Troy I'm a truth seeker and desire to know ACCURATE history. 1. Hollywood isn't known for it's historical accuracy. 2. Regardless of the historical facts, RIGHT NOW we need BLACK BOYS to grow up and be strong men and fight to defend our community...not more encouragement of the GIRLS to do so. If the girls are the ones designated to grow up and be the "strong warriors".....then what the hell use are the boys??? Also, Black folks have been making movies since the 30s...so if this movie isn't part of a larger agenda to further masculinize the image of Black woman and encourage Black girls to be masculine and rebellious....why didn't we see Black movies about "Black women warriors" back 30 or 40 or 60 years ago?? As I've said over and over again...... Not just because of our 500 plus year history of dealing with these lying people (Caucasians) whether it's in the academic field or entertainment, but because of just COMMON SENSE in general....we shouldn't be wrapped up in and taking too seriously ANY information on extraterrestrial life or history THEY put out. We need to do OUR OWN fact finding and archeology instead of sitting around arguing and debating with eachother over information THEY put out. For example..... Instead of going back and forth with eachother over what the original Egyptians looked like, were they good or bad, what they built, when did they build it....and quoting White sources to support our arguments with eachother we should go OURSELVES to Egypt and gather as much 1st hand evidence and knowledge as possible and THEN we can debate over the meaning Black folks just FALLING OUT with eachother "knowing" THEY are right but the OTHER Black person is wrong. As if WE were there to witness it ourselves. It's ALL history and heresay so ALL perspectives should be given a certain amount of respect until we nail down the truth of it OURSELVES. Let's gather the evidence for ET life, archeology, and history in general for OURSELVES instead of simply regurgitating the garbage of Caucasian liars. But PLEASE let us not fight with eachother over information WE haven't even gathered ourselves.

I think it's more than simply being a visionary that drives some of these entertainers to suicide. It's the drugs as well as the over emotionalism that often comes with being a highly right-brained person. Many entertainers....including musicians...are highly emotional and tend to be impulsive. Something the average person may experience or observe and shake off and forget about in a few weeks may "get to" the overtly emotional artist due to their hyper sensitivity.

Actually, I'm a "Classical Liberal" and support far far less laws and rules. I an IDEAL society, you wouldn't have any laws or rules limiting the work day or week......BUT you'd also have huge safety nets in place to keep people from hitting rock bottom. Just like the title of this thread, you'd literally have "Poor Houses" set up by the government to give people beds, food, and medical care even if they CHOOSE not to work to support themselves. They shouldn't be forced to.

I like Viola Davis and think she's a beautiful woman and great actress, however..... I think this is just another attempt to brainwash Black women and influence them to be masculine and act like men. Racism is the acceptance and acknowledgement of Racial differences and then forcing peoples to act along those lines of divisions by institutionalization. Please name the others? Black people in northern climates tend to lack vitamin D in comparison with ligher races. Black people also tend to be more lactose intolerant as adults while White people tend not to be. Those are just two examples but there are a host of medical differences between the races. Scientists KNOW this...even if the media and educational system wants to pump this "we're all the same" nonsense to put Negroes to sleep and make US think that everybody is the same. I've heard conspiracies that the Royal Family of England really IS a royal family and that they are actually in charge. Not just of England but Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and some even claim the United States. They say it's not just "ceremonial" but actual and that this so-called "Democracy" business is just a front or cover-up for the Monarchy. Facts BIG ASS SMILES! People are lining up to spend their money on shit. What I'm also noticing is that people seem to be more willing to work longer hours and harder jobs than they were 20 years ago. 20 years ago most people worked from 40-45 hours a week. There were people who did 50 and 60 but they were usually salaried professionals who's jobs didn't demand a lot of physical labor or service. I'm seeing more and more people in SERVICE INDUSTRY jobs and MANUAL LABOR jobs putting in 60 and 70 hours a week working 2 and even 3 jobs and seemingly glad to do it or not caring or complaining about it. I don't know how their bodies are physically taking it. But I've noticed over the past 5 years a DRAMATIC increase in the consumption of energy drink. Over half of the people I work with guzzle down those damn MONSTER DRINK like water and I guess it gives them the energy to put in all of those hours. That and Red Bull. But Red Bull (which I used to call crack in a can...lol) is considered "old school" now. Like coffee...compared to Monster They're pumping this shit out into the public to get the people to work harder and harder and tossing a few peanuts at them to keep them happy.....and they're going for it.

