Troy I'm not sure what's going to happen. But I think the conditions for most AfroAmericans in the United States today is intolerable and things are only going to get worse if these same White Supremacists remain in power. Forget about a Civil War or the collapse of society. Let's hypothetically pretend that everything goes smoothly and Biden gets in office...... Do you honestly look forward to a society where Covid 19 rages on and mandatory vaccines are the norm?

Troy I don't talk about it all the time but I thought I mentioned my complexion a few times on this site, lol. Now the light-skinned brothers did have it easier, the sisters use to favor them -- especially if they were tall, slim, had light eyes, and "good hair." It seems things changed around the time Michael Jordan was popular. Jordan made dark skin and a bald not just acceptable, but even desirable SOME light skinned brothers have it easier, not all. I was slim and never had much of a weight problem but wasn't considered too "pretty".....lol. Believe it or not, I actually attracted more Caucasian girls than AfroAmerican girls because while a lot of AfroAmerican girls went for the "pretty" dudes (El Debarge, Prince, Christopher Williams, ect.....) you were talking about but a lot of White girls just wanted ANY Black dude and didn't care how he looked....lol. Then the thuggish brothers emerged as the favorites of ladies, you know the kinda timberland-wearing, pant-sagging, tattooed, nigga that would hurt you for a minor slight. Every girl wants a man with at least a little thug in him. Perhaps, to your point @Pioneer1, rap played a part in this... I dunno. They really pushed this with their promotion of Tupac and other Gangsta Rappers. The White Supremacists had to figure out a way to get AfroAmerican men more engaged in crime and violence in order to have an excuse to lock them up......so they tricked them into being criminals with drugs and Gangsta Rap. Encourage the young ladies to find "thugs" and criminals attractive and most men will play that role to attract them.

Troy You keep saying this, but there was, and is not uniform African culture. We can from different groups of people with different culture and languages. There are certain things ALL Africans (racial Africans....not necessarily Arabs or White Africans) have in common despite nationality or ethnicity. For one thing, almost all African societies practice POLYGAMY whether it's a sanctioned part of the culture or not. It's part of our DNA, our nature. And so are EXTENDED FAMILIES where everyone in the community takes part in helping raise the children. but we can definitely learn from them. They have accomplished great things. I also agree that we can definitely learn a lot from Caucasians; but we must first have an OBJECTIVE. See, when you have an OBJECTIVE then whatever you learn can be used to accomplish YOUR objective. When you don't have an objective of your own or none at all, then whatever you learn will eventually steer you towards the objectives of those you're learning from and you will begin imitating them.

Red Bull tastes just like a chemical that comes straight out of a laboratory. And so does those Monster drinks you see a lot of Caucasian youth guzzling down. They put these "energy" drinks out specifically for Caucasians to give them more energy to work longer and harder. And they are HIGHLY addictive. Notice how in the past 10 years everywhere you see Caucasians doing a lot of physical work you see a lot of Red Bull and Monster drink cans sitting around. It was designed for them.

I'll let you in on a little secret that I've noticed for years as a light skinned man myself....... A lot of light skinned and actually White looking people (whether you want to accept them as "Black" or not) love being around Black people not because they sincerely enjoy their company.....but because of the high regard and respect and WORSHIP some of them get from Black folks. Most of our people (AfroAmericans) have low self esteem and they consciously and subconsciously see Caucasians as superior or better. So the closer you LOOK like a Caucasians a lot of our people tend to automatically see you as superior, of higher quality, and treat you better seeking to impress you. I suspect this may be the REAL reason so many White looking and almost White looking people love hanging around AfroAmericans. I also suspect this is a major reason so many AfroAmericans in the past have been light skinned. It would be naive not to suspect that atleast SOME of these Caucasians didn't LIE about having Black ancestry simply to lower the guard of their AfroAmerican friends so that they could "fit in" with them easier. "OK...yall really need to stop hating. I'm not screwing a White man, cuz he ain't White. He told me BOTH of his parents are Black!"

