The latest reporting is that the shooting of Alex Pretti will be investigated as a murder. There has been no word on how the shooting of Renee Good will be pursued. Greg Bovino has been reassigned back to the border patrol command. Border Czar Tom Homan has taken the lead in MN. To date, VP Vance & Stephen Miller & others have not offered any apology for their mischaracterizations of the shooting victims.

The billionaires & global elite will do whatever it takes to protect their own & maintain the system. Bezos may have bought The Washington Post specifically for these times. The Ellisons bought CBS in order to control narratives & programming. It will be interesting to see &/or read The Washington Post a year or so from now. America appears to be on a slippery slope. A is being allowed to run this country into the ground.

Then, POTUS OJ goes on a 10-minute rant about the US military & bragged about its lethality. A National Prayer Breakfast is not the setting where people brag about their ability to kill others. Yet, while both parties were at the Breakfast, nobody in attendance said a word or booed or turned off his microphone. Instead, they clapped like trained seals. The evangelical right does not seem to use the Bible in the same way that other people do. Especially when it comes to bringing hurt, harm, danger & death & destruction to others.

The main driver of capitalism is those who have access to the most money (capital) always have the advantage & benefit from the technology. Capitalists will be using AI &/or any technology to enrich themselves & drive the average person closer to the poor house.

YouTube & SoundCloud & Spotify are flooded with music because people have access to the technology. Less than 1% of those artists & musicians are actually making money. AI will allow anybody to produce a movie. That doesn't mean they'll get paid.

I'm perfectly comfortable in my own skin & unbothered if/when someone else thinks I'm being an azzhole. Funny thing is some women are attracted to bold dudes who others would see as arrogant, rude, conceited, etc. Of course, that doesn't mean the same dude will kick it with a woman who has those questionable talons. No doubt. My point was that no matter how nice we were throwing hands as young dudes, once the tools came out, it negated hand combat. I wonder how some people are allowed to live a long life being foolishness while others who are intelligent & wise die sooner. Rich & powerful heterosexual men do not look at women in quite the same way. Women are more like cars to them. Something to drive. A rich & powerful man knows he can have any number of women who look like her or better, so they don't have an attraction to, vitriol or contempt for her or any other woman. There's no shortage of cute women running around on this rock.

The rich & powerful have been controlling the world for a long time now. AI will make it easier for the powerful people to control the masses: 1) constrict employment 2) control information 3) make humans useless Not selfishly but I'm glad I won't be subjected to the world as it will be in a decade or so. I'll be fine whichever way it goes but younger folks may not be as well off.
