  1. 67 years after the murder of Emmett Till, an arrest warrant was found in a box at the courthouse for the lady whose accusation led to his kidnap and murder: https://www.npr.org/2022/06/29/1108806145/emmett-till-family-seeks-arrest-after-1955-warrant-is-found Even when a grand jury was convened several years ago, an all black jury failed to indict the woman. I don't care if her lying azz is 90 years old, she should be locked up...behind bars.😎
  2. When it comes to something I don't know, I'll admit it if asked a question that I either don't know and/or cannot find the answer. Otherwise, I enjoy a good discussion and will give my opinion regardless of my knowledge or ignorance especially if I can find humor in it. 😁😎
  3. @Pioneer1, nailed it regarding money. I just mentioned it in another thread. Takes a LOT of bread and pressure to make politicians do their job. But, when listening to politicians *talk* about issues...that's all they do. A whole lotta talking. Very little action. 😎
  4. Everybody is ignorant about something. However when you're ignorant about something but THINK you actually know it....that's the compensatory definition of CONFUSION. Most people are not only ignorant but also CONFUSED about the truth of this world.
  5. I assume I'm ignorant in most cases. One can not know what they do not know. We are all ignorant about something and ignorance is relative. Sometimes you can tell when you are more ignorant than someone else. But you can be so ignorant on a subject that you don't even know when you are being feed a lot of bullshit, from someone even more ignorant. I never comment on The conversations @Pioneer1 and @Chevdove have on the Bible, I don't know enough about the subject to even step foot into one of those conversations 🙂
  6. Twin, two proverbs I live by. “the more I learn the less I know” ”You always learn a lot more when you lose than when you win”
  7. I hope your checks from am*zon are as big as the ads. @Troy
  8. @Troy I agree that racism is fluid and comes in degrees. It can be malignant or benign. Everybody is racist to a degree. I know I am. At this point, I don't really care. I'm Let the chips fall where they may. What ever will be, will be. I'm just hangin' around until I'm not hangin' around...if you get my drift. 😑
  9. I strongly disagree with this. The media give trump attention. Many people seek attention indeed a lot of them pay for it and don't get nearly has much. Think about the presidential election. Trump got more media attention than all of the other candidates combined. As you suggested @Stefan I don't believe the people wanted all of this attention heaped onto trump, but if you've even driven a car on the highway you know an accident draws attention. Even the people pissed off for the delay will slow down and look. Not necessarily Professor, I have to side with @Stefanon this one: despite the electoral college, the gerrymandering, the changes to the election laws, and BS calms of voter fraud, if everyone person who did not want Trump in office voted Trump can not win. But the problem is too many of us spend to much time online and have become convinced that our vote does not matter, so we sit out elections especially the midterms. VOTE it matters.
  10. @Greg Oooh I got a question!!!! Would the "Impulse Control Act" apply to cops too?
  11. 1 point
Why do whites enjoy DOING it? That's even weirder.

Why don't you ask someone in your family?
