Three Black folks (1 male & 2 females) were killed in that drone attack. The US has the most sophisticated military technology on the planet. Yet, they mistook the enemy drone for one of our own. I would hate to think these SOBs allowed this attack to happen so that Black folks will be more vocal in support of Israel and against their *enemies*. I hope that Black folks stay on code and remain silent when it comes to those conflicts. That sh8t doesn't have anything to do with us. Military folks do take an oath and get paid understanding they could be casualties of war. It's their *job*. Nonetheless, thanks to our brotha and sistas for their service and sacrifice. Both Sen. Tim Scott and Vivek Ramaswamy were at former POTUS victory speech in New Hampshire primary last night. These guys have no shame in slobbering all over Orange Julius (OJ). Sen. Scott went so far as professing they love OJ. D8mn the optics. Also, Sen. Scott is now engaged to be married: Kinda sudden fromn a dude who claimed to be a virgin until his 30s. Seems he just met this chick a month or so ago. I wouldn't be surprised if she's being paid to be his beard. I don't think Sen. Scott will be OJ's VP running mate. Maybe cabinet-level position. But, he's doing the most to maintain favor within the GOP.

Pence has the personality of a pencil. The white hair and deadpan look makes him appear lifeless. Usually POTUS has to come across as a statesman or charismatic. Carrying both traits is even harder to beat.

OK. Duly noted. Thanks for the recommendation. It isn't about surveying FBA/ADOS to determine what they need in the way of reparations and dismantling the system of white system. It is about establishing an FBA/ADOS body or as @Pioneer1 put it, a political party to define an agenda and work towards it. Again, thanks for your advice and opinion. But, as an old man, I'm going to use my own brain and actions to determine how to best achieve what I'd like to see for FBA/ADOS folks. Consensus takes too long. Sometimes, you just have to just do it and let them follow.

While artists, athletes, entertainers, media personalities, etc., have the mic i.e. any type of platform, until it is silenced, they could use it to say anything positive that helps to uplift and encourage other Black folks. The *problem* is that so many of Black folks are mentally and/or physically removed from the struggle. Money and status are just two things among several that have led Black folks to believe life has gotten better. While the conditions seem to have changed, the system of racism white supremacy is still alive and kicking and more sophisticated.

I didn't know about her but it reads like New York City and Black folks all over the world lost a true warrior who fought for us for a very long time. Job well done. RIP matriarch Viola Plummer.

We waste, er, spend enough on all types of useless things. Black folks channeling a fraction of the money spent on gross consumerism could grow our own media platforms and outlets. Also, celebrities who have a platform should be able to recognize, uplift and encourage other folks putting in work.
