  1. Looks like twins, Mel and Del, will have to broadened the kinship between them that I recognized earlier. I am now about to induct zaji into your family and declare the 3 of you to be triplets. Your souls are not strangers. And, to my eyes, all of your words resonate with a familiarity of unknown origin. And check out Troy! Expounding with the expertise honed by his technological background, grooving on the same new age wave length with us, sharing some deep thoughts!

  2. @Mel Hopkins Yes!!! I have had far too many "coincidences" for it to be only a coincidence when I tap into folks. I dreamed a rather frightening dream 12 years ago. I have found that I tap into numerous aspects of my abilities, in dreams, clairvoyance, clairaudience, telepathy, etc. In the dream, I was losing my teeth. I learned from my grandmother about what this dream means, but never took much stock in it. I figured it was foolishness, old wives' tales, whatever. So I went about my life not thinking about such nonsense. Typically in the dream, one tooth falls out. In my dream, all my teeth were coming out. This was strange to me given that at 50 years old, I've never had a cavity. Ever. I was terrified and woke in a frenzy. Given that I've had other strange occurrences, some dream related some not, which i always shared after an incident happened, I decided this time I would tell someone about it in advance. I called up a friend and told him about the dream. I then sent myself an email, typing out the entire dream. Although I wasn't fully on board, it was unnerving this time around because it was the third time I dreamed of teeth coming out and someone died shortly after. So by this third dream, I was virtually converted. The first two dreams, only a single tooth came out. This was on a Sunday. My father called me on Wednesday to tell me that my 16 year old sister, with no illness, no previous medical conditions, collapsed during outdoor gym and died on the spot. Throughout my life, I've had numerous things like that happen. I would say something to someone and they would tell me they were just thinking that. Knowing who was calling when my phone rang...before caller ID. Now, with caller ID, sometimes knowing who I will soon get a call from. Thinking about someone heavily for a day or two, someone whom I hadn't spoken to in over a year, then they call me. My lover saying something that I was thinking, but we'd never discussed. So many stories. Too many. I agree on how THE ONE MIND expands and how we seek peace. THAT is the crux of how I see it, at the end of it all. When we return to one mind, seeing each other's thoughts, we return to peace. Nothing in me panics when I imagine sharing one thought with numerous people, or not so much a single thought, but a connection to all thoughts. In Deep Space Nine, there is a being called a Changeling. This Changeling comes from what could be called a sea, or ocean. The ocean is all the Changelings together in their original form, knowing every thought and experience of every Changeling that has gone into the world to form as a "solid" to experience what it is like to be a bird, or human, or object. That is how I view The ONE. The Changelings individuate to learn, then come together to share and be at peace.

  3. @Cynique this is what I experienced when my body died briefly. I mentioned here before that I returned to THE ONE MIND where we all shared one thought (or the same thoughts ) It was only when I individuated and separated with thought of needing to return to this dimension that I was jettisoned back with the speed of light. I believe when we individuate with our thoughts and mind that is how THE ONE MIND expands - and when we seek peace - we return to THE ONE newly expanded MIND. By the way, I believe we do read each other's mind. When we shut down the "I" we can hear each other clearly.

  4. @Delano you know I was all over that website this morning LOL! You probably won't believe I but I wrote about this before ever hearing about Sheldrake... my 3000 + word essay is called "God left the box, last night" and it talks about how science and religion attempt to have us believe in an unchanging god - so that we can forget our own true nature... I wrote and wrote but didn't finish it because I scared myself. I couldn;t figure out how I knew what I did without ever learning it... now I understand how I can know it. If one of us knows it we all know it.

  5. ALL OF THIS, @zaji All of this! I may have different omens, symbols or different names but that's irrelevant because all of this gets a huge cosign... I just recently went within and asked to be shown how our ancestors, the original modern humans functioned before they were colonized and westernized. Before we got sucked into this artificial matrix. I asked to remember our ways and now it's clear. We are in nature, the true matrix and there are forces within science working to have us believe we're machines. There's even a group that predicts we will be machines by 2044. At first I thought these people were insane - but now I see there's a battle. Your comment here and the science delusion video are one big giant god-wink reminding me to stop forgetting what I already know to be true! THANK YOU!!!

  6. @Delano , It was censorship. In this instance he used science to stymie a group of scientists. Instead of determining why the speed of light fluctuates they twisted themselves into knots to basically make excuses for what they couldn't explain. That's not science, far from it. If scientists closed ranks to decide measurements on what is observable then that's dogma.
    2 points
  7. That's the point it is censorship. Scientists are overwhelmingly atheist and a bit smugly so. The scientific approach in religion would be agnostic. Also certain fields like religion , the occult and consciousness don't lend themselves to statistical analysis and science can't credibly discuss them. You studied astrology and came to a conclusion. Scientists find it contemptible because they have no theory to explain how it could work.

