - and they will gain confidence and then hit with some bull”like this… “They” appeared to be grooming the discussion group to believe something that would make us feel less than. But you handled “them” in away they didn’t expect. You asked for EVIDENCE! 😂 The debate ended there as far as I’m concerned. Seriously, why don’t more of us ask for evidence in situations that can impact our lives and perspective.
  4. I heard that some of your future lives are in the past. Which is fascinating to me.
  5. Troy I don't think you can produce ANY statement that I have made that was definately proven to be inaccurate....that I haven't realized and corrected already once it was pointed out and otherwise proven to me. Again, don't confuse opinions and mere 2nd and 3rd hand informtion given by Caucasians as "knowledge" or "proven science". One of the reasons this virus is so out of control around the planet is because too many people of color put their faith in Western so-called "science" instead of putting in a sincere effort to secure FACTS.
  6. 1 point
I have to check this film. I'm was unfamiliar with it, but it looks fascinating!
