I just asked Chev a simple question about them based on her earlier statements and all of a sudden whether or not Aboriginees are "human", tennis players, and how much I love Black unity becomes the main topics......lol. Chev No, I absolutely do NOT agree with this statement. Can you provide some references to the term "Yacub" dated 6,000 years ago [ie. 4000 BC] in which was the beginning of the White Suprecacist movement? I don't have any references to support it. You may have to contact a Nation of Islam Minister or some members in your area of you have any and perhaps they may have some. Well according to the stats over 53% of White women voted for Trump and support him. As far as I'm concerned he's a monsters THEY created. Cosby was tried and convicted with LESS evidence than has come out against these two men. Or atleast less than what is being reported in the media. Infact, they actually got Cosby on what some could consider DOUBLE JEOPARDY because he was basically tried twice for the same or similar crime but with a slightly different accuser or accusation. Whether he's guilty or not....just like OJ Simpson.....they wanted to see him in jail so they basically kept on at it until the "got him" on something. Do you see the same thing happening to Harvey, Kevin, Les Moonves, or any other prominent White man in Hollywood? Cosby's conviction and imprisonment compared with Harvey and Spacey is just one example of injustice that we can ACTUALLY SEE, but there are probably hundreds of cases going on around the nation that we DON'T see of AfroAmerican men being charged and convicted on far less evidence than Caucasian men accused of the same thing.

Chev Like I said, some things are just genetic. However I do believe that the proper diet can COMPLIMENT your genes to get the desired results. One of my cousins had a weight problem all through out childhood and early adulthood and said he tried every diet and exercise routine that was out there on the market but nothing seemed to work for him long term. I used to watch his weight bounce up and down from very obese to obese back to very obese. But after going to a chiropractor for a bad back he was not only able to lose weight but KEEP it off for over 20 years. He said his chiropractor told him to do just a FEW simple things like no eating 3 hours before bed time and not eating fried foods and it was more effective than all the diets and exercise programs he had done previously. The proof was in the pudding because he lost tons of weight and actually kept it off.

Troy The link you provided talks about PACIFIC ISLANDERS and MELANESIANS in general. I'm talking about AUSTRALIAN ABORIGINALS in specific. -two different subjects. Also, we don't know WHAT ethnicity those girls are in that picture you provided. There are literally thousands of island in the Pacific. Do you know exactly who they are or where they come from? I can tell you that ALL of the pictures I provided were of Australian Aboriginees.

They may have been "caught up" in terms of losing their jobs or shamed on social media....but how many WHITE men have you seen actually led away in handcuffs to prison? Think about the numbers. Here are some pictures of Australian Aboriginees...... Notice how they have straight hair (often blonde), small foreheads in comparison to their faces, and relatively heavy eyebrow ridges. I've never been a victim of sexual assault so I'm not sure if I'm qualified to determine whether or not he received justice for the crimes he allegedly committed many years ago. Howere what IS unjust in my opinion is the fact that most of the Caucasian men in Hollywood like Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacy who not only have accusations against them but have actual VIDEO AND AUDIO evidence of them assaulting women and boys.....haven't even been INDICTED yet, let alone sent to prison.

In every SERIOUS relationship I've been in (and in nearly 50 years I can still only count on one hand all the SERIOUS relationships I've been in so far) the ONLY time I felt like I was compromising was when I made the decision to actually LIVE TOGETHER. When we lived in our separate homes and met eachother on our own terms or stayed with eachother for a night or two, it's beautiful but when we are force to "mix energies" and share eachother's personal space in the bathroom and kitchen then the funny looks and arguments start. Which is why I disagree with this religious and historically ethical idea that people should get married BEFORE they have sex and live together. I personally believe based on not only experience but observation that you should live with a person for atleast 1 year before making the decision to marry them. Some women are great actresses and it takes atleast 3 good months of living with them before the "crazy" that dwells inside of them began to unveil itself and come out of hiding....lol.

Chev I don't have time to address your entire post yet but I wanted to ask you about a couple statements that stood out for me: This earth is old and inhabited by extremely intelligent people and we are presently being dominated and controlled by ancient beings. Are you suggesting that there are much older beings on this planet dominating African peoples who are NOT human? Beings like fallen angels, nephilim, or giants? Also you seem to play heavy emphasis on the words East and Eastern. Do you believe East Asians are the orignal oppressors of Africans or that they are a special type of being in general. What is your take on East Asians or the people of the East?