  10. I did not know what the word Clairesentience meant until just now. Yes @Delano, sounds like that would cover it and be much better than telepathy are there people who can really do this?

  11. My experiences all day, everyday. No clue how I know some things. I will say or write something that I've never read anywhere, then go look it up to see if anyone has thought about it. I will sometimes find conversations on the topic (very few), but I've reached a point where many things that are coming to me, no one is discussing. When I put the question or idea to others who have never heard it before, they look at me like dear in headlights. Then the "WOOOOW, I never thought of that. That's deep!" invariably comes. LOL. Next, comes the idea beginning to surface. It's all very interesting. When my sister died, I cut myself off from it all because I didn't want to know anything anymore. Many things stopped coming, not all. It is only recently since I've been opening up again that things are beginning to flood in. Strange yet familiar feeling.

  12. A popular site on FaceBook currently has millions of people clicking on to in order to have their pictures photo-shopped in different identities. This nonsense is such good escape from the BS going in the world, that i knock myself having fun going there. The ludicrous example included here is my latest side-buster. LMAO Say what you will about FaceBook, there are a lot of memes which appear there that i so relate to and i'm going to start posting them here on a regular basis to serve as a change of pace.

  13. I don't know anything about an app. i just clicked on the caption of another person's picture on FaceBook, and that took me to the page where they do all this foolishness. You pull up your "pose of choice" from any pics you have saved on your computer, then your final result appears after a few seconds. There was a download feature but i didn't even do that. i just copied the final result that appeared and pasted it in my on line photo"album".

  15. @zajiYes!!! As a writers we know this because we have to show our work...If we seem to jump to a conclusion we at least have to offer how we made the leap. So you mean something as fundamental as a measurement can be fudged? Actually, that video made me throw up in my mouth a little. Even in part of the 3-hour roundtable discussion he sticks it to the mathematicians. When my daughters were in high school and college, I told them not to be afraid of math is not difficult. it's simply another language like French. Doggone if this dude just proved me right lol. I'm his newest fan girl lol

  16. Yes @Delano and @Mel Hopkins. Anytime you are not allowed to make a scientific inquiry about a conclusion (basically ask questions about why a thing has seemingly changed), it is censorship. If I, a lay person, is not allowed to ask a scientist about their conclusions on what they've observed, that is censorship. All science should be transparent so that any human on Earth, if they decided to, could conduct the experiment and reach the same outcomes...then, be allowed to come to their own conclusions about the outcome.

  17. {deep sigh} @Pioneer1, Racism is real. The claims being made by so called Black people are perfectly valid. However, the foundation for the claims made by racist, like white superiority, are baseless. I no longer think you are trying to be obtuse, sorry about that.

  18. HI TROY! I HOPE ALL IS WELL. YOU SHOULD KNOW BY NOW THAT EVERYTHING ABOUT GHETTOHEAT IS REAL: EVEN THE "FICTION"..... THERE'S ALWAYS TRUTH IN EVERYTHING I DO, AS WELL AS CREATE AT GHETTOHEAT. THIS IS AN INTERVIEW THAT I DID WITH JASON POOLE WHEN HE WAS IN FEDERAL PRISON. YET THIS ISN'T A STORY THAT HAS A HORRIBLE ENDING, AS JASON POOLE NOT ONLY WAS RELEASED FROM PRISON: HE CONTINUED ON TO PUBLISH OTHER BOOKS, & VENTURE INTO FILM. SO THIS ISN'T ANOTHER TYPICAL TRAGIC STORY, IT'S ONE ABOUT REDEMPTION & TRIUMPH WHILE BEATING THE ODDS! STAY TUNED, MORE TO COME... "GHETTOHEAT!" :0)

  21. @zaji, I know you understand the problem with the fair. The decline is very unfortunate. Even the decline of QBR magazine (another page that has to be upgraded) is a shame. If you saw the early issues you would be very impressed (maybe even surprised). People who who only attended the fair for the first time in the last few years have no clue what it was or what it could have been. Do ya'll attend any other book fairs?

