So welathy people can conmit crimes as long as the pay their less wealthy victims?
  3. Yeah I'll post links Mel. Troy nit certain how respect equals censorship in your mind. But ok ,it is what it is. Nubian it's a dynamic. Loren is aware of the perception of a white guy participating. Your response makes his participation less likely. Plus he doesn't sound like the enemy. Just as a general comment. Disagreement is fine but at times it feels like I am having a two sided monologue.
  4. This conversation was illuminating. Troy as moderator and owner. You set the tone. And what the level of respect participants can expect in the forum. Personally I will be participating less than i have been. Just links and no comments.

Troy don't you have a problem with a rapist buying their silence?
  6. Ok Pioneer opinions are never wrong. I am out.
  7. Or it could become short for Lorenzo
  8. Pioneer there's a difference between specifity and generalities. I'll make this very understandable. Mel said man, you say men. Are white people better than black people not in my personal experience. You clearly have a different experience. You are conflating colour, wealth and Class. In the day time I worked in financial services met and saw the heavy weights in the field. Saw Michael Milken on the elevator at Drexel Burnham, said hi to Reggie Lewis who was on his way to meet Michael Milken, was at a meet and greet with Max Chapman, and spoke with Ken Chenault, meet presidential candidate Michael Dukakis. Had a personal chat with Peter Lord about astrology. He is in the Family Stand and he wrote Touch for Paula Abdul. I hung with artists musicians and night people. I have experienced different circles. And like i said earlier it doesn't make me more evolved. It just means my perspective is broader. You clearly have a different temperament, experience and perspective. Its pointless for me to argue with Anyone who takes their world to be the entire world.

Troy like Weinstein it wasnt a secret in the industry. I heard about both Kevin Spacey and Cosby being predators in the 90's by an individual who had first hand experience with them. Cosby admitted in court to buying illegal drugs to have sex with young women. The real monster is Camille because some assaults happened in their home. So she either would recognise the dates as when she wasn't home or she may have been home. He had a 25+ year history of drugging and raping women. He made jokes about dtugging and raping women. It's a power thing with him because he had enough fame and money he didn't have to drug them. I saw first hand how people reacted to celebrity. I used to read Tarot at a bar that was owned by Michael Imperioli's wife. I was at the after party for the Movie he did with Spike Lee. I have chatted with both Corey Glover and Vernon Reid. So i was a but closer to that world than most. However you have your reasons for defending a serial convicted rapist, who bought women's silence. Okay Troy no argument from me.

Perhaps other participants may be intersted in the clip Troy.
  11. Beleiefs are a function of experience, and expectations. I didn't like white people for the longest because I was bullied. In my 30's I met a lot of white European artists and people that were artsy farsty. And most of my friends were illegal. And even though i wasn't any artist I was accepted.
  12. It's a non starter for Woke Men.

The dates of the alleged incidents span from 1965 to 2008 across ten U.S. states and one Canadian province High-profile attorney Gloria Allred is representing 33 of the alleged victims. In July 2015, some of the court records from Andrea Constand's 2005 civil suit against Cosby were unsealed and released to the public. The full transcript of his deposition was also released to the media by a court reporting service. In his testimony, Cosby admitted to casual sex, involving the recreational use of the sedative methaqualone (Quaaludes), with a series of young women, and acknowledged that his dispensing the prescription drug was illegal. 15. That's how I feel as well. Racism has damaged Black people by diminishing the self worth. It has also damaged White people by giving them an over inflated sense of self importance. Black people and White people live in different worlds. I believe Mel said that both implicitly and explicitly. That he was the best Man for her. She even stated that she didn't know about all White Men just this particular man.

Have a listen and telk me what you think.
  17. Cynique you sound like both a mystic and a quantum mechanic
  18. Quite a few things happened that I didn't plan. but worked out well. I recall vividly seeing two accidents right before they happened. due to carelessness. It's like your watching a movie and you are powerless to change the outcome. Fact is stranger than fiction because fiction has to make sense.
  19. I Love your mind Cynique. I have no plan, and it's working for me.

I saw that there was a memorial service for Jayne Cortez
  21. I am going to take a break from this monologue. I am going to take a break from this monologue.
  22. Troy I already said you were right and Einstein was wrong. Can you quote where i said there was an alien invasion? I am going to take a break from wild accusations.
  23. Where did i say E us a constant? Or how do you verify facts of there isn't an objective reality?
  24. You are correct Troy. Space is not a vacuum and gravity does not alter the speed of light. Someone needs to tell Einstein he is wrong.