I saw that "Ancient Aliens" garbage a few times on the History Channel. Not only is it boring but it's down right insulting to the Black and Brown people of the past who built pyramids, great cities, and great monuments with their creativity and ingenuity only for these racist bastids to give the credit to some "Martians" or some other extra-terrestrials from out in space somewhere. Our people need to take a balanced approach. You can't be indifferent to racism nor paralyzed to the point of stagnation by it either. However what I see as a major problem isn't so much racism and White folks stopping us from achieving success, I see more of a lack of a DESIRE among many of our people to do or accomplish anything beyond simple personal pleasures like getting a blow job or getting high. In other words.....White folks ain't gotta try TOO hard to hold them back, because they aren't trying to do a damn thing anyway Now is that shiftlessness (took me 30 years to realize what that word meant and how it became a Black stereotype) something naturally in some of our people, or is it a result of racism and constantly being victimized to the point you give up hope and stop trying? Not sure, but I'm more inclined to believe it's the former; because I see a lot of these young fools out here who aren't OLD enough to experience too much disappointment in lives yet they aren't trying to do much besides get their jimmy sucked, smoke a blunt, and play basketball all day. And it was the same with a large percentage of the young men when I was a kid. This is why I have been saying over and over again and said to richard murray in the other thread, perhaps it's best that as a people we DO break up into several groups and go in our own direction for the sake of progress. It's better for us to break up and only 10% of us advance while the other 90% stay behind; than for us to remain united and 100% stay behind.

Interesting message I saw recently from Dr. Ray Hagins a former pastor on why the Bible can not be the word of God The content where he offers his evidence really begins at the 43 minute mark for those who have time and want to hear the message: Much of what he said I already know, but maybe some of you may be more interested in hearing it and deciding for yourself.

It can make you angry if you don't realize how much power you REALLY possess....especially synergistically in combination with other Black folks! After discovering about 12 years ago that Black people....in groups...have the power to LITERALLY do anything we want to do; now much of the stress I have is over arguing and disagreeing with other BLACK PEOPLE.....not Whites. Caucasians are no longer a factor in my opinion except on certain issues. When it comes to money, laws, health, and safety....Black people can help ourselves achieve ANY goal as long as we're united and work together toward them. Eliminating drugs. Curing cancer. Employing all people. Literally....and I mean LITERALLY (not just figuratively or hyperbolic).....any problem you name can and have been solved by us in the past and present. And when I talk about Black Unity, I'm not talking about uniting ALL Black people, but a "critical mass" in a given environment. Like say atleast 10% or 25% of all the Black folks at your job or in your neighborhood deciding to get together and do something. White folks CAN DO NOTHING to stop it and most of them wouldn't even bother to, they've learned better by now. I KNOW this for a fact because I've experimented with it so many times. Mind you, I'm not necessarily talking about one or two niggas hopping up cussing and acting a fool.....the police can be called to drag them away. I'm talking about when a CRITICAL MASS of Black folks in ANY environment get fed up with the bullshit and start to fight back.....most of the time White folks just pack up and move the fuck on. And if they don't and try to squash it....they get defeated. Again...seen it time and time again now as well as in history. I really wouldn't be surprised if racism and White folks were just a big TEST OF FAITH for our courage and unity. Like say we were put on this planet under their rule simply to see how brave we are and how faithful we would be in holding to our respect and values. You stand strong....you pass the test and get to move up to the next level. However like I said, the issue usually isn't White resistance..it's usually getting Black folks on the same page to do something POSITIVE. No problem getting enough niggas together to smoke dope, get drunk, join a street gang, or go to jail. But when it comes to uniting enough of our people to fight for higher wages, free healthcare, or demanding more business grants from the city, state, or feds.....then you often start meeting with resistance. Niggas want to argue with you over why so many non FBAs and Caribbeans are in the group, or why so many Black women are in charge as opposed to the Black man ruling, or does the meeting and organizing line up with the "scriptures" or a host of other issues that get in the way of unity and being on the same page. "Yeah yeah yeah we need to stop police brutality but is you DOWN with the Lion of Judah??? Is yo' name written in this book of scripture???? That's what we wanna know! Cuz if you not.....then....well......" Brain just filled to the BRIM with a whole bunch of bullshit that will take you nowhere NEAR progress. Will argue with you day and night over some garbage that don't mean a damn thing and won't solve one single problem. At this point, White people aren't the problem. Yes they're A problem....but not THEE problem. THEE problem is often not finding enough Black folks to unite with to accomplish a particular goal.