  23. Troy you already have this platform, but people would have to be willing to submit articles to you. Which is probably the hardest thing for people to do if they don't think you will give them Huffpost type publicity (which we all know isn't really publicity). Since people won't submit, you have to take it upon yourself, as always, to aggregate the data. In other words begin compiling the videos you find on your site with short posts and links back to those people. Then when you share it out to social (which honestly doesn't really drive traffic but people think it does) then tag those people. They may not reciprocate, but they will share it because it's their stuff. I subscribed to The Tea on YT already. As far as sharing the process that's hard. It's an ongoing thing. The most critical thing has been catering to what people want to read, while also creating the articles that people need to read. I know that I'm a sneaker elitist. I like discussing things from a business perspective, but sneaker culture really doesn't care about that. They want to know how to tell if their shoe is a real shoe. I decided to do a video for every shoe I carry (not every size, style). That has generated more traffic than I have with really poignant articles. However, the really in depth posts have garnered me an appearance on Marketplace Morning Edition and in prominent investment sites and on various news sites like Portland Business Journal. There has to be a fair mix. Most important there has to be time. I've lost everything taking the year off from selling (not self imposed, I closed my Amazon store cold turkey and lost half a million) and that year off allowed me to build the network. I knew years ago that my time had to be invested in my own platform, but doing so isolates me which is miss so much here. It's a sacrifice and it's difficult, but in the last year or so, sneaker blogs and networks have pulled in over 100 million in investments... yep sneaker blogs. I gotta hit that magic number of 1 million visits a month and I can get some of that action. I think ultimately you would have to take over design of the sites. I do all of the updates and layouts of WP for all of the network. When there is an issue I fix it. I have taken on that responsibility but my partners are willing to let me in their dashboards... I have to wonder if that can happen in the book world.

  27. Perhaps the problem isn't words but the mis-education behind the real meaning OF those words. Most Americans and especially poor and working class people who went to public schools are INTENTIALLY poorly educated, especially when it comes to grammar. I'm not sure about other languages but the average usage of words in everyday American life is EXTREMELY limited. Out of the possibly tens if not hundreds of thousands of words in the English language, probably less than a 1000 are used by most people. You can read older documents like the Federalist Papers and the U.S. Constitution and the vocabulary they used when writing them to see how far the language of the United States has "devolved"....lol. So although speech and words are limited, it wouldn't hurt to atleast KNOW ALL of them and begin putting them into use. Also........ As African people our minds....our psyche....seem to process and produce information differently than the European mind. Because of this, no matter where you go whether it's in Haiti, Jamaica, Brazil or Nigeria, Senegal and South Africa....the Black people have MODIFIED the European language they were forced to speak to fit their own syntax and psyche. It's often called "slang", "ebonics", or "broken English"....but whatever European language was imposed upon them wasn't sophisticated enough to capture the intent, style, swag, and depth of most African minds. Zaji This culture is focused on the words in a dictionary and keeping us trapped in that. When in many old world cultures, meaning was what was primary This is true. Even in this society despite the fact that we speak a form of English, when interacting with eachtother most Black folks focus far more on what we MEAN than by our actual words. If you're out with your husband....you can tell by how another woman says "hello" to him whether or not she's greeting him or means something else, lol. Antoine Fischer.....who's life a movie was based on....said that his foster mother used to call him and his brothers "nigga" on a regular basis but they could all tell which one she was calling by the TONE she said it in....lol.

  31. Yes at @CDBurns, that would be helpful. I have been working with a video production company who have committed resources to develop video content for Black books. The Primary platform is The Tea, who have a YouTube channel. They produce high quality videos and are trying to build their audience. The are a cadre of others who create Black book video content on Youtube as well. Collectively they call themselves "Book Tubers." I've been trying to figure out way for all of us to strengthen our network.

  33. @Troy As you might remember, I worked with the founder on the Harlem Book Fair over 10 years ago for one year, then more recently for a single year. I worked in-house with him that decade ago. I am painfully aware of a list of reasons why the event has declined. @Troy Just read your comment on that site. I agree 100%. It is NOT gentrification at all. And certainly not promotion.