I'm all for Reparations, however I think they would be more effective if we first establish the proper foundation for them it to be received. First of all, we need SEVERAL FDIC insured AfroAmerican owned banks in order to keep the bulk of the money in. Second, how would the money be distributed? Would each individual get a check? Would the money be given to ORGANIZATIONS for THEM to distribute as they see fit? TRUE Reparations would actually REPAIR the damage that was done during the Great Western Maa'fa. It would allow us to re-form and practice OUR OWN family structures that were ripped apart during slavery and also be educated in a way designed to be best for us instead of the traditional Western way. We need a system that will improve ourselves, not teach us to become better at imitating Caucasians.

Troy Red Bull mixed with liquor is pretty common in bars I know, and that is a dangerous combination! Red Bull is a stimulant and alcohol is a depressant so using them together at the same time mixes up and confuses the nerve impluses and chemicals in the brain. But they do it in bars in order to mask the effects of alcohol and get you to buy more liquor to get more of an effect. You're drunk as hell, but don't feel drowsy and feel fine!

Perhaps he's amoral by NATURE in that he's probably a psychopath. But his behavior puts him squarely in the category of IMMORAL because he purposely does things he knows are wrong ethically if not morally; like frequently lying and supporting policies he knows is harmful and deadly. Sipping on your tea and not caring about a blind man walking into traffic is amoral. Spinning him in that direction and leading him into it while video taping the consequence is evil.

Now you made that statement as a TRUMP SUPPORTER, however it actually does have a ring of truth to it. Especially the part I highlighted in the red. Although I don't support him personally, I believe him being in that office is a MASSIVE RISK that will eventually yield a MAJOR REWARD for us as AfroAmericans.

Stefan Got bad news for you. Covid-19 may be with us for a while at least until mid 2021. I have even worse news for you...... Regardless as to who gets in office whether it's Trump or Biden, as long as the same DEVILS who are running this system and put the virus out in the first place are STILL in charge...the virus is going to last well past 2021 or 2031. And if you think Covid is bad, what until you see the side effects of the vaccines they're planning on forcing people to take! ....and just like Small Pox, Polio, and AIDS that came before Covid 19, there'll be other diseases after it they plan on introducing to control and terrorize the population. It's going to keep on, and on, and on, and on until WE as AfroAmericans do what we are SUPPOSED to do. Which is build our OWN system instead of helping to support one that is clearly unjust and anti-us. I do not believe, as some do, that this virus was designed to take out a specific ethnic group. I believe it is naturally occurring. However, since the poor always suffer from a lack of adequate healthcare, this virus is affecting Blacks and Latinos the most. As far as Covid's relationship with the AfroAmerican and Latino community. I don't know if it was specifically designed FOR people of color, but it has certainly been WEAPONIZED by racists to use against many of our people and the effects are apparent. The FBI has confirmed this earlier this year from the surveillance done that clearly stated White Supremacist groups were planning on spreading the virus as much as they could to police officers, Jews, and Black people.

Troy Has rap had an influence on the culture, or is rap reflective of the culture? I think it is the later. Lol, well I'm gonna have to go with the later AND the former because I've seen too many instances where the music they played on the radio and on television introduced things to people who hadn't heard of them before and got them to do them. Most people in my neighborhood didn't know what "sizzurp" was until they heard about it on the radio and in videos and THEN they staretd drinking it. In Detroit we didn't know what the Bloods or Crips was until the movie "Colors" came out and then Gangsta Rap started being played on the radio and then all of a sudden cats started walking up and down the street with rags tied around their heads. Art and life both tend to imitate eachother. We need Black owned media, but we need conscious Black media, because many of the Black media platforms we do have simply do what white media does -- because it is so very lucrative. Absolutely.

Troy I still remember dudes walking up and down my block with the boom-boxes (ghetto blasters) playing Kurtis Blow and Run DMC....lol. Infact, I remember the late 70s when cats strutted around with the little transister radios snuggled up next to their ears spinning and dancing around and pointing their fingers in every direction...LOL. Yeah the lyrics were cleaner but even the DIRTY ones were more coherent and made more sense. You could atleast UNDERSTAND and relate to what was being said. These younger rappers almost NEVER talk about actually making love, it's about about getting "head" but they come up with more weird ways to rap about it.....which is disturbing. But the dress...... Man the dress was so much better, dapper, more refined. EVERY Black man (and woman needless to say) under 40 had a long mirror in his crib that he would spend some time in to make sure he was "right" before stepping out of the door.

