I realize many of our brothers and sisters are not concerned with segregation. Many are thinking of how to ensure we as a community do not become another Tulsa or Greenwood. I've spoken about this subject with several current educators and the verdict is largely the same, were have lost a generation of students and we are in for a "shit-show" (my phrase based upon what I've heard). Our reaction to the pandemic has made an existing problem FAR worse.