  34. Man, I had to re-do this post because I saw so many mistakes........ Troy Experiences and observations are what we call anecdotes and you have a long history of using this method to argue. What you know using the method can be utterly wrong. Is this how you know there is a genetic basis for race? The same method of observation that you are attempting to trivalize is actually what most scientists use in their experiments to GAIN THEIR KNOWLEDGE....and give it to you. If a person's mind is sound, they don't abuse alcohol/drugs, and aren't prone to hallucinations or delusions...how can what they witness or experience be "wrong"? And to answer your question, ofcourse. With my sense of sight I can clearly see the physical features between human beings that allow them to be classified into different races and sexes. How can you not believe something you don't know? Because I'm using MY definition of "knowledge". Which is information that has been VERIFIED by either personal experience or personal observation. And just like there are many things I don't KNOW but I believe based on evidence, there are many things that I don't know OR BELIEVE because of a lack of evidence. An example of how you can not believe something you don't know is this...... If I'm sitting in a room with no window but with a tin roof, and you come in the room and tell me it's hailing outside. If I don't hear any hail hitting the roof, I'm not going to believe you. I DON'T KNOW that it's hailing, meaning.... I haven't been outside to experience the hail. I don't have a window to see out of and observe the hail. So I don't KNOW it's hailing. Now add to that the fact that I didn't hear it hitting the tin roof....no evidence either. So I don't know it NOR do I believe it. Again you can't know anything based upon your experiences. Unless you are suggesting that you've been conducting experiment in lab and have had others have replicated your findings. Do you have to do experiment in a laboratory to KNOW that you have no hair on the top of your head? Do you have to do experiments in a laboratory to KNOW that your skin is brown? Do you have to do experiments in a laboratory to know that women typically have higher pitched voices than men? Nah brother, you don't need a laboratory and do extensive research to verify these facts. Just your basic observation skills are enough to confirm them. simply read, watch documentaries, consume information on the web and a variety of other places to draw conclusions -- I HAVE to rely others. And this is part of the problem of why so many Black people remain in the condition we are in. We rely too much on the information OTHERS are giving us instead of getting the information we need OURSELVES. Is there any wonder why Black people are disproportionately affected with diabetes, certain forms of cancers, HIV, and other diseases.....when they rely on OTHERS to give them information and treat them instead of doing their own research to treat themselves???? We don't HAVE TO rely on others for most of the information we get...we just CHOOSE TO out of laziness and lack of confidence in our own abilities.

  35. Troy My thinking isn't inconsistent. It's quite reliable, I just have my OWN way of accepting, processing, and categorizing information instead of the way typically taught in Western academia. When information is presented to me I classify it as: 1. Information I KNOW to be true based on experience or observation. 2. Information I don't actually know but just BELIEVE based on the evidence. 3. Information that I don't know nor have enough information to have an opinion on 4. Information that I don't actually know and DON'T BELIEVE based on the evidence. 5. Information that I KNOW NOT to be true based on experience or observation When you ask me about electrons and whether the Earth is round or flat, questions like this fall into the 2nd category because I'm not in a position to verify the information I'm given on these subjects but they make logical sense to me based on the evidence. But that's the best I can give you. How can I or anyone else who haven't actually seen the planet with their own eyes from a distance sit up and claim they KNOW what shape the Earth is? All you're going by is what other's TELL you.....and you believe them. It doesn't mean they're wrong, it's just a more accurate way of relating information. For me, knowledge has to be POSTERIORI.....not simply priori.
    1 point
  36. Troy I believe both. But that belief is "weak"....meaning I don't give full confidence to it because those conclusions along with the evidence that supports them were PRESENTED to me by Western science. Niether I nor anyone I personally know has verified the existence of them with personal observation. I think I know why you asked me those questions..... To establish a basis of belief as if to say, if I believe in THAT aspect of Western science then why wouldn't I believe in the current racial claims of Western science. And if that WAS your reason, the answers are simple: 1. Unlike galaxies and electrons that I haven't seen yet to either accept or reject, I actually SEE various races so I KNOW they exist....despite what SOME scientists claim. 2. Unlike the various racial theories where some claim race exists and others claim race doesn't....no one that I know of is running around claiming that electrons and galaxies DON'T exist. So I have little reason NOT to believe that the scientists are right on their existence. Black people should get into a habit of verifying things for THEMSELVES instead of relying on White people....scientists or non-scientists....to do all of the work and hands on research. How many Black archeologists are actually digging in the grounds of Africa or South America finding things? Too many Black people JUST go to school, sit up in the class, and let those who REALLY KNOW tell them what they should know instead of verifying it for themselves so that they can KNOW what they believe.

  37. Absolutely! Cynique "In my book, knowledge per se is not comprehension; it's being aware of, or knowing the components(facts and info) about a subject, This is "redundant logic". You can't say the definition of knowledge is "knowing" anything....let alone facts and info....because you can't use the same word to define itself. Your "book" is inaccurate. Perhaps you should consider RECALLING it.....lol. Again, you can't KNOW anything without understanding or comprehending it....to a degree. You don't have to understand EVERYTHING about it, but you do have to have a measure of comprehension of what you're aware of. Here's some information for you: der mezliach bon houverr Now that I've given you the information, you have it.....but do you KNOW what it means?
