The Only Black Owned Daily Newspaper Left in the United States
Delano replied to Troy's topic in Culture, Race & Economy
The market has spoken. Do young Black readers want a black newspaper? -
You have the public versus private issue. How much privacy should I public person expect. Troy - Would you pay to see a team sponsored and populated with Klansmen. When we buy we are voting with dollars. I do make a distinction between the entertainer and the person. Generally I ignore and artist personal life unless it is really odious to me. Corporal punishment is a tricky one. I think it depends. Some people respond to words, or actions. Within this some people respond to the carrot some to the stick. I think it is important that if you discipline your child that you not do it when you are angry. This is damaging to both the parent and the child. In sports you have an interesting dynamic. We applaud the alpha dog and testosterone. So weapplaud physical prowess and beating the other team. Howeveronce the games are over we expect the combatants to act normally. You have the same problem with soldiers returning from war. We applaud sociopathic behavior and then we punish it. Ray Rice is a symptom. The problem is society and we are the problem. I enjoy watching UFC for the martial aspect. However someone would say I'm supporting violence and they would have a valid point. I find it extremely difficult

What has been your experience with Psychics
Delano replied to Del's topic in Culture, Race & Economy
Cynique you are correct. I tend to hang back and see where people are. I don't challenge the person. But I will torture the idea. Troy what does emotional sensitivity mean to you. I'm not impatient, but I like clarity. For instance it used to annoy when people use science without understanding the science. However lately I'm feeling more lovely. So I'm not as interested in verbal or mental combat. -
Cynique I feel the same way except the last Prince song I really liked was Call my name. I hqve seen him do an after show which is where he really shines. They are more like a jam session. I was a mad Prince fan at one point I had about 50 albums, bootlegs, singles, concerts and outtakes. There a good documentary about Prince. It. Features ?uestlove, Eric Leeds, and Kwame who wrote a book about Prince. The best take was that he never wanted to be normal or ordinary. Which explains a lot. I think he's ki d of list his way musically and some of his opinions are pretty strange and not I'm a good way.

Troy I would say you require expert opinion opposed to personal opinion before you change your mind. I also think you have an emotional sensitivity, but you may be a bit impatient and want it to develop quickly or in a direct or linear fashion. Cynique can you read me as well. I would say psychics get confused with you, because you have a strong masculine and feminine side. -

She seemed a bit annoyed. And he seemed a bit to casual. Despite her ranting she didn't seem like a racist. I agree with Cynique. He seemed like q director toying with a fly. He seems a bit professorial about the situation. Maybe they are old Maury Povich actors. Aomethings I don't miss about the US.

You'll need birth times for both charts. Your rising is the ascendant. The house their Sun is in your chart, shows how you see them. The house their Part of Fortune is in your chart, shows you their role in your life.

Have you learned something or created a new prejudice?
Delano replied to Delano's topic in Culture, Race & Economy
There is no need to send people back anywhere. When you can control their mind. This transcends colour. -

A driver could be linked by correlation or causation. I am attempting to understand what you mean. How you would you define prejudice and preference. I like to start with definition unless what you mean is self evident. -

Troy would you say there is difference between prejudice and preference. You say it's an instinct and part human nature. Instincts aren't learned. I thought prejudices were learned behavior. What's your thoughts. -

Verbal selfie. So I was just relaxing doing some calculations. When someone picks three numbers, there are 829,440 possible charts then can choose from per city. So about 80-90% of the time my interpretation is mostly accurate. Which is a bit of a head spinner. However I have read people aged from 20-52. Which is a conservative estimate. So there about 26,542,080 possible combinations. So yeah I'm pretty excited -

How many times are you going to guess predict.

Troy - My apologies you are right. I never try to understand what people believe. I am more interested in how they got there. When you mention statistics incorrectly I assume that you want to be corrrected , that is a wrong assumption on my part. Believeing or not believing is not a scientific position it is a religous one. The only scientific view on religion is agnostic. I don't know. Believers can and nonbelievers can suffer from the same arrogrance, that their opinion is the correct one. And once you assume you are right you stop thinking. I decided about 3 years ago to live my life like magic is a real thing. So you and I or on opposite sides of the fence. I don't mean to insult your knowledge. I have no idea what you know. Although a thing some of your comment are more for public consumption. I have no way of knowing , it just a feeling. That is what I do. I try to follow a feeling, while trying to be as childlike in my approach to the world as possible.

Troy The analysis is like several coin tosses. If you can orefixt the outcome with a margin of error. You have to conclude the following: Tge coin is biased. The coin is unbiased and the prediction is valid. The predictor I'd influencing the coin. You are using statistics to bolster your argument. Unfortunately yiur grasp of statistics us lacking. In statistics you can test qualifying outcomes not just quantified ones. I mentioned that so I'm not certain what your objections are. perhaps in the interest of clarity you can just you points in bullet points and I will answer each. However if that is to tedious you can reread my post. You will find mist if your objections answered. Unless I have misunderstood you. Which is clearly an alternative to you not understanding me.
