  1. @Chevdove, there's no shortage of comets out there. I'm not sure of how many are green or any other Skittles color. I believe the moon may have a greater influence on natural disasters than anything else in the solar system. The string of natural disasters is definitely a series of unfortunate events for the people who've lost their lives, loved ones and everything else.
  2. Right. If Kamala Harris was purely from India she wouldn't be VP of the US either.
  3. @Cynique, I'm glad you're not out in these mating/dating streets either. But, I'm sure you would have done just fine holding your own and your nose while avoiding BS men. As you already know, the grass is not always greener on the other side. The alphabet soup community seems to have the same relationship problems. It's kinda funny hearing their complaints about and frustrations with their significant others and/or getting divorced. Over the course of its existence, human beings as a species remain relatively unchanged especially as they relate to each other regardless of gender. There's never been a shortage of ignorance, stupidity, insolence, greed, arrogance, jealousy, selfishness, narcissism, etc., among the species. Still, there's plenty good human beings too. VP Kamala Harris did not make it this far in life being unprepared. H8ters be d8mned.
  4. Crime is an issue in cities across America. In fact, some crimes are being committed by folks for whom the people voted. America needs a wealth redistribution program to eliminate the poverty that leads to disenfranchisement, hopelessness and despair. The greedy and narcissistic criminals need some type of rehabilitation program.
  5. Back in 2016, former POTUS 45 had Larry Fink join a business forum to provide strategic and policy advice on economic issues. Folks who have access to as much money as Larry Fink have business interests on both sides of the political aisle.
  6. Larry Fink runs an asset management company with a portfolio of $10 trillion dollars. That is 1/3 of the U.S. national debt currently at $32 trillion dollars. I don't believe Fink is the most ominous threat to everything Black America has achieved. Fink is one of the most powerful men over governments throughout the world.
  7. This should be required learning in every U.S. History class. Of course, forcing slavery to be a part of the course curriculum would make those conservative red heads explode. Making slavery a mandatory part of U.S. History would also draw out the fake liberals/closet racists too.
  8. I don't think Mayor Adams is being played. He's a tether who's following the marching orders of the big money folks who got him elected.
  9. Therein lies how two people can look at the same thing differently. Don't get me wrong...VP Harris is not hard on the eyes. VP Harris would not be an ugly POTUS by any stretch. She's just not *built* quite right from an attractive standpoint.
  10. No problem. I was looking into the possibility of buying property in Burkina Faso. That country still has a long way to go.
  11. Accounts for 3% of global GDP and trade but I'm willing to bet the amount of money being extorted and/or stolen by colonizers and greedy, corrupt leaders from Africa would increase that percentage significantly. I voted no to the question. Each of those 54 countries needs to become more stable, less dependent on foreign aid and development. Right now, the Chinese, French and Arabs are treating Africa like an all you can eat buffet. Then, there's Russia and the US. Ultimately, they should become the United Countries of Africa. That would cause a seismic shift in geopolitics.
  12. Right. Back in the 1970s and 1980s, a few Black elected leaders were about the business of using their power and authority and they weren't afraid of White foks. I think part of the reason those Black elected leaders were effective is because they were running predominantly Black cities. Over time especially once money became a huge influence in politics, they've been able to find candidates who won't go against the grain. Now, we see sellouts, bootlicks and shills who have zero interest in racism. They're just happy to get the giveaways, goodies@ guarantees and paycheck. Unfortunately, the Drop Squad was only in a movie. We need it badly.
  13. Powerlessness. Black folks don't really have the authority to enforce laws against White folks. Black folks wouldn't occupy those positions for very long if they went against the program.
  14. Understood. Mint Condition is the last Black band i.e. folks playing real instruments and singing. Of course, as a musician, I give them major props.
  15. @Pioneer1, definitely not waiting on a majority of AfroAmericans to get on code. It only takes a few to start a movement. Once we've got that handful of AfroAmericans on code and movement underway, I'm down with building strategic alliances with that handful of like-minded folks throughout the Black Diaspora as well. I'm pro-Black folks from all over the planet. But, I'm also aware of the tribalism among Africans and others and their anti-ADOS/FBA sentiment based on propaganda they've been fed and some jealousy too.
  16. @Cynique, excellent breakdown of the other sides most clueless VPs and wannabes in history. I certainly didn't start this thread for VP Harris to come under attack from the other side. But, I'm not surprised especially when it comes to strong partisansh8t and trolls. I guess those h8ters especially from the park would move to another trailer, er, country if VP Harris ends up in the drivers seat. Let's Go Kamala.
  17. In an emergency, there's always a chance VP could become POTUS. I just don't think it will happen for this particular VP under any circumstance.
