  1. Yeah @Mel Hopkins I'm just talking trash. I have no idea who or what type of women Bey has in her dance troupe. The last time I watched her perform was during a the superbowl when she had the sisters behind her dressed as Black Panthers (I assume that was the theme). Still I don't recall any short, plump girls with nappy hair dancing behind her. I had to look up "coachella." I never heard of this festival before you posted about it. It is still going on. It looks like whoever is running it is making a mint :-) @Pioneer1, again I assert that changing ones appearance to what you perceive to be as trying to look white is a narrow viewpoint. The sisters dying their hair blue are not trying to look white? All I'm saying is that the whole industry is far more complex that sad Black women desperately trying to look white to please Black men. White women are changing their appearances and increasing men are too. Look at Odell Beckham, is he trying to look like a white woman?

  2. Although women have headed the treasurer department since 1949, two of which were Black, Black Americans have been consistently denied fair banking opportunities. Higher interest rates on loans and generally, right to refuse services to anyone they as high risk or not fitting within their established criteria in certain areas of banking. Imagine that, all women Treasurers of the United States since 1949 while racism and inequality run wild. My first business account too, was with Bank of America; they accepted my EIN, Articles of incorporation and banking resolutions, cash flow estimates, etc. Barclays, on the other hand flat told me that I fail their "SPECIAL SPEC" requirements to do business with them. It would take me 3-years to learn what a 'special spec' was when I applied for a broker's position with Prudential. Never heard the term since.

  3. Pioneer it was not just "laziness" that stopped Black people from opening banks. There were many structural problems that make establishin a bank very difficult. Restrictions on getting property, loans, permits, etc. When I moved to Harlem I went to the big Black-owned bank in 125th street to open a business account for AALBC.com. they refused to accept my documents -- which were perfectly valid! I was disappointed and angry because I knew I was making a sacrifice using them--but I was willing to do it and they rejected me. I went down the street and opened an account with BofA. That was 18 years ago.

  4. Yeah, brother Troy, I'm waiting for Muller to release DT's tax returns confiscated from Cohen's hotel room; though I've always been of the opinion that DT's self-worth amounts to more than 'PAPER & BS,' we'll see! Personally, I can't quite get my arms around how Black folks are so impressed by what Whites say they have. It's embarrassing, discouraging how easily we believe the way White folk protray themselves. I read his book Art of the Deal, in it he alluded to how he took advantage of other business men by having parties and getting them drunk to do business with him, how the apartment manager of his first property venture stole money from him. THEN, in 2015 all his BS came out in the open when the true writer of his book gave a lecture at Oxford University. Tony Schwartz disclosed the true Donald Trump while. This you-tube video is worth watching! Tony Schwartz on Donald Trump - YouTube

  5. I've been waiting on someone to bring this subject up, thanks Harry! If what the media is reporting is true.............. That these 2 brothers were asked to leave Starbucks by the Manager but refused to....... Then what they did was legally wrong. It wasn't MORALLY wrong, but it was legally wrong because if the owner of a private property or those charged with responsibility for that property (usually the manager) bans you from the premises or askes you to leave and your refuse to you are now tresspassing. I don't think most people know this. We use the term "public" too loosely and they think store or resturant or mall is "public" because the public is allowed in, but they don't realize these places are actually PRIVATE but serve the public. And also legally speaking, it doesn't matter what the White patrons are allowed to do, if YOU are asked to leave and refuse to So what lesson should Black people learn from this incident? Get up off their sorry ass and DO FOR SELF! Stop doing business with these goddamn racists and stay the hell out of their establishments! Establish YOUR OWN coffee shops! Establish YOUR OWN resturants! Build YOUR OWN shopping malls! Stop begging White folks for a spot in THEIR universities and jumping up and down in excitement after being accepted and instead BUILD YOUR OWN universities! When will Black people learn? Stop begging Whites and Asians and everybody else to "treat you right" and "accept you" and build your own society where you ACCEPT YOURSELF and thrive among eachother. Pretty soon you'll see other people patronizing your businesses and begging to get in.

  6. He probably is a billionaire but he has always exaggerated. Fortune and Forbes rate him as such. He has over 100 LLC. He sells stakes and has been a best selling author. The phrase you're fired is instantly recognisable. Even though I can't describe one episode of the apprentice. Pt Barnum took advantage of people's deformities for personal gain. He surprises a lot of people by saying what your fellow American feels. He didn't destroy the Republican party he just tools the sheet of of it. BTW the Republicans are embracing him now. March is the beginning of the end of the Trump presidency. April his lawyer got his coat pulled. Let's see what May brings.

  7. I do not believe 45 is a billionaire. I believe 45 is a bullshit artist. I would not liken 45 to PT Barnum, because Barum provided entertainment and never killed Syrians to distract us from his own BS. 45 is indeed a child in a fat, orange, old man's body I do not believe 45 is a genius or a brilliant marketer. I believe 45 has been bolstered by brilliant marketers, starting with the people who made him "relevant" again. I believe 45 will serve until the end of the year. It is highlighly likely he will complete his 4 year term -- unless his health or some nut takes him out first.