I don't know of any. I don't say that to "slight" female rappers of today. I simply stopped keeping up with Hiphop after around the mid to late 90s, after the Biggie Tupac era. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't perfect even then. Although much of it was "gangsta" and immoral even back then it was still ENTERTAINING and I found the beats and many of the lyrics of Rapper interesting. But sometime after around 1997 with Master P so many Rappers started making poor quality music with screwed up beats and MUMBLING their lyrics instead of FLOWING. It seems that after Hiphop hit the South in a big way more rappers started rapping in that nasty ass Southern dialect. "Ay big dawwwg! Hownchoo come ovah HURR 'n seh dat to my fess" Translation: Hey big dog, why don't you come over here and say that to my face! .....I could barely understand what some of them niccaz were saying, lol. Plus they stopped really dancing or dressing properly. Unlike how DAPPER brothers used to dress when you and I were children, many of these rappers started wearing slopply cloths with long white t-shirts and baggy pants. Much of it is just disgusting, so I lost interest in it.

Please read this carefully so as not to get the wrong understanding: Unless this planet gets hit by a giant asteroid or otherwise destroyed, currently AfroAmericans pretty much have 2 directions they can go to try and increase their success: 1. Keep Trump in office so that this society can continue to deteriorate and eventually collapse. 2. Or get Biden in office so that he can clean up SOME of the mess that has been made and maintain this society. Let's take a brief and practical look at both options, shall we............ 1. If Trump stays in office, unemployment poverty and destitution will continue to increase dramatically, society will become more hostile, more openly racist, more racist militias and other groups will form, and things will generally become more and more chaotic UNTIL things finally come to a head and society COLLAPSES....which wouldn't be far away at the rate things are going. This in my opinion would be GREAT for AfroAmericans collectively because the system that held our people back will finally be destroyed. This road leads to MORE OPTION. After chaos and collapse you don't KNOW what you're gonna get. You may be anihilated OR you will get a brand new society that is much better than you could ever imagine! If you are non-committal, then you may be independently wealthy or are not at risk for suffering racial discrimination of police brutality. I am a registered Democrat and have been since the days of Richard Nixon. I do not like Republicans one bit. I never thought I’d ever see the day this country would elect a Black man President. Stefan I'm starting to doubt it also. It's strange how so many Republicans are claiming to have gotten the disease and so few Democrats. At first I thought it was a result of their refusals to wear masks or take the disease seriously............. But now I'm thinking it may also be an "operation" among the Republicans like you say to get undeserved sympathy as well as a plan to make it SEEM like the disease isn't as dangerous as it is claimed by announcing their positivity while still looking healthy and going to work. The next step is for them to go around telling the public that since THEY contracted the disease and "fought through it" while working, then others should too! Open America back up!

Troy Dude there is only one race The word "race" means COMPETITION. Have you ever seen a race with only ONE participant? You implied that Kathleen Clever looks caucasian, so in your book what "race" is she? Mulatta Is she kin folk? Yes, she's AfroAmerican. This is a stereotype, and as such is completely useless in understanding the behaviors of people. If stereotypes were completely useless you wouldn't have any children. Instead of assuming based on sexual stereotypes, each and every time you wanted to have sex you'd literally ASK a woman whether or not you could insert your &^%$ into her WAP (lol) and move it around until you ejaculate. Needless to say, that would have ended the conversation and the relationship....each and every time, lol. Not all stereotypes are useless. Troy Everything else that is seen is algorithmically drive to drive engagement. Based on what you just said, it would seem that Conservatives would probably pretty much only get Conservative news stories and Liberals likewise. Some would say that instead of bringing everyone together and exposing people to other interests, it's doing the very opposite and keeping people apart by satisfying them in their own little bubble. Nnamdi Google doesn't push ads to me about my searches. The ads are based on time and location. The only ads I see are related to cookies from sites where I have an account. This SEEMED to be my experience also. However since Troy mentioned otherwise, now I'm going to be more watchful to see how accurate this is.
