Younger men get a pass for the 1st marriage being based on those physical traits. The head scratcher is when older dudes are still falling for and marrying women for physical appeal versus status, financial, companionship, etc. Right. I'm referring to successful 2nd marriages. Not the can't get right marriages where people marry for the same stupid reasons as mentioned above.😁 The sooner we teach folks that marriage should be a functional arrangement i.e. business-like, with clearly defined expectations and goals, they might be more *successful* on several levels.😎

I find it interesting that Latinos do not defend themselves against that mischaracterization. Neither Latino men nor women come out with a full chest to say...that's not who we are as a people. They remain radio silent as their brothers are demonized and rounded up by the current administration.😎

I enjoy tennis match between my brothas @Pioneer1 and @frankster as they go back and forth in a thread. As I've mentioned before, as long as humans can procreate and reproduce among themselves regardless of race (color), they are genetically the same. The color differences defined as race are for social, political and economic reasons. I'm perfectly fine with delineation. My biggest concern is how do Black folks move up from the bottom of the totem pole. White folks aren't going to just give Black folks a fair seat at the table of power.😎

Those types of rich people don't really *need* each other for survival or status. Many marriages are functional arrangements for status, appearances, legal representation, etc. The Clintons are a good example of a functional arrangement. Right.
