If Russia attacks America, it wouldn't JUST be White folks getting their ass handed to them but Americans of all races and colors. Ofcourse this battle between Russia and the Ukraine doesn't DIRECTLY serve our interests as AfroAmericans but as American citizens if there's a choice between Russia winning and the U.S. winning....I'm team U.S. because those Russians are FAR more racist than the White folks over here. That's one of the reasons Trump was linking up with them The Ukrainians are racist too. Zelensky and his troops are aligned with the neo-Nazi element of Eastern Europe. Yes we should focus on issues that directly impact us as AfroAmericans but we shouldn't LIMIT ourselves to them. This is why I stress so much that as AfroAmericans we need to JOIN institutions like the military and police force...so we don't have to just sit on the sidelines as spectators watching "White folks business" but can actually direct the flow of activity and reap some benefits for our community as a result.

Just like Forbes and Trump and others, it was GIVEN to him...or at least he was ALLOWED to accumulate it unencumbered by rules and restrictions that the average Black man would have encountered. I'm impressed by Black billionaires, but not by White ones. I know most of the time they didn't get their money from talent and shrewd business dealings, but they were "bestowed" it by the White racist system for a particular purpose. Just like poor homeless and broke ass White folks are in THAT position for a particular purpose. It all goes to serve the System of Racism that they have established. Now if I had that much money I WOULD rather use it to buy up a small city than to buy Twitter, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Or better yet, build my own from scratch.

I argue I enjoyed Peele's first three over spike lee's first three. what say you? No way. Do The Right Thing ALONE blows away anything Jordan has done thus far, if we're talking purely entertainment purposes. Public Enemy blasting with Rosie Perez pumping it up at the beginning of the film set a new era in cinema production. School Daze was a little more calm....tame...but still with a very powerful message. Because of the Black Power Conspiratorial side of me....I'll go ahead and give "Get Out" a #2 spot right behind Do The Right Thing. But School Daze was the first film to give us a peak into HBCU life and address the dark/light skin issues which was so needed in our community. Didn't care much for She's Gotta Have It. Mars Blackmon was the only character in the film I dug...lol. The only thing that kept me halfway interested in that movie was the nudity. I've seen Us and Nope. Us was much better than Nope...which I'm glad I saw online and didn't waste $20 going to see it in the theater....lol. If I were to compare Lee's with Peele's first three....my list would go something like: Do The Right Thing Get Out (distant second) School Daze Us Nope She's Gotta Have It

I just told you. That man graduated from Purdue University. You can't be STUPID and earn a Bachelor's degree from such a prestigious University. You may have received some help and gotten a favor or two, but you had to have a BRAIN to at least qualify to even get in that position. Same thing with being Governor. The SMARTEST and MOST accomplished will NOT fail. But don't confused being a good handkerchief headed Negro for the Democrat Party and towing THEIR line and promoting THEIR agenda...instead of a Progressively Black agenda...with being smart and accomplished. Stacey Abrams is smart, but she's not THAT smart. If she were....she would focus more on getting HERSELF in the office of Governor of Georgia than getting more White politicians like Biden and others elected. Know how the African National Congress defeated Apartheid? By accepting help from anywhere the could get it. Which is probably why the majority of Black people are STILL in a subservient position in South Africa despite being so-called "free" from Apartheid for nearly 30 years. When you let OTHERS fight for your freedom instead of doing it yourself, you don't get free....you just exchange masters.

Stefan Why do you relate current events to things that happened to you long ago? A lot of people had to deal with bullies. So, someone tossed a ball t you and it smacked into your head many, many moons ago. You got a jaywalking citation, so you think all cops in California ain't chit. Numbers of Spanish-speaking folks emigrate to Southern California and your advice to Black people is to run away. Anecdotal experiences are considered 1st hand knowledge. Atleast to the experiencer and observer. Now, you are blaming President Biden for his calm response to a errant missile strike in Eastern Europe. It wasn't a "calm" response, it was NO response at all. He actually called Russia's action an "accident" before even RUSSIA said it was....WTF??? Made Poland look like a complete FOOL before the world. Imagine a man's wife getting slapped in the face and instead of defending her, he tells her: "Oh geez....will you EVER get over it? I'm sure the guy didn't hit you on purpose! He was probably just having a bad day, that's all!" How safe would such a woman be around a husband like that???? The actions (or lack there of) of Joe Biden made things MORE dangerous because his perceived fear of engaging Russia will provoke them into being MORE aggressive and covering more ground. He didn't have to go to war with them, but atleast ACTED like he was prepared to defend Poland.

