  1. When was all of this????
  2. There are 6 distinct classes in the United States. Aristocratic These are people worth over a billion dollars and are generally out of reach from the public or media. They heavily influence politics and social policy Rich These are people worth over $15 million in assets. They either don't work or don't have to work if they don't want to and can live comfortable off thier savings and interests for the rest of their lives. Usually their children can too. These are usually heirs, major business owners, very successful professionals, entertainers, ect.. Believe it or not education isn't a big factors in this class. Professional (Upper Middle Class) These are people who still have to work for a living but can go 6 months without any income and still maintain their lifestyle They are are generally well educated professionals like doctors, attorneys, authors, engineers, ect. But they also include lesser educated people like self-made small business owners. Depending on one's expenses and region of the nation, the professional class starts at around $75,000 a year for a single adult. With the exception of self-made business owners, these people usually have a Master's Degree or higher. Working (Lower Middle Class) Like the Professional class these people also work for a living but generally can't go a month without receiving some sort of income or they'll be in trouble. These are the BACK-BONE of society and what an ideal society would have for the majority of it's workforce. These range from construction and factory workers to nurses, police officers, postal workers, ect.. This starts at around $40,000 for a single adult depending on region Most have SOME college education but rarely have a degree above a Bachelors Poor These are people who BARELY have the basics of food, clothing, and shelter. They work sporadically or work very low wage jobs, usually in the service industry These are the people working at McDonalds, car washes, temp agencies, and in many cases...not working at all. They usually have a little or no college education and in come cases didn't even graduate from high school. They make anywhere from $10,000 a year to $40,000. These expenses are as sporadic as their income because they usually aren't staying on their own but shacking up with lovers, relatives, bouncing from place to place. Destitute These are people at the very bottom of the socio-economic ladder Your homeless, chronic drug addicts, petty criminals, ect... They can't even afford the basic necessities. Most have SOME clothes but finding shelter and enough food and medical care is a constantly struggle and in come cases none existent. ******************************************************************************************************************************************* Within each of these classes, there are numerous subgroups based on career field, education, race, ect.... Now ofcourse these classes aren't set in stone and they often overlap eachother. But they are still pretty standard and over 99% of adults fall in one of these categories.
  3. Troy is clearly in the Professional Class (Upper Middle Class), lol...though he's pretending that he's not. What professionals call "hard work" isn't the same as what most poor and working class people call "hard work". Most poor and working-class people are in the service industry and do a lot of PHYSICAL WORK like construction, warehouse, factory, and unloading trucks. For them the work is PHYSICAL and based on a time clock. Hard work for them is forcing them to work 2 hours over, or sweating and exerting themselves more than usual. Hardwork for a professional like a teacher or lawyer or engineer is being forced to stay later than usual, do extra paper work, working an extra day out of the week...lol. Any sweat you see on the forehead of someone of the Professional Class is usually due to the STRESS...not physical exertion, lol. "I have ticket to Phantom Of The Opera tonight; and they spring THIS on me at the last minute? It's so UNFAIR"
  4. Stop picking on people....lol....you BULLY. Mzuri Don't worry sweetie.....Pioneer's here now! You're gonna be alright! Daniel Are you vaxxed? No. Even better...I'm BLAXXED...lol
  5. Yesterday Cynique said: 🥺 But then TODAY Cynique said: 🤔 Now either Cynique is crazy....or she thinks OTHER folks are too crazy to notice what's going on, lol But anyway... PIONEER says.....lol...the same thing he said yesterday:
  6. When HUNDREDS of thousands of law enforcement officers around the nation are refusing to take it and would rather quit first. And add that to the HUNDREDS of thousands of nurses and other health care officials who are refusing to take it. And add that to the TENS OF MILLIONS of people around the nation from all walks of life who are refusing to take it. What you're gonna have on your hands is a country torn apart. Order and stability aren't gonna last long when 1/3 of your cops drop off the force.
  7. Troy The entire case was and still is VERY uninteresting to me. What came as a surprise to me was how so many Black people on social media who have platforms were talking about it. At first they said it was just another missing White girl case that the national media was sensationalizing. But then even THEY themselves started focusing more on the story and engaging in the same things they were criticizing the national media over. I remember you saying your move to Oklahoma was temporary. So you're back in Florida for a while now, huh? Did you even meet that smiling woman with the big dog they pictured in the advertisement to get you to move into that complex? This wasn't her or the dog, but she looks similar...lol
  8. Troy Are you serious about not knowing who Brian Laundrie is? I don't think you are...lol
  9. I thought I told you I was an anti-vaxxer. I don't do shots...lol
  10. They may be "dating" Black right now, but for some reason I think both Sasha and Malia will end up marrying White dudes. If this were the 80s or 90s...I'd say no. They'd get with some wealthy Black men who were also political and of prestige. But today...... With so much dysfunction in the AfroAmerican community and so many AfroAmerican men running around in skirts and dresses and sexually confused??? Nah. Brad and Jared are just WAITING around the corner for the perfect opportunity to introduce themselves and pull that wealth and power back into the AngloSaxon American community. "Hey....uhh....brown sugar cakes! You got what WE want...and we got what YOU need. So uh....let's get it rockin' n rollin....sometime.....maybe!"