  18. VP Harris believes POTUS PJB will win re-election: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/kamala-harris-biden-re-election-prepared-to-step-into-role-president-if-necessary/ VP Harris also believes POTUS PJB will be fine but she's prepared to lead of necessary. Based on her education and work experience as a public servant and politician, VP Harris has the qualifications to do the job. There's a few thinklgs I'd like for VP Harris to do in order to better prepare herself to be POTUS: 1) Blow her nose or get the surgery to fix her voice. Listening to her talk requires patience. 2) Collect her thoughts before speaking. VP Harris does a lot of empty blabbering and serves up word salads. 3) Read a lot more. VP Harris doesn't appear to be knowledgeable about whatever she's talking about. 4) Stop drinking. I have zero proof that VP Harris is an alcoholic. Sometimes, she looks and babbles like someone who's had one too many drinks. I don't believe the Democrats would allow VP Harris to become POTUS. They'd come up with some emergency plan to let someone else lead if POTUS PJB cannot. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the Democrats and POTUS PJB find a way to convince VP Harris to step down and let Gov. Gavin Newsome get on the ticket in 2024. Regardless, VP Harris' place in US History is solidified. I'm not so sure that we should drink to it tho.
  19. Coffee is extremely popular. Wrap it up in the right branding, flavors, creams and sugar/sweetener choices and as 50 Cent said.... watch the money pile up.
  20. Brick and mortar establishments are costly to purchase, lease and maintain. A physical structure has to be in the right location and also requires a certain amount of foot traffic and consumption to be a worthwhile investment and remain viable. OTOH, Websites and e-commerce are extremely attractive and lucrative because the overhead is lower. The business can be anywhere. Of course, profits are required either way in order to sustain the business. That's why it's extremely important for Black folks to learn about entrepreneurship and financial literacy too. Black wealth mostly comes in the form of labor i.e. working for someone else. Producers generate the most wealth. We really need to build more of our own infrastructures and institutions i.e. profit centers across several platforms both physical and virtual.
  21. They will do nothing but continue collecting their paychecks. I'm going to coin those Black folks as BIFOS (Black in Face Only). By design, many non-ADOS/FBA folks (tethers) are occupying those positions too. Non-ADOS/FBA folks do not care about the history of slavery in America nor do they have a desire to dismantle the system of racism white supremacy. Many Black folks merely want to thrive and survive in the prison yard. A nice home, ride, take care of family and being able to afford fun is good enough. Like picking cuts of meat or pieces of seafood at a market, US immigration pick and choose which folks to let through and which ones to send back. Even in positions of power, ADOS/FBA folks are powerless when it comes to going against the laws established by white folks. ADOS/FBA folks can only enforce the laws...mainly against their own people. Tethers will gladly enforce the white man's laws.
  22. @Pioneer1, Black folks have proven to be intelligent and well organized in things that matter to them. As I have acknowledged, there is no shortage of the dysfunctional Black folks as you point out. They are a minority. Again, I would suggest that you look beyond where you are and/or the narratives being spread by white media. There are AfroAmericans communities that are doing great. There's no shortage of Black folks sitting up in churches every Sunday morning and on any other given day of the week for prayer, bible study, building fund meeting, choir practice, Sunday school, etc. That requires a level of organization. My contention is that Black folks are neither on code nor organized as it relates to 1) leveraging wealth into power, 2) reparations or 3) dismantling the system of racism white supremacy. it's interesting that Black folks especially non-ADOS/FBA seem to believe AfroAmericans should help them in their struggles. None of our brothas and sistas from Africa or anywhere throughout the diaspora came to the rescue of AfroAmericans during slavery up through the civil rights movement. AfroAmericans fought that fight on their own. Yet, non-ADOS/FBA folks, Africans and other Blacks think AfroAmericans should bring their resources to Africa and other countries. Con game. If Black folks are 1) running away from their home countries to live in white countries and 2) cunning and conniving and cheating each other on some greed and corruption sh8t...why would or should AfroAmericans fall for that BS. First, every African country needs to get on code internally. Be a great country unto itself. Then, Africa as a continent needs to get on code i.e. United Countries of Africa. Africa should be able to protect itself from France and every other interloper. instead, a handful of Africans will sellout their countries to colonizers and imperialists. It's crazy for other Black folks to expect AfroAmericans to ride for them. They are part of the reason we are here in the 1st place. H8ll to the naw mayne. AfroAmericans definitely need to get on code here in the US. Only afterwards can we think about building strategic alliances with other Black folks.
  23. Even if it means a slight inconvenience to users....get your paper mayne. I'll be posted up in my comfy armchair regardless. If I get tired of seeing ads and can bribe, er, pay my way out of it...I'll shoot a PM your way on where to to send my donation. In other words, I'm willing to support whatever you need in order to maintain the site.