Chev I know for me, anyway, there is no ‘toy’ or etc. that could replace that kind of love that only a malefactor can provide for me as a woman. I hope Cynique read this.....lol. Perhaps she'll stop advising Black women to chase after toys, gadgets, and other gizmos as part of her desparate effort to portray Black men as irrelevant losers who should no longer be considered as viable options. There's been a lot of talk about alpha-males today. Believe it or not I don't think the goal of a man should be to be an "alpha male". I think it's something that comes naturally but only for a small MINORITY of men....less than 10%. I think most men naturally fall into the beta or delta or even gamma territory. Alpha means very aggressive, uncompromisingly dominant, and most be on top. Obviously ALL men can't be number one and if even MOST men took that attitude they'd by fighting and killing eachother so much that no projects or organizations would ever take off. If you look at much of the AfroAmerican community today, nearly everyone wants to be NUMBER ONE. No one wants to take any shit off of anyone else. Ain't no "punks" anymore. No cowards anymore. If you say ANYTHING I don't like or agree with I have to let you know to your face up front and can't back down one inch. And where is this tough no-nonsense attitude carrying the community? Meanwhile if you look at the Asian community you typically have MOST of the men being very passive and weak keeping thier heads down and working hard with ONE man or woman standing around watching them and making sure the work gets done. In any organization I think it's best to have ONE or maybe TWO alpha males to maintain control but the rest of the males must be less aggressive and more submissive to that authority in order to carry out their duties and keep the wheels turning. Sometimes I wonder if one of the biggest problems with AfroAmericans is that we're TOO strong and tough, especially when we don't need to be. I wonder if we took a more passive submissive attitude toward eachother would we be able to accomplish more. Chev I've never had an obesity problem, I've had issues trying to GAIN weight...lol. But I can understand the frustration of trying to lose weight because I have so many family members and friends who struggle with it. One of the main problems with why so many AfroAmericans struggle with weight isn't so much the amount they eat and the lack of exercise, but it's the CHEMICALS that are being put in the food that people of color seem to be exceptionally sensitive to. Just like when you go to the West Coast and look at the Mexican Americans and Native Americans....most of them are obese. Even when they're small they tend to be "round" and chubby and stubby. This is due to the Wesern diet of a lot of starch, breads, sugars, and red meat....something their genes aren't used to. It's the same with our people. Many of them are fat and "round" both in the body and in the face today because of all the unnatural foods and junk foods they're eating that was originally designed by and for Caucasians. Eating spaghetti and pizza....made by and for Italians. Eating cheeseburgers and hot dogs....made by and for Germans. Eating ice cream and milk chocolate candy......both are dairy products with high amounts of sugar. AfroAmericans have been CONDITIONED to love these foods even though most of them don't have the genes to metabolize them. Actually our bodies are TOO GOOD for most of what Caucasians eat! Our bodies don't need as much sugar and grease to produce energy as theirs do, so it gets stored as fat. We don't need as much meat to make protein and buid muscles, so that too gets stored as fat. An African of the same size could easily function on less than HALF the food a Caucasian needs.

Chev I understand clearly what you are saying. But it ALL eventually goes back to intelligence....not of the individual but of the African race collectively. If you say the problem was slavery and what happend to our people, why weren't we intelligent enough NOT to allow ourselves to be enslaved? If you say the problem is that African people are being targeted, why aren't we intelligent enough MOVE from out of the sights of whoever is targeting us and flip the script and TARGET THEM instead? If you say too many of our people are conditioned and brainwashed by the racism that exists within them, why aren't they smart enough to recognize this, overcome it, and eliminate it from their minds and community? Again, it all goes back to being intelligent enough and smart enough to recognize your problem and solve it. Because if lack of intelligence is the REAL problem....then even if you manage to eliminate White racism it will only be replaced with Chinese racism or Arab racism or racism from some other group who is smart enough to come in and take advantage of our people. Remember that BEFORE the Europeans came into Africa....the Arabs were there enslaving Africans. Now AFTER the Europeans....the Chinese are moving into part of Africa taking over much of the land today! If it's not one group taking advantage of Africans, then it's another, and another, then another, ect..... Pan-African people world wide need to figure out a way to increase their intelligence and smarts so that they will stop being victimized by other groups.

Chev I just don't understand how 'SAGGIN' could become so common except to say that propaganda byway of certain music celebrities or something has caused it to become common. It is so crazy to me though. I remember it started in the 1980s and I thought it would die out, Oh But NOOOOoooo! When I was in MIddle America in a predominantly Black community, most of the young men were saggin. In Florida this style is common. NOw even a lot of females are Saggin. ....... leadership..... Not only does saggin' look sloppy and immature, but it makes the boys walk funny.....like penguins. Or like apes who try to stand on their weaker hind legs and have to rock from side to side to keep balance. When I was a kid back in the 70s AfroAmerican men used to STRUT and BOUNCE when they walked; they had style. Now look at how so many of the young men walk; they have to wobble and rock from side to side to keep their pants on. Another problem is women often look at how firm a man's butt is in judging him. Black men used to be known for having the "best butts". Sagging makes a 19 or 20 year old man's butt look flabby and sloppy like a sack of potatoes moving around under his pants. This conditioning does not start in this government though. The origin of this conditioning goes way back in time. If it didn't start with this government OR under the influence and control of White people, then when and where did it start? And WHO started it? Because they were not first. No one stocked other kinds of women to condition them to be negative like the Black African-typed women have been targeted. That's why I believe the Black woman has been targeted to be influenced, however when you have both AfroAmerican men AND women who seem to take pride in the "strength" and aggressive attitude and behavior of our women....don't you believe our people share in some of that responsibility? Some outside force may have targeted our people for certain behaviors, but that doesn't mean we have to voluntarily co-sign and perpetuate it. But operating under 'the White House' and trying to build as much wealth and power in this life' can be very misleading too. That to me, is a short sighted vision. I agree. We need balance. That's why I personally believe that we should seek pleasure and wealth in BOTH this life as well as the eternal life to come. It is my belief that by maintaining a strong sense of morality and righteousness in this life we stand a better chance for a more successful existence in the life to come. As far as the economy goes........ America is for sale. The dollar is shrinking because it's purposely being de-valued for globalistic purposes. Under GLOBALISM, there are no more borders or economic sovereignty. A minority of wealthy oligarchs are controling most of the world's economies so that most of the currencies and the governments that oversee them are becoming less and less relevant.

Chev You know what? No lie, but as soon as I saw the words "my inspiration to physical fitness" I KNEW you were going to talk about Ernestine Shepherd. I acutally mentioned her on a post a few years ago. She looks great for ANY age, but the fact that she's in her 80s is an added benefit. For some reason I find that an already attractive woman becomes MORE attractive to me when I find out she's much older than I assumed she was. Probably because it's a subconscious manifestation of good genes. Some people are just genetically GIFTED with strong great looking physiques even unto old age. You can always improve yourself but people should realize that no matter how hard they work out or how well they eat, there's a good chance they will NEVER look like these people. They simply don't have the genes that allow it. 　 One of my kids pedaled a bike with a group all the way from California across America to Virginia. Again, more imaginary resistance. This is 2018. Outside of a few religious circles, who in the AfroAmerican community or in society in general is PRESSURING people to get married? What "force" has presented itself so strongly in favor of marriage that you feel women must stand up, pick up the sword, and march off to "resist" like Joan of Arc and her legion??? Or are these more strawman arguments unfounded in reality? Troy GIven that fact man more an more people are choosing this lifestyle; in 2014 more than half of adults 16 years or older were unmarried (a dramatic increase from a generation before Only half? I thought the number was higher than that, lol. You said it was a dramatic increase from a generation before but from my person perspective it appears that that past three generations have been pretty consistent in the percentage of people not getting married. Since about the mid-70's about half of Caucasian Americans and over 2/3 of AfroAmericans have chosen NOT to get married. Today it is FAR too easy to get married and FAR too difficult to end a marriage. Legal (government sanctioned) marriages should be eliminated More and more I'm starting to like the idea of "civil unions". Two or more people simply get together and write up a contract under THEIR OWN TERMS and get it notarized by the government making the contract binding....other than that the government stays out of our business.

yes this is human nature and is what the study is trying to understand. The takeaway is that we can't be afraid to revise your our beliefs I don't think fear is the biggest obstacle that prevents people from changing their beliefs; the lack of VALID REASONS are. When I say "valid" I don't mean truthful or properly argued reasoning, although that can qualify as valid; but valid meaning "effective". Any new informaton being presented....whether true or false....must be effective enough or atleast presented effectively enough to get a person to reconsider their old beliefs and adopt new ones and USUALLY that effectiveness involves convincing the person how accepting this new information will benefit them OR confirm other beliefs they may hold more strongly. For example...... Going up to a fundamentalist Christian and trying to convince them that global warming is a fact using scientific journals and periodicals may not sway them, BUT you can convince them that the world is getting hotter because the Bible predicted it by saying the world will be consumed by fire. They won't believe it because of scientific research, but they will believe it if they feel it confirms their long held prophecies.

Caucasians can tolerate BOTH alcohol and milk much better than Africans, Asians, and Native Americans. I used to stay in a hostel with Caucasians who were from all over the world. Europe, the United States, Australia..... And one of the things they all had in common was their love for alcohol. Had to have wine with every meal, had to go out drinking every night, had to have special wines and liquores for every social occasion. Doctors, lawyers, accountants, hitch-hikers, yoga instructors, even health nuts....but they all loved that alcohol. Caucasians also seem to love the raw bitter taste of plain tobacco cigarettes like Marlboro while most AfroAmericans who smoke love NEWPORTS and other menthol flavored cigarettes.
