  1. Sorry never doubted it. Just had a little pronoun problem.
  2. There is no glory in murder. There is no honor in the taking of a LIFE. The method to do so is irrelevant. Taking a LIFE is only acceptable as an act of self defense. And if it gets to that measure then the taking of many LIVES will be required. Its never only that one. Some people need killing. There is no other way. Those people are never alone in the world. To kill that one will require that you kill them all. It is a TIME consuming resource heavy demanding task. It will require dedication and commitment with endurance to persevere for Months and Years to complete the task. In fact. Deep down many already know this, it is what keeps people in check. The current condition of society is almost demanding that you become an accomplished murderer and a professional killer. I am relating that statement directly to the DOMESTIC TERRORISM being implemented using the CATCH and RELEASE standard which the judicial system has been using for over a decade now. As well as to manage the officers of their law. We are surrounded on all sides by the enemy. Turning on each other is never the solution and it is a counterproductive venting process. The War For Freedom ended far too soon. Jim Crow has never ended. Slavery has never ended. All of us here are enslaved. Our focus must be aimed outward at removing our bondage. The power of all of us. Here. Now. Is enough to change big things. Refocus. We are not each others enemy. We have nothing to prove to each other. The only proof any of us can offer that is worth a damn is to fulfill our obligation which is rooted in this website. Which is to use our words to cause change. If not the words then the income we get from selling those words. If not the income then the fame. Whatever. The point is we are all here to make a difference in this world. Mentally masturbating in an echo chamber of our own design and marveling at our own wit will accomplish nothing. We must pool our efforts and together concentrate our goals attacking on multiple fronts to overwhelm their JIM CROW defenses. We all must write and release at exactly the same TIME and about exactly the same subject. The length and depth are irrelevant. I propose we simply flood the market with books printed including a huge aalbc.com logo. No matter what printer does the work. We cant buy each others books or that defeats the purpose. It makes more sense for the books to be seen everywhere until the logo becomes commonplace. Expected. Anticipated. There are enough of us here to make a change by simply targeting the same areas at the same TIME. Advertisements brandishing the aalbc.com logos on every website and featuring our books in waves will eventually make aalbc.com a household name recognized as quickly as any other brand. aalbc, coms recognition will succeed as a result of our combined efforts. It is a mutually beneficial relationship for everyone involved. Too much talk and too little action. That is my proposal on how we should redirect our efforts and use our words and energy. I will buy my ISBN and copyright soon, I am rewriting three books and must polish them up after. Depending on what format the printers require more rewrites may be necessary, when that is complete, from then, its on. You can join me if you like. I will trail a bandwagon, and keep the lights on. This is not a competition. This is a defense against our common enemy an oppressor who is currently holding us back, and down.
  3. Hold the phone bro...I have no self-hatred towards myself or anyone else. 😁 In fact, I love myself more than Peter loved the Lord.🤣😎
  4. Oh ye of little faith.😁 Do not under-estimate the number of us who know how to survive at the most basic level. Many folks still practice survival skills in preparation for a natural disaster or the collapse of humanity. There's enough survivalists that would be able to help the snowflakes and intellectuals who would surely die without them. 🤣 Slowly, we would rebuild some semblance of that which we once knew. My main hope is that human beings would treat each other better after having to depend on each other for survival. 😎
  5. @Troy I may be wrong, but I think you meant: "We could not protect ourselves from predators or find food." That's judging from the preceding sentence and overall theme of your paragraph. The Human Race has not evolved to the point where we want everyone to be free from danger and from want and free from greed. We've made advances that enable the powerful to justify their control of millions through war, deprivation of food and shelter. Our weaponry and disdain for those we consider lesser enables horrible punishment for non-compliance to the wishes of the rich. We've refined mass murder and mass killing to the point it's no longer a question of morality. But more a debate of expediency. Who benefits?
  6. As far as we know. In 5,000 years it will be interesting to see what is left of our civilization. I’m inclined to agree with @Rodney campbell i doubt we are any smarter as a species than we were 15,000 years ago. The difference is there are a hell of a lot more of us and we’ve had centuries of building upon prior knowledge. What do you think would happen to humanity if we took away all our technology, accumulated knowledge, and humanity and had to start from scratch? There would be very little to separate us from apes. I’d argue we are dumber. who amongst us cold survive more that a few days if we were plopped down in the wilderness. We couldn’t start a fire for warmth or protection. We could protect our selves from predators or find food.
