  1. The text you pulled up reads traditionally considered...not commonly understood.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  2. White folks see all Hispanics the same regardless of their skin color and/or how they self-identify.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  3. Gotcha. He doesn't appear to be binary averse so I think he'll answer more directly.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Ž
  4. He clearly wrote, "No, I don't think"...as a response to the premise of your question. He didn't reference your exact wording.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  5. The Pope definitely isn't Black. He's already American. We don't need to stake an additional claim to him.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Ž
  6. Just like there's no cure for cancer because the real money is maintaining it. Preparing for a world war through nuclear armament and building military weapons creates millions of jobs and generates a ton of money. It's a game at this point.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  7. He did not answer the way you wanted but I read a *no* as his answer to your question. He can confirm.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  8. The Pope seems to hold a lot of services and does a lot of praying. Many people believe prayer changes things.๐Ÿคฃ Supposedly, the catholic church led by the Pope does a lot of missionary work around the world. The Pope talks to world leaders. Of course, the results seem to be mixed. Folks still starving and being unalived for no good reason.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  9. Troy answered your question in his post above.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  10. People engage in far more reckless endeavors that can immediately affect their lives than being ignorant of lies and climate change. Less than 1% of the population pays much attention to the technical details of anything. They don't read a lot either. The primary concerns of most people are having basic needs met and enjoying life while they're alive. The future beyond their existence isn't a priority.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  11. A majority of the 8 billion people on the planet live uncomplicated lives totally oblivious and indifferent to lies. Most likely because they are several degrees removed from the people who control power and money.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  12. For people who enjoy reading, there's no shortage of material. It really depends on the interests of the reader. Of course, beyond reading for pleasure and entertainment, it's helpful to read material that enables one to grow in terms of knowledge, skill, ability and financial security. The usefulness of certain subjects and course material in school curriculums has always been questioned. There are several school types offering alternative curriculums to those mandated by public school systems. I believe most curriculums are intended to stimulate students intellectual development and curiosity. A spring-board into acquiring knowledge and information. Othewise, schools do not stop folks who love to read from reading books of interest to them.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  13. Congrats to Leo XIV the 1st American pope. Hopefully, his papacy will not be corrupted by US politics.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  14. World Wars are usually started by super power countries led by crazy azz dictators seeking to expand to expand i.e. take over the world. Right now, the US, China and Russia are the main countries that could start WW3. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  15. What makes it a women's restroom?๐Ÿ˜ Scottish dudes didn't get that memo.๐Ÿคฃ We can agree Shannon was originally intended as a girl's name. It became gender neutral. Just like Lindsey, Michael, Patrice and Quincy to name a few.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  16. IMO, a dust-up between these countries won't result in WWIII. A few turbans might go up in smoke.๐Ÿ˜ White folks definitely not going to let that happen. Mess up their money and paradise on earth...no way. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  17. We've already mentioned that it started as a girl's name. The name has been used for dudes over a 100 years and counting. So far, no males have been named Amber, Catherine, Eunice, Felisha, Natalie, Olivia, Daneen, Henrietta, Isabel, Jennifer, Kristen, Linda, Molly, Rachel, Samantha, Theresa, Victoria, Yolanda, Zenobia, Gladys, Monica, Delores, Barbara, Elizabeth, Marie or Polly.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  18. IMO, minorities in general especially in management positions often overcompensate. Even white women believe they have to show men they can take charge and lead. Most women are emotional by nature. It's going to come through at some point even in the workplace. No matter how tough a woman tries to be in the workplace there's that moment whether it's empathy, compassion or frustration that she breaks down and cries. Female police officers can reach down in another female's crotch to retrieve drugs, guns, money, stolen merchandise, etc.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  19. Right. I don't have the *answers* either.๐Ÿคฃ True. I think Americans need to be honest with themselves about their addiction to consumerism especially when they start complaining about the economy. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  20. They don't worry too much about it. Conditioned by gross consumerism and planned obsolescence. Americans don't care about the depreciation of vehicles. Every 3-5 years, the average person who can afford a vehicle is ready to get a new one. The engineers who planned the construction of the Twin Towers did not take into consideration it being hit by a airliner filled with fuel. Farthest scenario from their STEM brains. Apparently, engineers on terrorist side knew exactly what it would take to destroy the Twin Towers. Who knows...they might have had demolition charges, er, inside help too.๐Ÿ˜‰ There's no incentive in getting to the bottom of the Twin Towers collapse. They have already built upon the old site. Like any other crime scene post clean-up...there's nothing left to see here.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜Ž
  21. @Pioneer1, note to self that event is a trigger.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  22. AI-generated content will only become more ridiculous over time.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  23. Of course, while we have a love for reading, it has to be nurtured in many people. Parents with little to no love for reading aren't going to pass it to their children. IMO, reading has never made a high priority among other life lessons. There are people who will happily admit that they *hate* to read. Most of the Bibles people have in their homes and/or take back and forth to church haven't been read cover to cover. Forever, I remember hearing that the best hiding place for anything was in a book.๐Ÿคฃ Primal instinct. At one point in time, men had to be be physically fit and know how to fight in order to survive. While we don't have to rely so much on our physical abilities for survival, we should maintain it. Never know when it might be necessary to run and/or fight. Sitting around reading books won't save a life.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  24. Black Americans live within a system set up by white folks. The system of racism white supremacy was built on that foundation. White people might become less racist but IMO, the system of racism white supremacy will not be dying any time soon.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  25. Interesting how this thread went from a new Pope to skyscrapers.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜Ž
