White folks aren't going to let that happen. In fact, White folks don't seek out employment in Black businesses to promote their own folks or straighten it out. If anything, white folks will work in a Black business long enough to figure out what makes it successful. Those same White folks will quit that job and start their own version of the same business. Black folks would be better off investing in our smartest people to come up with an alternative to Google. Black folks need to get out of the business of begging white folks for jobs, promotions and fairness and providing every crumb of their daily bread. It's Just a matter of time before white folks pull the rip cord. Black folks do not have an infrastructure of self-sufficiency in place. We need it badly.

Lil Wayne must see himself as a canvas and he's never met a tattoo artist he didn't like. There's no good explanation for tattooing a whole face. I don't care how it looks in the before pictures. People don't realize how unsightly those tattoos will be if/when they make it to old age.

As an FBA/ADOS, I'm neutral on this matter. Nobody lifts a finger to help us. But, I'll write this... The US gov't could ask Israel to cease-fire and spare Palestinians. Instead, the US is in the process of sending $14.5 billion in military aid to Israel. That's confirmation of which side of the conflict they've taken. Palestinians had to know these days were coming when they allowed Hamas to make Gaza their base of operations. The best thing Palestinians can do is leave before Israel levels the whole place. Israel isn't interested in prisoners or hostages or refugees. No two-state solution. They want the whole thing now.

I read entirely and understand too. But, I'm always going to write according to what comes to my mind. My opinion or what *I* think or believe may or may not line up with the reader's question(s) and/or their expectations.

If you've noticed, I do not get into what Black tribes and leaders of the past should have done. History cannot be rewritten. However, we can use history to redress America's original sin of slavery as it relates to our AfroAmerican ancestors who suffered as slaves and to collect the debt America owes us. The system of racism white supremacy is a by-product of slavery. It needs to be dismantled too.

Yep. That's the spirit. I hope more would be mass shooters will follow that lead. One bullet to the would be killer's dome saves the rest of humanity a lot of emotion, time and money.

No surprise that Google has a monopoly on the market. Microsoft laid the groundwork back in the 1980s. Consumers allow these companies to grow into behemoths. The question to ask is why is Google allowed to be free-range.

Black tribes in the USA have a unique history. There is a common root cause of division among them. It begins and ends with Black tribes 1) acknowledging/agreeing the system of racism white supremacy exists and 2) figuring out how to dismantle it. Regardless of where Black folks are on the planet, until they deal with the cancer that is racism white supremacy, everything else will be a source of consternation and confusion.

Regardless of the tribe to which Black folks directly or indirectly belong, hate among them is an unnecessary impediment to progress. Especially when all Black tribes are subject to hate externally regardless of whether or not they believe and/or accept it.

As it sometimes happens, we're in agreement. My main concern has always been my tribe...folks who think along similar lines as it relates to ADOS/FBA and with regard to dismantling the system of racism white supremacy.

Probably the best seat in the house all things considered. Pass the torch. Let folks who have idealistic bandwidth spin their wheels trying to reconcile those differences.

PBT brilliantly explained how white folks will continue to get away with this sh8t. Black folks in every aspect of law enforcement wouldn't make a difference in these situations either. Again, the laws do not apply to White folks. Not to the same extent as non-white folks and especially Black folks.

Now, I have wonder if this is that situation where folks see and hear things at the end of their lives. The obvious answer is that a Higher Power clearly doesn't give a sh8t about AfroAmericans as a group. It's only been 400 years and counting.

Maybe the Higher Power is working at level beyond our comprehension and...as Debarge sang "it will all be revealed in time".

The question needs to be answered. We already know it but white folks need to admit that laws don't apply to them. Most of these killers have no intention of living out their days in prison. Death row would take too long. They have every intention of taking themselves out but they want others to feel their pain which leads to injuring &/or killing others first.

The main reason white folks have nuclear weapons is to wipe out civilization if they ever come under attack from Black folks or a higher power.

I just wish these types of cowards would take themselves out 1st before shooting innocent people. One of this clown's targets was hearing impaired folks. Partly because he was suffering from hearing loss. Supposedly, he was hearing voices too. Dude raised a number of flags law enforcement should have picked up. However, being white doesn't elicit the same tactical response as if there had been a Black person running around killing folks. Needless to type, the dead killer saved taxpayers a few bucks on a trial and lifetime incarceration. Prayers up for families of the victims. They didn't deserve that at all.

IMO, part of it stems from the media picking sides politically and becoming more entertainment than sticking to the facts. The killer decided to take himself out. No surprise.

Regardless of whether or not one agreed with their ideology and oratory, respect has to be given for the fact that those men chose to stand up for something. MLK Jr. died for it.

I'm totally fine with the tribal concept. My tribe happens to be FBA/ADOS. I want certain things for those who identify as such. I *know* that I want for FBA/ADOS would benefit every other tribe too. It usually does. One should never be complacent with losing nor should they accept losing as status quo. FBA/ADOS has an uphill battle right here in America. We should never accept defeat. FBA/ADOS children under the sound of my voice totally understand the challenges we face and what they must do in order to win. As I've mentioned before, I accept that you 1) don't agree with my opinions and 2) take issue with my word choices. This is a Black discussion forum. It's bigger than us. A repository of ideas, information and opinions.

@Pioneer1, you're asking all the right questions no matter how rhetorical. The media will talk about guns and mental health just long enough for law enforcement to get this killer something to eat. That's only if he allows them to take him alive.

PBT addressed the DJ Envy situation too. Tariq is hilarious especially when he goes in on tethers and clowns.

Another mass shooting event in the US. 18 killed and 13 injured. The shooter is a marksman who just 2 weeks ago was in a mental health facility. Not only was this killer allowed to keep his weapons. He made a few statements on social media about killing folks. The FBI is at his house asking him to come out with his hands up. Considering what this killer has already done, the authorities should force their way into his home and take him down. The craziest part is whether it's an active war or shooting event or standoff...the media is reporting live from ground zero.
