What gives you the *right* to buy land in a foreign country without their permission? As a foreigner, they don't see the land as being yours unless there is a sanctioned agreement. Well, the great news about other countries is that Americans have to bring a bag of money in order to stay there for any period of time. I don't believe ex-pats will encourage their broke azz family members and friends to come to Africa and post up for free. In fact, one has to declare how much money they're bringing in order to get a visa. Broke azz n8gglets need not apply.

Interestingly, since freed slaves were sent back to Africa, Black folks havent followed up on the Liberia experiment. Of course, Liberia has its share of problems with that situation too. Program got f8cked up.

You're absolutely correct. When musicians play instruments there are dynamics that make the music sound more organic. When we listen to any type of recorded music it can sound great but it's static. It always sounds the same However, listen to the same music performed live (organic) and it hits differently. The vibration provides a listening experience.

I haven't changed oil in my vehicles in decades. It is more cost effective to me letting the shop handle it. That's the point I was making with regard to things we can do ourselves but cheaper to outsource. Changing smoke detector batteries is an easier task. I change mine. But, I can see folks paying someone else to do it in the circumstance I laid out up thread.

Liberation Day came last week with fresh tariffs. They were so excited: Tariffs were put on hold this week. Maybe they were rolled out prematurely. Some folks lost money due to market fluctuation.