  7. Stefan Clown, the word SLAVE came from SLAV. Both words are related.

Pioneer1 Greetings. Thanks for the permission to post under such conditions in your threads, as I am certain it will arise again. To answer the question. We all access it. Akashic Records. Ancestral memory. These names, and all others, will only relate the secondary source of where people gained the realization of WATER. That is why it has so many different second source names. The problem from second source names is that it gives a false basis as an origin or source. Such as what we are discussing here. It has been given the secondary names of Records and Memory. Each person will have a different name for it unless they choose to outsource their experience and assign that experience to a groups definition, thereby linking themselves to that group. Still struggling to grasp what it is. When in fact it is WATER. We are all composed of mostly WATER. This is our design. WATER is connected to all. Therefore we are connected to all. This connection is a default setting in our makeup. The ability to intentionally access it, is variable, and based upon many other variables. In this way. It is almost impossible to find two people that have accessed The WATER for that purpose as we are discussing in the same way. The reason for this variable is because it is from within our Temple, and our Temples, Temple. It is a personal convenience gifted each of us when we have earned it from The Creator. Here is a test from China which shows how WATER affects MEMORY In The way which Akashic Records retains an origin which roots it to WATER Memory such as Ancestral memory cannot exist without WATER. No matter what secondary source you will meet in relation to information access from the secondary sources they will always source back to WATER. Because nothing else in existence has this ability. Published online 2020 Oct 24. doi: 10.3390/ijerph17217792 PMCID: PMC7662706 PMID: 33114364 Different Amounts of Water Supplementation Improved Cognitive Performance and Mood among Young Adults after 12 h Water Restriction in Baoding, China: A Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) Jianfen Zhang,1,2 Na Zhang,1,2 Hairong He,1,2 Songming Du,3 and Guansheng Ma1,2,* Author information Article notes Copyright and License information Disclaimer Associated Data Supplementary Materials Go to: Abstract Water is indispensable to keeping the functions of the human body working properly, including that of the brain. The purpose of this research was to explore the impacts of water supplementation on cognitive performance and mood, and to determine the optimum amount of water to alleviate detriments of dehydration after 12 h water restriction. A randomized controlled trial was implemented among 64 young adults from Baoding, China. Fasting overnight for 12 h, and at 8:00 a.m. on day 2, osmolality of first morning urine and blood, cognitive performance, and mood were assessed as the dehydration test. Then, participants were randomly separated into four groups: water supplementation groups (WS groups 1, 2, and 3 with 500, 200, and 100 mL purified water, respectively) and no water supplementation group (NW group). Participants in WS groups were instructed to drink the water within 10 min, while those in NW group drank no water. After 90 min, the same measurements were taken as the rehydration test. There was significant interaction between TIME and VOLUME in thirst when comparing dehydration with rehydration tests (F = 6.172, p = 0.001). Significant thirst reductions were found in WS group 1 and WS group 2 (p = 0.003; p = 0.041), and a significant increase was found in the NW group (p = 0.039). In the rehydration test, significant interactions between TIME and VOLUME were found in scores of anger, fatigue, and TMD (total mood disturbance) (F = 3.815, p = 0.014; F = 10.429, p < 0.001; F = 5.246, p < 0.001), compared to the dehydration test. Scores of anger were only decreased in WS group 2 (p = 0.025), and scores of fatigue and TMD decreased in WS group 1 and WS group 2 (all p < 0.05). Significant interaction between TIME and VOLUME was only found for operation span test scores (F = 2.816, p = 0.047), with scores being only higher in WS group 1 in the rehydration test compared to the dehydration test (p = 0.003). Comparing WS group 1 and WS group 2, scores of thirst, fatigue, and TMD did not differ significantly (p > 0.05). Water supplementation improved working memory and attenuated anger, fatigue, and TMD. A small amount of water (200 mL) was sufficient to attenuate thirst, anger, fatigue, and TMD of young adults, but the larger volume (500 mL) appeared to be necessary to improve working memory. The amount of 500 mL was the optimum volume to improve the cognitive performance and mood among young adults. Keywords: water restriction, dehydration, water supplementation, rehydration, cognitive performance, mood This is an excerpt from a research paper. In my own book on the subject there is much more valuable information and much more layered. But if you are unfamiliar with the connections of BIOLOGY. TIME. and CHEMICAL FUNCTIONS then this is an excellent start. For the record. 80% of the information in most biology books are wrong. Which is why 80% of hospitalized people are further injured or killed. So if you are going to use this as a basis of advancement that is important to know. Study that ye may be approved.

  11. I saw it the other night. EXCELLENT film. It reminded me of one of my favorite films: Glory Nice long action packed movie. Will...as usual...was outstanding in his performance. I didn't get too hyped about it because I expected for it to be good, and I wasn't disappointed. I recommend everyone who hasn't seen the film to go see it. There is violence through out the movie but it has quite a bit of violence in the latter half so be forewarned.
  12. Dear Friends, Last year marked our 55th anniversary in the publishing business. We are very proud to have built the oldest, independent, continuously operating Black publishing company in the nation. In October, we celebrated with gusto and invited our supporters, friends, authors and family to our headquarters to commemorate with us. The winter season is traditionally busy for us as we fill holiday orders for the Kwanzaa and Christmas gift giving season. This year however, our efforts were dampened when a water pipe burst beneath our building on a Friday night and quickly flooded the entire basement. Unfortunately, the flooded area housed the major portion of Third World Press’ backlist as well as front-listed books. Our loss has been overwhelming and financially crippling. Our lost inventory consisted of many of our best sellers and included books by Gwendolyn Brooks, Chancellor Williams, Adelaide Sanford, Fred Hord, Diane Turner, Thabiti Lewis, John Henrik Clarke, Herb Boyd, Edmund W. Gordon, Angela Jackson, Useni Eugene Perkins, Jacqueline Bryant, Keith Gilyard, Jacob H. Carruthers, Amiri Baraka, Sonia Sanchez, Christine List, Haki R. Madhubuti and, and many others. To say that we are devastated is an understatement. We desperately need your help. The considerable dollar amount of our loss is approximately $95,000 based upon damaged books, furniture, computers, bookshelves, workers’ regular and overtime pay for clean-up and the relocation of salvageable books to the first floor. We were forced to close the last two weeks of December and the first week of January, thereby losing sales for the year-end holidays and fundraising. These activities make up over one quarter of our annual revenue. If we are to survive this catastrophe, we earnestly need your help. We have a 501C3 status and your donations are tax deductible within the full extent of the law. No contribution is too small. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and generosity during this trying time. Sincerely, Haki R. Madhubuti on behalf of the Third World Press Foundation Staff and Volunteers Click to DONATE
