  1. Diary of a Mad Black Woman was a very well done movie. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  2. Agreed. Regardless of whether or not one digs his output, at least one of Tyler Perry's movies should have made the list.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  3. 52 shot and 7 dead doesn't read like impulse. My guess would be beefs and disputes. I don't believe these n8gglets are using registered and licensed guns to shoot each other. Gun control won't keep those weapons off the street. I believe guns that are not sold on the black market are being recirculated by dirty law enforcementt officers. Confiscated and turned in guns end up back on the streets. That sad reality has been ongoing since the late 1980s when murder rates skyrocketed especially due to folks selling drugs and settling their differences with firearms. Gang bangers took it to another level with their ignorance and foolishness.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  4. True on all accounts. Hardest part is knowing n8gglets who had similar opportunities but just couldn't get right or do right long enough to enjoy success. That's hilarious. All I can do is accompany their singing voices from the piano.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  5. Right. We were supposed to learn how the system worked and create our own institutions and wealth-building. Instead of creating wealth-building institutions, many of our people got intoxicated from gross consumerism and trying to live like white folks. To date, as the system of racism white supremacy is alive and well, Black folks haven't manipulated the slave master and/or broken out of the prison. I always get a chuckle out of n8gglets who claim they were running the prison while doing their bid.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  6. I heard Mayor Brandon Johnson has signed an executive order that Chicago police aren't working alongside the National Guard if when they show up. Mayor Johnson and Gov. JB Pritzker are doubling down in their defiance of the ๐Ÿคก administration's threatening hostile takeover of law enforcement. Unless the National Guard shows up on the South side and West side of Chicago where the shootings and killings pop off, nothing will change. As I've mentioned, local law enforcement could clamp down on crime and stop the carnage in Chicago if they were mandated and/or incentivized to do so. Chicago police already have an idea of where crime is going to happen and who will be committing it. Then, there's the community that also knows who, what, when and where...๐Ÿ˜Ž
  7. Brother Muhammad quoted the Honorable Minister Farrakhan saying "whoever programs the diameter of one's thinking also controls the circumference of their activity." That's some heavy sh8t right there.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  8. Thanks for checking on me.๐Ÿ™‚ I'm still around here polluting threads.๐Ÿคฃ The BS happening in DC doesn't affect me at all. However, in traveling throughout the city, I can type that it's all political theater. It will be interesting to see how things change in the city when the 30 days of occupation ends.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Ž
  9. White folks flip flop between political parties depending on what the party selling. Black folks have been fairly loyal to the same political party for many decades.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  10. Right. There's no shortage of things for people to follow whether it is religion, politics, social media, sports, conspiracy theories, cults, organizations, etc.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  11. As mentioned in the other thread, I've seen the gas station hustle culture. Not so much where I live. Years ago, someone would offer to pump gas with a credit card they found in exchange for cash.๐Ÿคฃ Of course, I couldn't get down with it on principality ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Ž
  12. Baltimore is a mess when it comes to that gas station hustle sh8t. Not so much where I live.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Ž
  13. Sure. Charismatic people often draw others to them. Most people who are *followers* are those who want to belong and/or are *looking for something* they do not have within themselves. IMO, the worst part of being a follower is when parents drag their children into whatever they're following. An adult can jump off the train if they don't like the destination. A spouse or significant other can abort the mission and bounce. However, most children do not have the luxury of telling their parents that whatever they believe in and/or follow is some BS.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  14. Interesting. The trans-killer had written "kill Donald Trump" on one the ammo magazines.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  15. Many Black folks either think racism doesn't exist and/or it has somehow gotten *better*. Then, there's the sellout n8gglets and sleight of hand tricks that deflect or distract from racism. Reminds of those cell phone videos and police body cam videos where the authorities try to tell us not to believe our lying eyes.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  16. Right. In addition to hyper-white nationalism, the current administration is also trying to overturn the puss*fication of society. There is a hyper-masculine component to what they're trying to do as well. From tearing down DEI and LGBTQIA+ to military recruitment...there is a masculinization effort under way too. I'm curious to see how far women are going to let this administration go in snatching themselves out of prominent positions and being replaced by men.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  17. As social creatures, most human beings are wired to *join*, *follow*, *belong to* or *be a part of* something. The problem is when that *thing* is destructive or counter-productive and overrides a person's ability to think and/or reason independently. The deep end is strong adherence to religion, cults, political parties and anything else that leads people to their own demise.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  18. Congrats to Carolyn's mom in reaching the milestone of centenarian.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  19. The attendant at Sam's Club doesn't do that much. Just stands there. Guess they're waiting for someone to need help with the pump. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Ž
  20. Gotcha. That is definitely going to make these 3.5 years interesting. In real-time, we'll see if *Americans* overrule the wannabe dictator to preserve democracy or allow authoritarianism and hyper-white nationalism.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  21. IMO, that element has always existed in police departments across the nation to some degree. Another form of control. Reminder that regardless of profession or position in society, Black folks' inescapable uniform is their skin color. IMO, the red and blue states are not very different when it comes to certain issues especially as it relates to non-white folks.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  22. There was a mass shooting in Minneapolis, MN today. 2 children killed and 17 people injured. The shooter killed himself. So far, there has been no mention of sending the national guard to MN or hiring more police officers. Nor have they addressed mental health and gun control to stop these crazy mass shooters from getting an arsenal of weapons and ammunition. The reality is that white folks are perfectly fine with killing each other and anybody who gets in their way. White folks' biggest fear is Black folks having enough nerve to stop killing each other and redirecting that energy. Their objective is to control it.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  23. Religious figures followed by politicians dupe people far more easily than anybody else.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  24. That would be a great bluff. They would not send any troops because the goal isn't really to stop crime.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Ž
  25. Full service gas stations were phased out around these parts back in the 1980s. I thought it was the strangest thing to stop at a gas station in NJ where full service Is the norm.๐Ÿ˜Ž