  11. Yeah..... I'm noticing more and more what you're talking about. They're putting the adds right IN THE MIDDLE of our posts now. Not just as the bottom. It really should be illegal, but it's their platform...they do what they want to do. They do it, and then make you pay extra for it NOT to happen. Just like they used to make you pay NOT to have your phone number listed in the White Pages.
  12. Mzuri I am not anti-vax at all Well I am...lol. People talk about the ones we got as kids to go to school, as if THEY were somehow ok. I wouldn't have gotten those EITHER if I knew what I knew now and had a choice back as a baby. I believe Black people should make OUR OWN medicines and come up with OUR OWN cures. Not just stand in line to take whatever Cauacasians tell us is good for us. Infact, most of the disease Black people suffer from come FROM living with and around Caucasians to begin with. They didn't exist among us back in Africa or Asia. It wasn't until we started living around THEM and adopting their diet and lifestyles that so many of our people had to start taking their medicines. Cynique creatures whom I've always been able to take or leave, actually preferring dogs If you prefer dogs.....I see your divorce from the Black race is almost complete, lol "Stop it you...."
  13. The PEW institute, after much research, offers a very simple formula as a stepping stone to a better life. But Liberals dismiss it as being simple solutions to complicated problems. PEW says: [1] Don't be a high school drop-out, (2)Delay pregnancy (3) get a job. I can see that, because I'm Progressive and I DO dismiss it as being overly simplistic for a number of reasons but mostly 2: 1. It's out dated for todays economy and society 2. It doesn't apply to most Black and Brown people When I was homeless years ago, half of the people on the street met all three requirements and STILL ended up on the streets for one reason or another. Graduating highschool, delaying pregnancy and getting a job is just a START in the right direction. A "stepping stone" is the correct term for it because it's like Kindgergarten in the school of success. But there are so many factors and obstacle in this society that you must avoid and overcome that this advice is almost pathologically deceptive
  14. The Obamas are rich. Actually part of the Rich Class. They aren't Aristocratic but still rich. Most Aristocrats don't run for office. They CONTROL those who do, lol The Koch brothers are an example of Aristocrats. Elon Musk and Bill Gates are more public examples. When it comes to traditional "class" in the United States. Education and social status are still huge factors, not just money. A poor high school drop out from the hood who hits the lottery and wins $25 million, is STILL not considered in the same "class" as Highschool teacher with a Masters Degree who only earns $75,000 a year. "Nicca I'm so rich......I can use these Benjamins for toilet paper!" There's a reason for that...... Troy There are alligators in the water, fox, deer, rabbit, turtles, snakes, armadillos, etc all viewable from my patio. It is like Wild Kingdom up in here And don't forget Brian Laundrie is/was among them rabbits and turtles....lol
  15. Chev You put so much time and effort in your presentations! I'm trying to figure out the meaning of this post, piece by piece. First of all, what is the significance of the Obama family dressed in Hindu garb? And what is the significance of the Trump photo?
  16. Troy What is the bottom line of what y'all are talking about? Is there a take away for someone like me. who is not steeped in Biblical text or history? For me.... When it comes to religious discussions there IS no "bottom line". I do it for the sake of discussion and entertainment. Before the Pandemic I used to meet with groups of people and we'd discuss and debate religious topics for HOURS over some coffee and pie. Half of us were like me and didn't even believe in religion. We do it for entertainment and fun, lol. ProfD I'm a bit surprised @Pioneer1 debates the subject of religion considering he reads/listens to NF Jr. And he's so right....lol. As sweet as Chevdove is, you should go back and look at some of our previous exchanges and how vicious she can be when she felt her beliefs are threatened. Frightening...lol. 🤷‍♂️ What can I say? I love debating. It's in my nature. That's actually what took me OUT of Christianity. A strong debate where the brothers didn't be "sweet" and kind to me but came at me with strong irrefutable argument I couldn't spin. That's how I know that some people (not our sweet Chevdove..lol) NEED to be clobbered over the head with the truth.
  17. Mzuri I would only use that type of office space if I needed to meet with clients, and then it would be those shared executive offices. I can’t imagine working around a bunch of random people during pandemic. Exactly. I wouldn't want everybody meeting at my home. I'd schedule a time and place to meet. But for routine work...nah...I'd rather be at home with the flamingos and sand-hill cranes during a global Pandemic...lol. JK, I am glad that you are able to spend the winter in temperate climes. Yeah.... And that's about the ONLY time Florida IS "temperate"...lol...in the winter. The rest of the year that place is as hot as a sauna. Two men waiting at a bus stop in Florida Troy What part of Florida? I think I see Brian Laundrie out in the distance!
