  1. Rather odd coming from board that puts more value in opinions and thoughts that are backed up (e.g., cited in reference) by some irrelevant bullsh!t link. Might make one wonder why "Fox News or Newsmax" was called out instead of non-credible non-journalistic full-blown propaganda outlets such as ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and MSNBC, to mention a few. Perhaps one might want to get their bias(es) straight.
  2. So, when someone is both black (slave-descendant or not) and (non-oppressor) white, how would they decompose and interpret this? If you're white and had absolutely no control of the thoughts and actions of your ancestors, what would you learn? The same could possibly be said of blacks and their current day history of rampant (blame-everyone else) black-on-black crime, self-hate and denial. What will their descendants think? Violence is violence, any way you cut it.
  3. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that Black America is listening, or even trying to.
  4. What's that got to do with it?
  5. Some folks (may and do) hate the source, but routinely and more often than not, it's the story that matters. Instead of cherry-picking (it) by quote, this story is simply a top-down easy read. Let the reader be the judge. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/12/leo-hohmann-collapse-american-empire/
  6. Sounds like an easy out, but perhaps an ineffective one, to say the least.
  7. Right now, I'm hearing nothing but "noise".
  8. Cynique, yes that you are; irrelevance at its finest. Cynique, this new identity of yours is just killing us.
  9. Relying on the opinions of others is a weak argument.
  10. IMO, but also respectfully, in today's times and political environment, the NAACP is one of the most corrupt ass-kissing do-nothing organizations in the country that does very little and nothing more than give lip service to black America.
  11. So, based on your statement, what qualifies as 'typical'? Not so sure about that right now, at least at a 100% level.
  12. Sorry to go back so far on the calendar, but anytime a discussion board (member) is reliant on links provided from others instead of their first-hand experience, knowledge and / or opinions, it seems to invalidate the merit of that discussion. In other words, why do you (/ does one) need to cite proof (e.g., perhaps) every time you (/they) speak?
  13. And what planet did you just arrive from?
  14. Just the tip of the iceberg. https://justthenews.com/government/congress/sheila-jackson-lee-says-shes-regretful-after-recording-leaks-profane-rant
  15. I wouldn't doubt that, at all. What seemed interesting is that it would appear that few people ever mention Sowell, despite his good pragmatic insight into how the body politic impacts the social fabric of a country and its inhabitants. Sometimes, defensive responses tend to challenge their own merit.
  16. Last we heard, there are no 'native' Blacks in the United States of America. Perhaps one might also want to get the native American Five Nations' opinion on that, too? Back in 'the day', there was a crack head born every minute. Then that trend tapered off. Now, it looks like the pace has picked up a bit. On a more serious note, "I didn't vote for Jim Crow Joe". No one ever said you did, however, it's easy to run out of sense while you're still spending.
  17. Cynique, it's always good to know who's paying attention and who isn't. And, the best part is that you actually fell for the IQ nonsense that I mentioned, which was added just for you. Glad to see that it's still so easy to elicit an errant response.
  18. Who ever said anything about making false accusations? Do you know how you sound?
  19. They'll be mopping the floor with her sorry unqualified behind in no time.
  20. 21. Illegal is illegal, any way you cut it. Pack 'em up, ship 'em out.
  22. Anyone familiar with the book Social Justice, Fallacies by Thomas Sowell, and American economist, social theorist, political philosopher and author? Thoughts? https://sowell.org/books/social-justice-fallacies - - - "New York Times bestseller, renowned economist Thomas Sowell demolishes the myths that underpin the social justice movement" "Social Justice Fallacies reveals how many things that are thought to be true simply cannot stand up to documented facts" https://www.am*zon.com/Social-Justice-Fallacies-Thomas-Sowell/dp/1541603923 - - - - - https://www.hoover.org/news/thomas-sowell-launches-new-book-social-justice-fallacies-uncommon-knowledge https://blogs.timesofisrael.com/social-justice-fallacies-by-the-great-thomas-sowell/ https://www.aier.org/article/thomas-sowell-social-justice-fallacies/ https://www.wmbriggs.com/post/48807/
  23. At the bottom, and to remain at the bottom, perhaps indefinitely.
  24. Given your judgemental response, if you don't care now, you will very likely care soon, once you understand the underlying message that Jay-Z and the entire hip-hop ecosystem is sending. From the way it at least looks right now and under deeper scrutiny, Jay-Z's journey through life may be commendable in some respects, but in others, his entire personal and business lifestyle and the cultural carnage those lifestyles have left behind appears to have both promoted and elevated his success to a level that will never be achieved buy even the .001% of the underprivileged.
  25. Troy, IMO, you may be missing the point. It's the message that's being sent about realistically reaching a level that will indeed be unattainable for all but the (real plugged-in) 1%. Reflecting on your (again) mention of casting shade, judge, hate or whatever on others seems misdirected and perhaps to some, indicative of having a lack of understanding of core role models and how they impact the vision and growth of people, especially youth. Attempting to escape through the 'gossip' portal does little to invalidate what should be brought to light, whether it's a public figure's personal life, etc. Like it or not, in today's hyper-critical world where virtually every aspect of everyone's life is interconnected and intertwined with that which they may not have control of or a say in, anything is game. As for "they don't have any money to spend", ask them that same question and see what they say.