The purpose of the right-wing in trying to INSTALL Herschel "The Walking Zombie" Walker into the Senate, is to DESTROY the powerful and growing Black economic and political base in Georgia. The right-wing racists are looking at the Atlanta area, which is probably the largest concentration of Black wealth and socio-political power not just in the United States but maybe even the Western Hemisphere....and they want to BREAK it. But they can't do it directly because we'd recognize it and push back. So they get one of their dogs...one of their puppets.....to act as a MASK while they will be the actual powers behind him pushing for the destruction of Atlanta's Black political and economic base.

What does it take to force Biden to atleast PRETEND that he's prepared to mobilize NATO to defend Poland and maybe even Ukraine after Russian missiles actually penetrated the Polish border? Does Jada Pinkett have to come to the White house and give him one of her side-eyes to stir him up and force him to take some sort of action???? "Go just sit there and do nothing, huh....ok. Said it was an honest mistake? Ok...."

Reminds me of something that happened to me in the 4th grade. We were all running outside for recess and a ball hit me in the head, and the bully who threw it said "I'm sorry...it slipped" with a grin on his face. Perhaps it was a mistake by Russia....or perhaps a test. But whatever the case, I think Biden FAILED in his RESPONSE to this incident. No, you don't just muster up the NATO forces and go to war over the incident....but you don't IMMEDIATELY dismiss it as some "honest mistake" so quickly either. Especially after both of your allies Ukraine and Poland INSIST that it wasn't. Even if that's the conclusion you were planning to come to in order to avoid a direct confrontation with Russia.....which I think is EXACTLY what Biden did.....you don't do it THAT damn quickly and obviously. You put a few troops on the border and do an "investigation" and come to that "conclusion" over a few weeks period of time to atleast make it look like you were PREPARING to defend your allies. Shit. Biden sat down so quickly I thought the chair was about to tip over! Now Poland and the other NATO allies are sitting there looking at the U.S. all side-eyed like: "Ok.....so what if Russia really DID attack us? Would this nigga actually stand up? Or start making excuses and playing stupid while the nations are being destroyed????"

I personally think MIKE PENCE would be a much bigger problem in the Whitehouse than Donald Trump. Trump is a clown. Most of his followers are clowns and racist buffoons who couldn't figure their way out of a paper bag. He's MOSTLY about the money and the fame....not actually enacting policies good or bad. But Pence is a different story.... He's smarter and a much more serious politician and his supporters will expect more legislation and executive action from him.....even demand more. He has the Evangelical and other ultra right-wing groups squarely behind him and he'll will push their agenda with far more effort than a more self-centered narcissistic Trump.

Chev True, but I'm pessimistic and feel that because we are mingled in with so many other cultures, no matter what, we won't be able to do much. Just like you say, they steal everything and claim it as their own innovations. That's where owning OUR OWN MEDIA comes into play. It's easy for White folks to tell the world that THEY invented the Traffic Light, Hiphop, Jazz, Peanut Butter, etc....when THEY own the media and text books. But if we stop jumping up and down and crying and demanding that White folks stop being racist and give us more credit in THEIR media and academic books....and just establish OUR OWN media outlets and academic text books, then we can tell the WORLD our story! Then they can clearly see who invented what. "Yeahhhh nigga....I need to call up my girl and get a ride to the mall sometime today. Do you think she'll free the tens of thousands of incarcerated Black people there? Chev I don't know if African Americans know this but, Obama does claim to be Hebrew Israelite from his Kenyan ancestry. HIs name 'Barack' is an Hebrew name, so this resemblance kind of speaks to this. But his forehead... he got from his Mother. Well, I haven't heard or read of HIM claiming Hebrew Israelite origins. I've heard others claim it OF him, but not him claiming it himself. His name Barack means "blessings" in Semitic language. For example.... There's a book in the Bible with the same name BARUCH Also in Arab the word for blessings is "baraka". So yes, the name Barack is Hebrew/Arabic Semitic.

LOL.... I wouldn't say the film Us was "horrible"......I've seen worse films. However I've certainly seen better. It was weird and more nightmarish....which actually makes for a pretty good horror film. Unlike "Get Out".......the actual plot of "Us" wasn't fully explained so it didn't make a lot of sense to the viewers. Richardmurray did a better job of explaining the plot and the possible motives behind it that even the film maker, which left too much guessing up to the viewer to figure out why people have doubles living underground in undisclosed locations. He's no Spike Lee, but Jordan Peele is still a great film maker in my opinion. He just needs to slow down and take more time to "perfect" his work instead of feeling the need to push out a new movie every year.