  18. Troy You're dealing with some slick devils with very scientific minds. They sit in board rooms all day trying to figure out shit like this. They even hire psychologists and sociologists to figure out the best ways to deceive people and get into their minds. It's this same slick deceptive devilish mentality that allows them to put chemicals in the food and water causing sexual confusion and violence.
  19. Oh is THAT what they are? I heard that those birds make a loud and AWFUL sound when they're squawking. I heard they sound like a Teradactyl screaming
  20. Chevdove 9pm in the night is not ONE DAY. It's not even HALF of a day. At 9pm at night the day is ALMOST OVER...lol And the MORNING of the 17th isn't a day. The day is barely getting started.
  21. Troy You and @Mzuri strike me sincere in your anti-vaxxer position and are not trying to get others not to take the vaccine. I would in real life if I thought enough people would listen to me, lol. I personally don't take the people I meet online serious enough to hate or even strongly dislike them. Nobody online has ever "gotten on my nerves"...lol. There are people I disagree with and there are people I've had online feuds with. But I never found any situation too frustrating because I know they wouldn't be able to affect me in real life. That's one of the reasons I like to keep my "social media" world and the real world separate. So if I ever got into it with someone to the point they'd like to harm me....they wouldn't be able to. I know quite a few friends....mostly female...who got into real life conflicts and even altercations because they constantly blur the lines between social media and real life...telling all of their personal business. "Talk all that shit you wuz talking the other night! Say it to my face now!!"
  22. Troy If you have a patio with pelicans dancing around in your back yard....YOU SIR...are in the Upper Middle Class, lol
  23. Chev I have no idea what you are referring too. I've changed nothing. I'm sorry I was looking at the wrong post of your. I know I remembered reading where you said he rose 3 days after he died but I thought it was in your second post and kept searching for it and thought you might have erased it. But when you said he didn't change anything I went over the posts and....giiiirrlll you sure do a lot of typing, lol...I found it in your FIRST post. Here you said: "This date was marked during the time of Solomon as well, for it was the fourth date that Solomon laid the foundation of the temple of God. So on October 14, Jesus was hung on the cross and a few hours later after a total solar eclipse, Jesus died at 9:00 P.M. on October 15 and three (3) days later on October 17, he rose again and it was also written that many graves were open; hence Halloween. It was the First Resurrection." Then you say: "He died on 15. So 15-----16-----17. The scriptures say he rose IN THE 3RD DAY. It's very detailed" First of all from 9pm on the 15th to the MORNING of the 17 ain't three days. There is a difference between 3 days and the THIRD day. Three days means 3 24 hour periods. The third day doesn't take the hours into account. So which one is it?
  24. Troy I know you made it clear that these were YOUR definitions but I'd still like to banter with them for the sake of discussion. The best a Black person can really do is upper middle class. A level I have never reached. These folks have trust funs setup for their children -- i.e. they will never have to work a day in their lives and enjoy generational wealth. They attend private schools. Their parents, grand parents, and even great grand parents are educated. They enjoy legacy admission to Ivy league schools. The people you describe above are in the rich category in my opinion. To me.."rich" starts at a worth of $15 million depending on age and other expenses. These are successful large business owners and/or as you said recipients of generational wealth. And if they're Black usually: Entertainers. Athletes. Politicians who got paid off, lol. A middle class person can not see a penny of income, for at least 6 months, and it will not impact their lifestyle one iota. They live in safe clean neighborhoods, go on a nice vacation every year, may have a 2nd home, money is not a source of stress. They will pass on wealth to their children. Now THIS is what I call the "Professional Class" or "Upper Middle Class" They still depend on income for a living. At the higher end of it you have your doctors, high powered lawyers, professors, state politicians, average business owners, ect... At the lower end will be computer programmers, engineers, local politicians, teachers most lawyers, ect.... They have to work for a living to maintain their lifestyle but they're still better off than the average person financially. Most have a college education with a Master's degree or higher. Except for the business owners. A lower middle class person is essentially living paycheck to paycheck, but can consistently supply their basic requirements. Extravagances like private college education and two week foreign vacation is out of reach. I agree. This is the LOWER middle class or what I call the WORKING CLASS. This is the environment I grew up in btw...lol Factory workers, postal workers nurses, cops, ect.... Most have little or no college education. A lower class person struggles to meet living required living expenses like housing or food. These are the folks who get evicted and have homes foreclosed, they have cars reposed, have bad credit scores, and no saving, etc. Yeah This is the POOR. What's been happening for the past 40 years is a lot of people have been shifting from Working Class to POOR. And then below these are the DESTITUTE Homeless, living with friends and relatives, chronically institutionalized, ect... Since 2008 millions have shifted from POOR to straight up DESTITUTE.
  25. Cynique OKAY Okay okay....... Calm down, lol. Whatever you say..... It's your world.
