  1. Not yet, I am getting closer every day. We shall see. You remind me of the Super Bowl commercial. A thing doesn’t have to be revolution to be of value or useful. People have to make an entry somewhere and I would rather be a producer than just a consumer. Ok thank you anyway.
  2. You could start a committee to approve dating choices and friends. It makes sense to apply it to all people.
  3. Ketanji Brown Jackson is a very ordinary looking black woman, not a glamourous example of eye candy. Her white husband is a physician, and as such, could have undoubtedly had his pick of white women to marry. The fact that he chose a black woman says a lot about him - and about her. High profile black males have a history of rejecting sistas in favor of white wives. When the tables are turned, they have no grounds for complaining.
  4. Again, I'm elated that Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson has been nominated to SCOTUS. I'm not concerned about who Judge Jackson is married to but more interested to see what Justice Jackson will do on the bench once confirmed. I seriously doubt that a Justice Jackson will be anything like the black fella currently taking up a seat on the bench. 😁😎
  5. More Racism and Misogyny on the part of some. What does it matter whom this intelligent and gifted woman is married to? Unless you think that someone other than U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson should choose her mate. Women are free to do as they please. And this includes Black Women. What did we gain? Something we've never had before: A gifted Black jurist who may be confirmed to the nation's highest court. And more importantly, Judge Jackson has valuable experience being a defense attorney.
  6. Sci-fi may be my favorite film genre. There are so many that I enjoyed. Generally the first film in the most popular franchises (The Matrix, Predator, Aliens, Star Wars, Star Trek, Terminator, etc) as well as one offs like Ex Machina are films I enjoyed I have never seen an alien, as far as I know. I do believe there is intelligent extraterrestrial life. I would absolutely pay to board a UFO and go to another planet especially one with superior technology (and hopefully behavior). From the link you provided @Stefan I discovered Son Of Ingagi (1940): the first all-Black horror film. I will watch this on my TV later -- Thanks! I watched most of the other films, most of them I did not care about very much. I did enjoy seeing Black Panther, but thought The Matrix was a far better film.
